Abstrak :
Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker di Apotek Roxy Jatikramat bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap peran apoteker dalam bidang kefarmasian khususnya bidang klinis. Secara manajerial, mahasiswa juga diajarkan agar memahami alur pengadaan barang, penerimaan, penyimpanan stok serta metode penjualan yang dilaksanakan. Apotek Roxy memberikan gambaran nyata dari tanggung jawab yang diemban seorang apoteker sebagai praktisi maupun sebagai apoteker penanggung jawab outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia periode Oktober-November 2021 bertujuan untuk memahami pernerapan dan penggunaan ilmu kefarmasian di bidang industri, serta memahami peran apoteker sebagai tenaga yang bertanggung jawab dalam menjaga kualitas dan kualitas produk yang dihasilkan khususnya di PT Pharos Indonesia. Adapun penyusunan tugas khusus pada pemahaman alur perilisan sediaan suspensi 150 mL yang dilakukan oleh Departemen Quality Control PT Pharos Indonesia. Sedangkan pada PBF SamMarie Tramedifa, mahasiswa memahami alur pendistribusian barang, pendistribusian barang kepada konsumen secara langsung maupun tidak langsung, teknik pemesanan serta pola komunikasi apoteker terhadap konsumen dalam hal pemasaran. Hal penting yang diajarkan dalam ketiga tempat Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker diharapkan menjadi bekal yang mumpuni sebelum benar-benar memiliki gelar apoteker dan siap bekerja di lapangan. ......The internship at the Roxy Jatikramat Pharmacy aims to increase students understanding of the role of pharmacists in the pharmaceutical field, especially in the clinical field. Managerially, students also learn to understand the flow of goods procurement, receipt, stock storage, and sales methods implemented. Roxy Pharmacy provides a real picture of the responsibilities of a pharmacist as a practitioner or as a pharmacist in charge of the outlet. PT Pharos Indonesia for the period October-November 2021 aims to understand the application and use of pharmaceutical science in the industrial sector and understand the role of pharmacists as staff who are responsible for maintaining the quality and quality of the products produced, especially at PT Pharos Indonesia. The preparation of a special task on understanding the release flow of the 150 mL suspension preparation was carried out by the Quality Control Department of PT Pharos Indonesia. Kesehatan merupakan salah satu indikator penting dalam Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Seluruh isu kesehatan diintegrasikan dengan tujuan ke-3 SDGs, yaitu menjamin kehidupan yang sehat dan mendorong kesejahteraan bagi semua orang di segala usia. Apoteker adalah tenaga kesehatan yang berperan sebagai penanggung jawab dalam hal obat dari hulu ke hilir. Tujuan utamanya adalah agar masyarakat dapat memperoleh obat yang aman, berkhasiat, bermutu, dan terjangkau, serta meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Sebagai calon apoteker, penting untuk mempelajari mengenai peran-peran apoteker di dunia pekerjaan. Sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di dunia kerja dilakukanlah praktik kerja profesi apoteker. Praktik kerja dilakukan di Apotek Atrika sebagai gambaran pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek. Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan dipilih sebagai lokasi praktik sebagai gambaran untuk peran apoteker di pelayanan instalasi rumah sakit. Selain di bidang pelayanan, praktik kerja juga dilakukan di PT. Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari sebagai gambaran peran apoteker di distribusi obat dan alat kesehatan. Praktik Kerja dilakukan dari Bulan Juli hingga November 2021. Selain belajar secara langsung dari mengamati, calon apoteker juga diberikan kesempatan untuk menganalisis masalah yang ada di masing-masing tempat kerja. Profesi apoteker mempunyai banyak peran penting dalam dunia kesehatan khususnya dalam pekerjaan kefarmasian. Apoteker profesional adalah seorang apoteker yang berpartisipasi langsung dalam melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Oleh karena itu, setiap calon apoteker harus memiliki bekal dan pengalaman untuk memahami peran apoteker dan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi diri sebelum memasuki kehidupan sebagai seorang apoteker sejadi dengan cara menjalani praktik kerja profesi. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Apotek Atrika pada periode Juli 2021 dan PT Dankos Farma pada periode September – Oktober 2021. Berdasarkan pengalaman yang didapatkan sewaktu PKPA di apotek dan industri farmasi, calon apoteker diharapkan mampu memperoleh wawasan, pengetahuan, dan keterampilan yang sesuai untuk melakukan pekerjaan kefarmasian. ......Pharmacist have so many important roles in healthy life, especially in pharmacy practice. The Professional Practice of Pharmacist is held at Apotek Atrika for the July 2021 and PT Dankos Farma for the period September – October 2021. Through the experiences in the pharmaceutical industry and pharmacy during professional practice are expected to be able to obtain appropriate insight, knowledge, and skills to perform pharmaceutical practice.

ABSTRACT
Objectives: To examine the influence of pharmacists demographic characteristics on dispensing antibiotics purchased with and without a prescription in the community pharmacies. Methods: This cross-sectional study was conducted in 24 randomly-selected community pharmacies located in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates between March and September 2009. Data were collected through a closed-structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences Version 17. Descriptive statistics, odds ratios, significance and 95% CI and logistic regression analyses were then used to analyze the resulting data. Results: Participating pharmacists conducted a total of 1645 antibiotic transactions (1211 [73.6%] dispensed with prescriptions versus and 434 [26.4%] without). Gender and socioeconomic status of the patients had a significant effect in acquiring antibiotics without prescription (p=0.012, p=0.001). Clarithromycin (91.5%), cefuroxime (91.3%), and co-amoxiclav (66.4%) were dispensed with prescription. Ceftriaxone (53.3%), amoxicillin (47.8%) and co-amoxiclav (33.6%) were dispensed without prescription. Dispensing of antibiotics with prescription were frequently given a 5, 7, or 10 day regimen, while those without prescription were frequently given 3-7 days duration. Co-amoxiclav for sore throat was commonly dispensed without prescription. Ceftriaxone for sexually transmitted diseases was dispensed at a similar rate, both with and without prescription. Conclusions: Dispensing antibiotic without prescription is illegal and alarming. Patient interviews and interventions to improve the current prescribing pattern for both prescribers and pharmacists are highly warranted.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran ketersediaan obat Program Rujuk Balik di Apotek Jejaring BPJS Kesehatan Cabang Depok Tahun 2017. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dan menggunakan pendekatan sistem, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Input dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber daya manusia, ketersediaan dana, ketersediaan data, sarana dan prasarana, dan kebijakan, sedangkan prosesnya mengadopsi siklus manajemen logistik, yaitu perencanaan, penganggaran, pengadaan, penyimpanan, pendistribusian, pemeliharaan, dan penghapusan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan terjadi masalah pada unsur input yaitu sumber daya manusia dan ketersediaan dana, serta masalah pada unsur proses yaitu perencanaan dan pengadaan. Hal tersebut menyebabkan terjadinya masalah pada output yaitu berupa tidak tersedianya beberapa obat PRB di Apotek Jejaring BPJS Kesehatan. Peneliti menyarankan BPJS Kesehatan mendorong Kementerian Kesehatan agar Apotek dapat melakukan pengadaan melalui e-katalog. ......The purpose of this research is to determine the drugs availability of Back Referral Program BPJS Kesehatan in Depok year of 2017. This research used system approach and qualitative method, data collectinon is done through in depth interviews, observation, and documents analysis. The Input in this research are human resource, fund availability, data availability, facilities, and policy. The process in this research are planning, budgeting, procurement, storage, distribution, maintenance, and elimination. Result of this study found that there are problems in human resources, fund availability, planning, and procurement. That problems caused some the drugs of Back Referral Program is not available at the Pharmacies. Researcher suggest that BPJS Kesehatan encourage tha Ministry of Health so that the Pharmacies can do procurement by e catalogue.

Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilaksanakan di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Jakarta Timur, Jalan Matraman Raya No 218. Praktek Kerja Profesi Apoteker bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi apoteker memiliki pengetahuan tentang penerapan tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker khususnya dalam penerapan tugas pokok dan fungsi Suku Dinas Kesehatan; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalamaan praktis melakukan pekerjaan di pemerintahan dan memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan kefarmasian di pemerintahan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan berjudul Evaluasi Kinerja Puskesmas Kecamatan Dalam Rangka Pendampingan Praakreditasi di Suku Dinas Kesehatan Jakarta Timur Periode Bulan Mei 2016. Tugas khusus ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kinerja puskesmas kecamatan dalam rangka pendampingan praakreditasi serta menilai puskesmas kecamatan yang siap mengikuti proses akreditasi.

Apothecary Internship conducted at Suku Dinas Kesehatan Kota Administrasi Jakarta Timur. Apothecary internship aimed to obtain practical experience and understanding about the duties and responsibilities of pharmacist in government; to obtain knowledge, skills, and practical experience; to perform the pharmacy practice in government; and have a vivid description about pharmaceutical problems in government. Special assignment given, entitled Performance Evaluation of Puskesmas In Order to Assistance Pre-accreditation in East Jakarta Health Sub- Department on May 2016. This particular task is aimed to evaluate the performance of puskesmas kecamatan in order to assess the health centers as well as assistance pre-accreditation process.

Untuk memahami tanggung jawab dan peran sebagai Apoteker maka seorang calon Apoteker akan melakukan Praktik Kerja Profesi sekaligus mendapat gambaran yang lebih jelas mengenai dunia kerja yang selanjutnya akan dijalani oleh calon Apoteker setelah lulus. Apotek, Pedagang Besar Farmasi (PBF), dan Rumah Sakit adalah beberapa contoh tempat dimana profesi Apoteker dapat melakukan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik Kerja Profesi Apoteker dilakukan di Apotek Roxy Pademangan pada periode Januari 2021 dilanjutkan di Kimia Farma Trading & Distribution Jakarta 3 pada periode Februari 2021 dan di Rumah Sakit yang berfokus pada pendidikan untuk lingkup Universitas Indonesia yaitu Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia pada periode Maret-Mei 2021. Dari pengalaman Praktik Kerja Profesi tersebut diharapkan menjadi salah satu bagian pembelajaran bagi calon Apoteker untuk mengembangkan pengetahuan, pengalam, serta keterampilan sebelum melakukan praktik kefarmasian setelah lulus. ......Internship or professional work practice is to understand the responsibilities and roles of a pharmacist as a pharmacist candidate will carry out a professional work practices and at the same time get an overview of the work that they will face after graduating from Pharmacist Profession Program. From the professional work practice experience in hopes that it will become a part of learning for prospective Pharmacists to develop knowledge, experience, and skills prior to practicing pharmacy after graduation.
