Abstrak :
Penulisan makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi inovasi pendidikan dan kompetensi guru serta pengaruhnya terhadap produktivitas sekolah. Penulisan makalah ini menggunakan metode tinjauan literatur (library research). Dari pembahasan dapat disimpulkan bahwa implementasi inovasi pendidikan memiliki hubungan yang positif dengan produktivitas sekolah. Artinya semakin baik implementasi inovasi pendidikan, maka akan semakin baik produktivitas sekolah. Kompetensi guru memiliki hubungan yang positif terhadap produktivitas sekolah. Artinya semakin baik kompetensi guru, maka akan semakin baik produktivitas sekolah. Implementasi inovasi pendidikan dan kompetensi guru memilki hubungan yang positif dengan produktivitas sekolah. Artinya semakin baik implementasi inovasi pendidikan dan kompetensi guru, makan akan semakin baik produktivitas sekolah.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran pembangunan infrastruktur pendidikan terhadap mobilitas pendidikan antargenerasi. Studi ini menggunakan data Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) untuk memperoleh informasi pendidikan, pendapatan, dan lokasi tempat tinggal anak saat usia sekolah. Data infrastruktur pendidikan berasal dari survei PODES 1983- 2003 (Potensi Desa).
Hasil empiris menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan infrastruktur SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) dan SMA (Sekolah Menengah Atas) meningkatkan mobilitas pendidikan antargenerasi. Pembangunan infrastruktur SMA memiliki peran yang lebih krusial dalam meningkatkan mobilitas pendidikan antargenerasi dibandingkan pembangunan infrastruktur SMP. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan adanya perbedaan mobilitas pendidikan antargenerasi antara anak laki- laki dan perempuan.
This study aims to determine the role of educational infrastructure development on intergenerational education mobility. This study uses data from the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) to obtain information on education, income, and the location of a child's residence at school age. Meanwhile, education infrastructure data comes from the PODES 1983- 2003 (Village Potential Survey).
Empirical results show that the infrastructure development of junior high schools and senior high schools increases intergenerational education mobility. The development of high school infrastructure has a more crucial role in increasing intergenerational education mobility than the construction of junior high school infrastructure. In addition, this study also found differences in intergenerational education mobility between sons and daughters.

Facilitating of learning in higher education can be transformed through the use of Whole Brain® learning. Whole brain® learning in higher education argues that facilitating learning in Higher Education should undergo transformation in order to develop the full academic potential of all stakeholders following the principles of action research. Empirical data was collected from participants in a number of projects across diverse disciplines. Participants included students, academic staff, instructional designers, and professionals attending short courses at tertiary level.
A number of case studies are discussed as evidence for the value of the proposed model for higher education. This title consists of seven chapters, covering, the theoretical framework, baseline study, professional development, studies in Whole Brain® application, learning material that makes a difference, multidisciplinary collaboration, and the way forward.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai Pembentukan Budaya Pilot di Indonesia, yang mana di awali dari Pembentukan Budaya di Institusi bernama Sekolah Tinggi Penerbangan Indonesia-Curug. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian Kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang saya gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Autoetnografi, dimana saya terjun langsung sebagai Taruna Penerbang Curug Angkatan ke-63 Bravo.
Hasil penelitian ini adalah membahas mengena penerapan dari pendidikan di STPI yang mana merupakan bentuk dari Total Institution. Pementukan Budaya yang terjadi akibat dari penerapan Total Institution ini ialah adanya hasil yang diharapkan (expected) dari Pemimpin STPI, maupun yang tidak diharapkan/di duga (unexpected). Saya melihat dari temuan lapangan, bahwa ternyata banyak sekali budaya yang terbentuk justru dari hal-hal yang tak di dugaduga (unexpected).
This thesis discusses the Pilot Cultural Establishment in Indonesia, which at the start of the formation of culture in the institution called the Indonesia Civil Aviation Institute. This research qualitative method. Research methods that I use in this study is Autoetnography method, where I picked up my experience in this study as a Midshipman Force Airmen Curug-63 Bravo.
The results of this research was to discuss the implementation of educational hit in STPI which is a form of Total Institution. Cultural formation arising from the application of this Institution is the total of the expected results (expected) from the Leader of STPI, and that is not expected / assumed to (unexpected). I see from the findings of the field, that was a lot of culture that is formed instead of things that are not in the expected (unexpected).
