[ABSTRAK
KWh meter prabayar 1 phasa merupakan kWh meter elektronik dengan sistem pelanggan harus mendeposit kWh sebelum dapat menggunakan energi listrik. KWh meter prabayar memiliki tingkat akurasi yang lebih baik dibanding kWh meter elektromekanik dan tersusun atas sensor arus, sensor tegangan, rangkaian pengkondisi sinyal dan mikrokontroller. Sistem penginderaan arus menggunakan sistem double sensing pada phasa dan netral. Keluaran dari sensor arus akan dibandingkan dan diambil nilai tertinggi yang digunakan sebagai perhitungan energi listrik. KWh meter prabayar mampu mengukur hingga harmonisa ke-15 dan dilengkapi anti tempering. Fitur yang dimiliki kWh meter prabayar ini pada aplikasinya ditemukan permasalahan yaitu kWh meter tetap mengukur pada keadaan MCB off atau tanpa beban. Kejadian tersebut ditemukan pada pelanggan yang memasang sistem pentanahan (grounding) pada instalasi kWh meter dan instalasi bangunan. Dari permasalahan yang timbul tersebut maka perlu dilakukan penelitian pengaruh sistem pentanahan terhadap kesalahan pengukuran pada kWh meter prabayar.
ABSTRACT
One phase prepaid energy meter is an electronic energy meter with system customers must deposit kWh before customers can use electrical energy. Prepaid energy meter have an accuracy rate of better than electromechanical energy meters and is composed of the current sensor, voltage sensor, signal conditioning circuit and microcontroller. Current sensing system uses a system of double sensing the phase and neutral. The Output of the current sensor will be compared and taken the highest value is used as the energy calculations. Prepayment energy meter capable of measuring up to the 15th harmonic and equipped with anti tempering. Fitur owned prepayment energy meter is the application found that problems remain energy meter gauge on the condition MCB off or no load. The incident was found at customers who install the grounding system in energy meter installation and installation of the building. Telah di buat otomatisasi pengukuran arus versus tegangan terhadap material. Pengukuran ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan suatu alat ukur, alat ukur yang di gunakan adalah elektrometer. Elektrometer ini memiliki kemampuan jauh lebih sensintif, dapat mengukur sampai skala 1μV, 1μA dan memiliki resistansi 1GΩ dibandingkan dengan multimeter digital biasa (DMMs) yang tidak memilikinya. Pengukuran yang dilakukan adalah menguji sampel pada material. Dalam pengukuran, elektrometer membutuhkan suatu rangkaian eksternal. Rangkaian tersebut adalah rangkaian eksternal feedback. Software yang digunakan dengan menggunakan LabView. LabView ini digunakai sebagai interface dengan electrometer menggunakan driver NI-VISA yang di keluarkan oleeh National Instrument dan perintah-perintahnya mengikuti Standar Commands for Programmable Instrument (SCPI) dan standar IEEE-488.2. Disini, otomatisasinya adalah ketika melakukan percobaan tidak perlu memerlukan waktu yang lama setiap kali percobaan hanya dalam hitungan menit dan data pun sudah bisa tersimpan langsung ke dalam excel. Cara kerja alat ini adalah sample yang di ukur di mulai dengan melakukan sebuah perintah dari program yang di buat pada labview di hubungkan ke elektrometer untuk mendapatkan supply tegangan, kemudian elektrometer tersebut dapat mengambil data yang di perlukan dari sample dan di kirim ke komputer, komputer akan mengolah data yang di peroleh dari sample tersebut menjadi hasil dan tampilan grafik yang di inginkan. Cara tersebut dilakukan secara berulang-ulang sampai batas pengukuran yang di tentukan telah tercapai. Hal ini agar di dapat pengukuran yang paling mendekati taksiran atau pendekatan nilai besaran ukur yang baik.

This electrometer have capibilities far more sensitive so can measure until scale 1μV, 1μA and having resistance 1GΩ compared with multimeter digital ordinary did not have it. This measurement is testing sampel of material. In the measure electrometer need a circuit external. Software used by using labview . This labview digunakai as interface with electrometer using driver NI visa in secrete by national instrument and this directives adhering to a standard commands for programmable instrument (SCPI ) and standards IEEE- 488.2. Automatic when done experiment dont need for time long to. Here, automation is when doing the experiment does not need to take a long time each time the experiment in just minutes and could have saved any data directly into excel. The workings of this tool is a sample that is measured at the start by doing a command from the program that created the labview is connected to the electrometer to get a supply voltage, then electrometer can retrieve data in need of sample and sent to the computer, the computer will process the data that was obtained from the sample into the graphic display of results and in want. The way it is done repeatedly until the limit of measurement in the set has been reached. This is so in to the measurement that most closely approaches the estimated value of the measurand or good.
