Abstrak :
Pada Tugas Akhir ini dilakukan perancangan Op Amp dengan noise dan diberi nama low noise Op Amp. Dalam perancangan Op Amp ini, digunakan rangkaian diferensial dengan masukan tipe-p. Hal ini dipilih karena transistor tipe-p memiliki noise yang cukup kecil dibandingkan dengan transistor tipe-n [ 1 ]. Pada perancangan low noise Op Amp ini, masukan diferensial, transistor M1 dan transistor M2, didisain untuk memiliki nilai lebar channel dan panjang channel yang besar sehingga noise yang dihasilkan makin kecil Penguatan tingkat pertama pada low noise Op Amp ini dibuat cukup besar, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk menghilangkan efek noise yang ditimbulkan oleh tingkat kedua Op Amp. Hasil yang diperoleh dengan simulasi memakai software pspicc dibandingkan dengan hasil yang terdapat pada referensi dan hasil yang diperoleh leivat perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa noise yang diperoleh dengan simulasi rancangan Op Amp lebih baik. Pada Tugas Akhir ini Juga dibuat layout low noise Op Amp dengan menggunakan software MAGIC.

This book describes the design and implementation of an electronic subsystem called the frequency synthesizer, which is a very important building block for any wireless transceiver. The discussion includes several new techniques for the design of such a subsystem which include the usage modes of the wireless device, including its support for several leading-edge wireless standards.

This book presents a new FPGA architecture known as tree-based FPGA architecture, due to its hierarchical nature. This type of architecture has been relatively unexplored despite their better performance and predictable routing behavior, as compared to mesh-based FPGA architectures. In this book, we explore and optimize the tree-based architecture and we evaluate it by comparing it to equivalent mesh-based FPGA architectures.

Abstrak :
This book introduces Open Core Protocol (OCP) not as a conventional hardware communications protocol but as a meta-protocol: a means for describing and capturing the communications requirements of an IP core, and mapping them to a specific set of signals with known semantics. Readers will learn the capabilities of OCP as a semiconductor hardware interface specification that allows different System-On-Chip (SoC) cores to communicate. The OCP methodology presented enables intellectual property designers to design core interfaces in standard ways. This facilitates reusing OCP-compliant cores across multiple SoC designs which, in turn, drastically reduces design times, support costs, and overall cost for electronics/SoCs.
