Fokus dalam penelitian ini adalah melihatbagaimana kesiagaan Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno dalam menghadapibencana, baik itu terhadap koleksi maupun perpustakaannya. Metode yangdigunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, adapun proses pengumpulan datadilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi dan analisis dokumen.Hasilnya adalah kesiagaan menghadapi bencana di Perpustakaan ProklamatorBung Karno sudah positif, tetapi masih bersifat sektoral dalam artian lingkup kecilsebatas wewenang tugas pokok dan fungsi mereka saja. Perpustakaan ProklamatorBung Karno hanya melihat risiko yang berdampak secara langsung, tetapi kurangmemperhatikan potensi risiko lainnya. Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karnorentan terhadap ancaman bencana tetapi belum mempunyai program tanggapbencana yang tertulis.

ABSTRACTThis thesis examines the disaster preparednes in UPT PerpustakaanProklamator Bung Karno. The focus in this study is to examine how PerpustakaanProklamator Bung Karno dealing with disaster to protect their assets. The methodused in this thesis is qualitative method, data is collected through interview,observation and document analysis. The result was disaster preparedness inPerpustakaan Poklamator Bung Karno has been positive, but still sectoral in thesense of a small scope the extent of the authority of their duties and functionsonly. Perpustakaan Proklamator Bung Karno only see a risk that have a directimpact, but less attention to other potential risks. Library of Bung Karnovulnerable to disaster threats but does not have a written disaster responseprogram."

Dilakukannya HIRAbertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi potensi-potensi bahaya yang terdapat disuatuperusahan untuk dinilai besarnya peluang terjadinya suatu kecelakaan ataukerugian.

ABSTRACTShipyard is a construction industry that produces shipbuilding and there are varioustypes of work on it. Shipbuilding is one of the construction works are very complex,where there are many types of work to be done in parallel. The author conducted astudy of the potential of workplace accidents on the block erection process. Thisstudy uses a Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment Method (HIRA), whis isone method of identification of occupational accidents with risk assessment as oneof the key points to implement the Occupational Safety and Health ManagementSystem (SMK3). HIRA does aim to identify the potential hazard that exist in acompany to assess the magnitude of the chances of an accident or loss."
