"Pendahuluan : Gangguan otot ndash;tulang ndash;rangka muskuloskeletal berpengaruh pada produktivitas kerja pekerja industri manufaktur khususnya garment. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire NMQ dapat berfungsi sebagai instrumen identifikasi maupun penilaian risiko yang harus memenuhi persyaratan validitas dan reliabilitas handal . Validitas dan relialibitas Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire NMQ versi bahasa Indonesia pada pekerja "Blue Collar Worker"; merupakan kelanjutan validitas sebelumnya di Indonesia.
Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai validitas dan nilai reliabilitas dari Nordic Musculosceletal Questionnaire NMQ yang reliabel dan relevan digunakan pada pekerja "Blue Collar Worker";.
Metode : Kuesioner terjemahan disederhanakan kata ndash;kata dalam kalimat dan bahasanya melalui proses diskusi panel bersama ahli. Kemudian kuesioner diujicobakan untuk mengetahui kekuatan korelasi antarbutir pertanyaan dan diperoleh nilai validitasnya, selanjutnya dilakukan uji reliabilitas dengan teknik ukur ulang yang berjarak waktu 7 hari untuk mendapatkan nilai Chronbach rsquo;s Alpha. Analisa hasil penelitian dengan menggunakan SPSS 20.
Hasil : Penelitian menunjukkan responden yang latar belakang pendidikan maksimal SMA atau sederajat menghasilkan nilai validitas kuesioner adalah mayoritas nilai kuat 0.600 ndash; 0.777 dan hasil uji reliabilitas kuesioner pada penelitian pertama dengan kedua memiliki nilai Cronbach rsquo;s Alpha yang hampir sama ndash;sama tinggi 0.965 ndash; 0.966 dan berarti sangat reliabel.
Kesimpulan : Kuesioner Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire (NMQ) dalam Bahasa Indonesia dinyatakan valid dan reliabel untuk dapat digunakan pada pekerja "blue collar worker".

Introduction Musculoskeletal disorder affects work productivity of manufacturing industry workers, especially garment. Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire NMQ can serve as an identification instrument or risk assessment that must be full of validity and reliability requirements. Validity and reliability of the Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire NMQ Indonesian version of the blue collar worker is a continuation of previous validity in Indonesia.Objectives
The research is aimed to get the validity and reliability of Nordic Musculosceletal Questionnaire NMQ in Indonesian Language that can be used for blue collar worker.
Methods The translation questionnaire simplified the words in the sentence and language through a panel of expert processes discussion. The questionnaire has been tested to determine the inter items correlation and validity test, then tested the reliability with the measuring technique that is within 7 days to get the value of Chronbach 39 s Alpha. The research was analized by using SPSS 20 for final result.
Results The research showed that respondents who have maximum education background of high school give the validity value of the questionnaire is the majority of the strong score 0.600 0.777 and the results of the reliability test questionnaire in the first and the second research has Cronbach 39 s Alpha value of almost the same equally high 0.965 0.966 and means it is very reliable.
Conclusion The Nordic Musculoskeletal Questionnaire NMQ in Bahasa Indonesia is valid and reliable to be used among blue collar worker."

"Perlindungan kesehatan dan upaya untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat telah diatur dalam Undang-undang Nomor 36 Tahun 2009 tentang Kesehatan yakni setiap upaya pembangunan harus memperhatikan kesehatan masyarakat dan merupakan tanggung jawab baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Untuk mencapainya, pemerintah telah mengupayakan suatu Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat UKBM. Salah satu bentuk UKBM untuk pekerja sektor informal adalah Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja Pos UKK. Penelitian ini membahas tentang pelaksanaan Pos UKK di wilayah kerja 6 puskesmas Kota Tangerang tahun 2016 mulai dari pembentukan organisasi, kegiatan pembinaan oleh puskesmas, hingga pemberian pelayanan kesehatan oleh kader. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan desain deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa untuk mendorong aktifnya penyelenggaraan Pos UKK diperlukan membentuk kerjasama yang kuat dengan lintas sektor terkait, meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan penanggung jawab program Pos UKK serta kader, dan pengelolaan sumber keuangan.

Health protection and effort to improve public health has been regulated in Law Number 36 year 2009 on Health, that every effort should pay attention to the development of public health, and is the responsibility of both government and society. To achieve that, the government has sought an Upaya Kesehatan Berbasis Masyarakat UKBM. One form of UKBM for informal sector workers is Pos Upaya Kesehatan Kerja Pos UKK. This study focus on the implementation of Pos UKK in the workplace of 6 Health Centers Tangerang City in 2016, ranging from the establishment of the organization, develompment activities, to the provision of occupational health services by the cadres.the results of this study suggest that to encourage active implementation of Pos UKK needed to form strong alliances with across relevant sectors, increase skills and knowledge of the person incharge and cadres of Pos UKK, and management of financial resources."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan pengaruh psychological empowerment, job characteristics, dan job insecurity terhadap turnover intention. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 178 responden karyawan tetap yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit XYZ. Teknik pengumpulan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi berganda serta menggunakan korelasi Pearson sebagai uji validitas, Alpha Cronbach sebagai uji reliabilitas, dan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS Statistic 25 sebagai alat analisis. Hasil pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa tidak terdapat pengaruh antara psychological empowerment dan job characteristics terhadap turnover intention secara signifikan. Job insecurity mempengaruhi turnover intention secara positif dan signifikan. Penelitian ini menyarankan pihak Rumah Sakit XYZ untuk mengurangi job insecurity karena dapat mempengaruhi niat karyawan untuk keluar dari pekerjaan di rumah sakit.

The aim of this study is to explain the effect of psychological empowerment, job characteristics, and job insecurity on turnover intention. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 178 permanent employee respondents at XYZ Hospital. The sampling technique in this study is multiple regression with Pearson as a validity test, Alpha Cronbach as a reliability test, and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 as an analysis tool. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is no influence between psychological empowerment and job characteristics on turnover intention significantly. Job insecurity affects turnover intentions positively and significantly. This study suggests XYZ Hospital to reduce job insecurity because it can influence employee's intention to leave the job at hospital."

"This book offers a survey of the state of the art in the field of motion sickness. It begins by describing the historical background and the current definition of motion sickness, then discusses the prevalence among individuals, along with the physiological and psychological concomitants of the disorder. It reviews the incidence of motion sickness in numerous provocative motion environments and discusses various personal factors that appear to influence this aspect. Various characteristics of provocative motion stimuli are also described, together with the results of studies conducted in the laboratory, on motion simulators and at sea. Laboratory tests that could potentially be used to assess an individuals susceptibility to motion sickness and his or her ability to adapt to motion environments are presented in detail, together with the ways in which individuals might be trained to prevent motion sickness or more effectively cope with motion environments. In closing, the book reports on the cognitive-behavioral approach developed by the author (Dobie, 1963) as well as the various desensitization programs employed in military settings, and discusses the relative effectiveness of these methods in comparison to cognitive-behavioral counseling."
