Abstrak :
Ada beberapa variabel penting yang harus dikendalikan selama proses pelaksanaan suatu proyek yaitu biaya, mutu, waktu dan keselamatan kerja. Variabel biaya proyek yang dapat dikendalikan yaitu biaya tenaga kerja , biaya material, biaya peralatan, biaya subkontraktor, biaya kondisi umum dan overhead. Manajemen peralatan merupakan faktor yang sangat dominan di dalam menunjang variabel-variabel tersebut.Kesalahan pada manajemen peralatan dapat mengakibatkan timbulnya penyimpangan biaya proyek Teridentifikasi masalah, dampak dan penyebab masalah harus dapat di tentukan secara tepat guna menentukan tindakan koreksi yang akan diambil. Bila permasalahan dapat diformulasikan, maka dapat ditangani secara baik oleh komputer. Namun bilamana suatu permasalahan tidak dapat diformulasikan secara eksplisit, atau ketika formulasi eksplisit berakibat hilangnya sensitivitas karena pendekatan yang tidak tepat atau ketika terjadi gangguan maka digunakan Neural Network. Pemilihan hybrid probabilistic Neural Network sebagai pendekatan dalam melakukan tindakan koreksi pada pengendalian biaya peralatan berdasarkan hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang menggunakan metode decision support system dimaksudkan untuk menghasilkan suatu keputusan yang sempurna, mudah digunakan serta membantu meningkatkan proses pengambilan keputusan.

There are some important variable which must be controlled by during process of execution a project, that is expense, quality , time and working safety. Variable of expense of project which can be controlled, that is labor cost , material expense, equipments expense, sub contractor expense, expense of general condition and overhead. Equipments management represent very dominant factor in supporting variables.Mistake at management of equipments can result incidence of deviation of project expense. Identify problem, affect and cause of problem have to earn in determining precisely utilize to determine corrective action to be taken.If problems earn formulated, hence can be handled well by computer. But when problems cannot been formulated by explicit, or when explicit formula cause the loss of sensitiveness, because of poor strategy or when happened by the trouble is hence used by Neural Network Election of Hybrid Probabilistic Neural Network as approach in conducting action correction of financial control of equipments, pursuant to result of previous research using method of decision support system intended to yield the perfect decision, it is easy to used and also assist to improve decision-making processes.
