"Masih ditemukan perilaku pekerja yang buruk terhadap risiko pajanan bahan kimia di industri sepatu informal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perilaku pekerja terhadap risiko pajanan bahan kimia di bengkel sepatu PIK Pulogadung. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan studi deskriptif observasional dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi dan wawancara mendalam pada 8 informan yaitu 5 pekerja dan 3 pemilik bengkel sepatu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor personal yaitu pengetahuan pekerja sudah cukup baik namun persepsi terhadap bahaya dan risiko masih rendah dan faktor lingkungan meliputi tidak adanya pelatihan, peraturan, pengawasan terkait kesehatan dalam bekerja, dan kondisi ruang kerja yang buruk sehingga dapat mempengaruhi perilaku pekerja terhadap risiko pajanan bahan kimia.

Still found the bad behavior of workers with the risk of chemicals exposure in informal footware industry. This study aims to analyze factors that influence workers behavior against the risk of chemicals exposure at informal footware industry PIK Pulogadung. The reserach was conducted using observational descriptive study with a qualitative approach. Data collected through observation and interviews to 8 informants are 5 workers and 3 owner. The results showed that personal factors are knowledge workers are good enough, but the perception of hazard and risk are low and environmental factors include lack of training, regulations, supervision of health-related work, and a work space conditions which may adversely influence workers behavior against the risk of chemicals exposure."
