"Dalam suatu pengiriman pesan melalui media komputer, dapat terjadi gangguan yang menyebabkan adanya error dalam pesan yang diterima. Untuk mengatasi error tersebut, digunakan suatu kode yang disebut errorcorrecting code. Salah satu contoh error-correcting code yang sederhana adalah kode Hamming.
Kode Hamming merupakan himpunan error-correcting code yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi dan mengoreksi bit error yang dapat terjadi saat data komputer dipindahkan atau disimpan. Kode Hamming yang paling sering digunakan adalah kode Hamming (7,4) dan kode Hamming (8,4). Kode Hamming (7,4) adalah kode yang menyandikan 4 data bit menjadi 7 bit dengan menambahkan 3 parity bits. Dan kode Hamming (8,4) merupakan perluasan dari kode Hamming (7,4), yaitu dengan menambahkan satu parity bit lagi, sehingga kode ini menyandikan 4 data bit menjadi 8 bit dengan menambahkan 4 parity bits.
Kode Hamming (7,4) hanya dapat digunakan untuk mengoreksi 1-error, sementara kode Hamming (8,4) dapat digunakan untuk mengoreksi 1-error dan mendeteksi 2-error."

"Rangkaian Concatenared Code terdiri dari 2 (dua) jenis yaitu Seria! Concatenated Code (SCC) dan Paralel Concatenated Code (PCC)- Dengan menetapkan mekanisme iterasi pada decoder, kedua jenis rangkaian ini dapat mencapai harga Probability of error minimum untuk SNR yang rendah. Rangkaian PCC melakukan proses encoding dengan cepat tetapi membutuhkan desain interleaver yang khusus. Sebaliknya SCC memiliki waktu proses encoding yang lebih lama tetapi dapat menggunakan random interleaver biasa. Oleh karena itu, untuk mengurangi waktu proses encoding, rangkaian SCC dapat disusun menjadi 3 (tiga) konfigurasi, yaitu konfigurasi Seri, konfigurasi Paralel dan konfigurasi Seri-Paralel.
Skripsi ini akan mensimulasikan ketiga konfigurasi rangkaian SCC pada bahasa komputasi teknis SIMULINK MATLAB versi 6.l. Ketiga kontigurasi tersebut menggunakan encoder Convolurional code dan APP Decoder dengan algoritma SISO-MAP. Analisa diiakukan untuk mendapatkan performa dari tiap kongurasi berdasarkan parameter Probability of error, waktu proses, jumlah itelasi dan jumlah tools yang terkait Iangsung dengan biaya (cost).
Analisa hasil simulasi menunjukkan jika dibandingkan dengan koniigurasi Seri dan koniigurasi Seri-Paralel, maka konfigurasi Paralel memiliki perfomma yang paling optimum."

"[ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh
terhadap penggunaan produk inovasi sistem pembayaran dan pengaruh inovasi
sistem pembayaran terhadap pengukuran jumlah uang beredar di Indonesia. Dalam
penelitian ini, produk inovasi sistem pembayaran direpresentasikan oleh
perkembangan instrumen pembayaran elektronis , alat pembayaran menggunakan
kartu (APMK) yaitu kartu debet dan kartu kredit serta emoney. Sedangkan untuk
pengukuran jumlah uang digunakan metode simple sum aggregate dan divisa
Model yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Error-Correction Model
untuk melihat hubungan faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap penggunaan
produk inovasi sistem pembayaran penjualan eceran, jumlah akses, resiko, suku
bunga deposito, sukubunga kredit, nilai transkasi dan volume transkasi dan
hubungan inovasi sistem pembayaran terhadap pengukuran jumlah uang beredar
M2 simple sum dan divisia. Dari hasil studi diperoleh bahwa faktor nilai transkasi
berpengaruh terhadap seluruh produk sistem pembayaran dan inovasi sistem
pembayaran memiliki hubungan jangka pendek dan jangka panjang dengan
pengukuran jumlah uang beredar.
