Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial di Yayasan Nara Kreatif dalam upaya meningkatkan kondisi sosial ekonomi penerima layanan melalui pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial diwujudkan melalui cara-cara inovatif dan upaya pemanfaatan sumber daya oleh Creative Nara, serta hasil perubahan dari pengembangan bisnis melalui pengelolaan sampah yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan kewirausahaan sosial diwujudkan melalui cara-cara inovatif melalui pengelolaan sampah berkelanjutan yang melibatkan pemberdayaan remaja produktif dalam mengolah sampah kertas menjadi produk kreatif, pemberdayaan istri petani pra sejahtera dalam mengolah sampah plastik menjadi kantong daur ulang, dan program bank. sampah dalam pengelolaan sampah anorganik. Dalam pelaksanaannya, Kreasi Nara memadukan berbagai sumber daya dari sektor pemerintah, swasta, masyarakat lokal, dan internal organisasi. This research discusses the development of social entrepreneurship at the Nara Kreatif Foundation in an effort to improve the socio-economic conditions of service recipients through sustainable waste management. This study aims to determine how the development of social entrepreneurship is realized through innovative ways and efforts to utilize resources by Creative Nara, as well as the results of changes from business development through sustainable waste management. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research type. The results of this study indicate that the development of social entrepreneurship is realized through innovative ways through sustainable waste management that involves empowering productive youth in processing paper waste into creative products, empowering the wives of pre-prosperous farmers in processing plastic waste into recycled bags, and bank programs. waste in inorganic waste management. In its implementation, Kreasi Nara combines various resources from the government, private sector, local communities, and internal organizations. The development of social entrepreneurship through sustainable waste management encourages changes in the environmental, social and economic implications of the community.

Abstrak :
In this context solid waste has not remained an issue to be tackled by the local urban bodies alone. It has become a subject of importance for engineers as well as doctors, psychologist, economists, and climate scientists and any others. There are huge changes in waste management in different parts of the world at different times in history. To address these issues, an effort has been made by the authors to combine their experience and bring together a new text book on the theory and practice of the subject covering the important relevant literature at the same time.
