Abstrak :
This research is aimed to see the social context of women which is involved in drug trafficking that is seen from criminology and gender overview. This study also describes the experience of violence by drug couriers women and their response to the violence. In analyzing the data, the researcher uses feminist perspective which have contribution to defend rights and justice for women. This research method appertain into field research with indepth interviews. While the research approach is qualitative which use criminology feminist perspective. Researcher have conducted interviews 2 women as the core subjects. The result find that they get violent in layers like an unbroken vicious circle and continuity. It closely related between the violence they receive with the beginning of their implication in crimes, when they do crimes and when they are in the process of criminal justice.

Abstrak :
The gender-based-violence is a nightmare and tragedy for women in transnational, cross cultural, geographical and civilizational boundaries. Moreover, prolonged human history has pervasively documented tragic, catastrophic facts recording women?s victimization. Culture, social system and structure, misogynic-religious interpretation, and especially patriarchal ideology have been stimulating, perpetuating and maintaining this women?s awful fate. Actually, several policies, political discretions and legal venues have been initiated and set up to be done in dealing with this issue. However, since law is just merely an epiphenomenon, a manifestation of cultural and social values, and a supra structure of economic power, the powerlessness and the paralyses of law were substantially and widely observed in this study. Hence, gender-based-victim have been dreadfully trapped within the dilemma of law.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pelecehan seksual pada perempuan di tempat kerja dengan lokasi studi kasus di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Ditulis dengan menggunakan perspektif kriminologi feminis, penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode observasi-partisipatoris yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk ikut merasakan apa yang dialami oleh subjek penelitian dan memahami langsung fenomena yang terjadi di dalamnya. Penelitian ini menggambarkan bentuk-bentuk pelecehan yang terjadi di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, faktor-faktor penyebab pelecehan seksual di Kantor Satpol PP Provinsi DKI Jakarta, dan resistensi dari para korban pelecehan seksual di kantor tersebut. ......This thesis described the sexual harassment in the workplace with the Office of Study Sites in Jakarta municipal police. Written using feminist criminology perspective, this study used a qualitative approach with participatory observation method which enables researchers to come to feel what is experienced by the subject of research and understanding the phenomena that occurs directly in it. This study describes the forms of abuse that occur in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, the factors that cause sexual harassment in the Office of DKI Jakarta municipal police, and the resistance of the victims of sexual harassment in the office.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pengalaman perempuan bernama Wina, Sari, Dina, dan Lisa, sebagai perempuan yang terlibat dalam kejahatan korupsi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat konteks sosial pelanggaran perempuan yang dipengaruhi oleh dominasi laki-laki di ruang private dan ruang publik, yang dapat menyebabkan perempuan mengalami kriminalisasi sebagai koruptor. Penelitian ini ditulis dengan menggunakan perspektif feminis kriminologi (Feminis Sosialis dan Hukum Feminis), dan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus feminis yang berfokus pada pengalaman perempuan. Peneltian ini menemukan bahwa perempuan terlibat dalam kejahatan korupsi disebabkan oleh hubungan yang menindas dengan memanfaatkan jabatan strategis perempuan dalam pekerjaannya dan menyebabkan perempuan mengalami kriminalisasi oleh sistem peradilan pidana.

ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses the experience of women named Wina, Sari, Dina, and Lisa, as women who involved in corruption. This study was done to see the social contextualization of women’s offend, which are affected by male dominance in the private sphere and public sphere, it causes women to experience criminalization as corruptors. This study was authored by using feminist perspective in criminology (socialist feminist and feminist law), and used qualitative approach to the type of feminist case study that focuses on the experiences of women. This study found that women who involved in corruption caused by oppressive relationships which utilizing the women’s strategic positions in their jobs and leadswomen to experience criminalization as corruptors by criminal justice system.

Skripsi ini membahas mengenai kekerasan yang dialami oleh perempuan Batak Toba, sebagai istri, yang tidak memiliki anak laki-laki. Skripsi ini menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan meneliti kekerasan yang dialami Crosby dan Fanny. Teori yang digunakan dalam skripsi ini adalah teori Interseksionalitas dalam kajian kriminologi feminis dan konsep viktimisasi struktural. Skripsi ini mencoba melihat mengapa terjadi kekerasan dalam rumah tangga dialami oleh Crosby dan Fanny yang merupakan perempuan Batak Toba yang tidak memiliki anak laki-laki. Dalam hal ini Crosby dan Fanny menjalani berbagai hal yang semakin memperburuk kekerasan dalam rumah tangga yang mereka alami. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan feminis untuk dapat melihat permasalahan yang dialami perempuan dari sudut pandang dan dunia perempuan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara mendalam, dan penelusuran data-data sekunder lainnya sebagai teknik pengumpulan data.

This Thesis discusses violence against Batak Toba Woman, as a wife, who does not have any son. This Thesis is a case study that analyzes Crosby?s and Fanny?s case. The theory and concept used in this thesis are intersectionality theory from feminist criminology and structural victimization concept. This thesis sees why domestic violence can happen to Crosby and Fanny, as Batak Toba women that do not have any son. Crosby and Fanny have experienced many things that make the violence against them worse. This study uses feminist approach to see the problem that happen to women from their points of view and from the women?s world. The method used in this thesis is a qualitative method with in-depth interviews, and secondary data gathering.
