"This study was to determine the effectiveness of the mechanical suppression of sandbag 2.3 kg between the 2, 4, 6 hoursagainst complications. The research design was randomized controlled trial study, where 90 patients as sample. A 2.3 kgsandbag was applied for two hours for the first group, four hours for the second groups, and six hours for the control groups,measurements were taken every 2 hours. The results showed that no patient has any bleeding, not difference the incidence ofhematoma between groups (p= 0.866; α= 0.05). That the differences of discomfort between groups were found after 4 hours(p= 0.003; α= 0.05), and after 6 hours (p= 0.0005; α=0.05). It is recommended that Standard Operational Proceduremodification required from six hours into two hours in using a 2.3 kg sandbag as a mechanical pressure, because there is noincrease of incidence of complications, on the otherhand an improvement of comfort level is detected."

"Tingginya angka kejadian rawat inap pasien gagal jantung memiliki resiko kejadian rawat ulang yang sama bila manajemen diri pasien gagal jantung tidak baik. Manajemen diri dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor yang beragam dan penelitian ingin mengetahui faktor yang berhubungan dengan manajemen diri pasien gagal jantung. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian cross sectional dengan metode pengambilan data retrospektif pada 70 pasien gagal jantung di ruang rawat jalan.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor dukungan keluarga dan faktor aktifitas pelayanan keperawatan merupakan faktor yang paling dominan dalam mempengaruhi kemampuan manajemen diri pasien gagal jantung (p value=0.000, OR=50.1, CI 95% dan p value=0.013, OR=7.3, CI 95%). Hasil penelitian menyarankan agar pelayanan keperawatan pasien gagal jantung mengutamakan program manajemen diri baik di institusi pelayanan kesehatan hingga sampai di rumah sehingga dukungan keluarga lebih optimal.

The high incidence of hospitalized patients with heart failure will have a risk of re-hospitalization rate if the self-management of patiens with heart failure is insufficient. Self-management is influenced by many factors. This study investigated factors associated with self-management of patients with heart failure.The study used a cross-sectional approach with retrospective data collection method in 70 respondents in outpatient clinics.
The results found that the factor of family support and nursing care activities are the most dominant factors influencing the ability of self-management in patients with heart failure (p value=0.000, OR=50.1, 95%CI and p value=0.013, OR=7.3, 95%CI). The results of this study suggested that in providing care of patients with heart failure, a self-management program should become a priority both for health care institutions and patients at home so that the family support is more optimal.

"Skripsi ini menganalisa kepuasan pasien peserta askes wajib terhadap kualitas pelayanan rawat jalan tingkat lanjutan di Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak. Tahun 2013, berdasarkan variabel umur, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, status kepesertaan dan pangkat/golongan. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Hasil penelitian ini menggunakan metode servqual, dengan cara menghitung nilai kesenjangan antara persepsi pasien dengan harapan pasien. Penilaian ini difokuskan pada dimensi pelayanan tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, confidence dan emphthy. Karena sifat pelayanan kesehatan dipengaruhi subyektifitas masing-masing pasien, sehingga hasil penelitian ini memberikan analisa tentang dimensi pelayanan yang harus diprioritaskan pengelolaanya oleh pihak manajemen rumah sakit, untuk mewujudkan kinerja rumah sakit seperti harapan pasien dan keluarganya juga untuk menjadikan Rumah Sakit Marinir Cilandak mampu bersaing dengan rumah sakit lainnya.

This skripsi analyzes the compulsory health insurance participants patient satisfaction on the quality of outpatient care in the advanced level Cilandak Marine Hospital. In 2013, based on the variables of age, gender, education, membership status and rank/ class. This research is descriptive quantitative research with cross sectional design. The results of this study using the method servqual, by calculating the value of the gap between the perception of the patient with the patient's expectations. This assessment focused on service dimensions of tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, confidence and emphthy. Due to the nature of the subjectivity of the health care of each patient, so that the results of this study provide an analysis of the dimensions of care that should be prioritized its management by the hospital management, hospital performance to realize the expectations of patients and their families as well as to make Cilandak Marine Hospital was able to compete with other hospitals."
