"Latar Belakang

Introduction
Health sciences students undergoing professional training consistently engage with patients and their environments, causing adherence to hand hygiene practices critically important. Non-compliance with handwashing procedures can potentially increase the risk of transmission of hospital-acquired infections (HAIs). This study aims to evaluate the level of hand hygiene compliance among health sciences students at the Universitas Indonesia Hospital (RSUI).
Method
This study utilized a cross-sectional design to observe 200 hand hygiene opportunities based on the WHO's 5 Moments for Hand Hygiene among students in the faculties of medicine, dentistry, nursing, and pharmacy. Data were analyzed using SPSS to determine compliance percentages, and statistical tests including the Chi-Square test, Kolmogorov- Smirnov normality test, and Mann-Whitney test were conducted.
Results
This study involved 200 hand hygiene opportunities among health sciences students at the University of Indonesia Hospital (RSUI). According to this total, students performed handwashing in 115 instances (57.5%). From this number, students used hand rub in 98 instances (85.22%), but only 56 instances (57.14%) fulfilled the WHO-recommended duration (20-30 seconds). According to the WHO's 5 Moments for Hand Hygiene, medical students predominantly applied the 5th moment (41.38%), nursing students predominantly applied the 4th moment (32.5%), and dentistry and pharmacy students only applied the 5th moment due to limited patient interaction. Compliance with the six steps of handwashing reached 83.62%. A significant difference in adherence to the number of handwashing steps was found between medical and nursing students at RSUI (p-value <0.05).
Conclusion
The level of handwashing compliance of health students at RSUI is relatively low, with significant differences in the number of handwashing steps between FK and FIK students.

"Medical-surgical nursing: an integrated approach 3-Eis a comprehensive, reader friendly resource for the practical/vocational nursing student. The 3rd Edition has been completely reinvisioned and thoroughly updated in all aspects of its coverage, with chapters now broken out into smaller, more manageable portions. In addition to rich coverage of all body systems with anatomy & physiology, data collection, disease information, and a strong focus on the nursing process, exciting new chapters on family processes and issues, psychobiological issues, bioterrorism and more have been added. Engaging features including case studies, critical thinking exercises, evidence-based practice boxes, informatics boxes, memory tricks, and more support student learning and retention throughout the text. NCLEX style questions and Theory to Practice activities provide opportunities to test understanding and apply concepts. This is the ideal choice for instructors looking for depth of coverage and student-focused features."

"Latar Belakang.
Background. Facial nerve grading system is necessary to determine facial nerve paralysis severity, whether at initial assessment or evaluation after previous therapy. House Brackmann Facial Nerve Grading System HB FNGS is the most common grading system used worldwide, including at neuromuscular division policlinic, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department FKUI RSCM. Other facial grading system commonly used is Sunnybrook Facial Grading System SFGS . SFGS was stated as the best facial nerve grading system among other grading system due to its sensitivity to detect minor clinical changes. No study has assess agreement between SFGS and HB FNGS. Aim. To assess agreement between SFGS and HB FNGS. Method. Cross sectional study on 40 subjects with unilateral peripheral facial nerve paralysis. Each subject was recorded with digital video camera while performing 7 facial movements. Assessments were done by 2 physiatrists twice with a washout period between , using either SFGS or HB FNGS. Results. The intraclass correlation coefficient ICC between SFGS and HB FNGS was 0.863 p"
