"ABSTRACTSkripsi ini membahas mengenai tanggung jawab hukum rumah sakit terhadap dokter dalam memberikan pelayanan kesehatan terhadap pasien di rumah sakit dalam suatu perjanjian medis di Indonesia. Penelitian berbentuk yuridis normatif dengan mengkaji penerapan teori-teori dan norma hukum pada praktik yang ada. Serta penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif untuk menggambarkan peristiwa yang terjadi serta memuat pandangan hukum dari peristiwa tersebut. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pola pertanggungjawaban rumah sakit terhadap dokter tidak selalu sejalan dengan peraturan yang ada. Penelitian ini menyarankan agar pemerintah dapat memberikan kejelasan terhadap konsep tanggung jawab rumah sakit yang dimaksud dalam Pasal 46 Undang-Undang No. 44 Tahun 2009 Tentang Rumah Sakit.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses the legal responsibility of the hospital for doctors in providing health services to patients at the hospital in a medical agreement in Indonesia. This research used normative juridical method by examining the application of legal theories and norms to existing practices. As well as this research is also used descriptive type of typology to describe the events that occur and contains a legal opinion of the event. The results of this study is the pattern of hospital responsibility for doctors is not always in line with existing regulations. This research suggests that the government can provide clarity on the concept of hospital responsibility referred to in Article 46 of Law No. 44 of 2009 Law on Hospital."
