Tesis ini membahas tentang bagaimana cara menentukan formulasi harga minyak mentah di Indonesia, yang pada saat ini belum terdapat petunjuk teknis dan metodologi yang standar dalam menentukan ICP Acuan dan nilai alpha-nya. Penulis mencoba membangun formula ICP individual dengan menggunakan model statistik yang mengacu pada kandungan pengotor dan harga rata-rata minyak mentah acuan di Indonesia dalam 2 tahun terakhir. Model statistik memberikan suatu persamaan linear yang kemudian dapat digunakan untuk menghitung ICP minyak mentah lainnya. Validasi model berdasarkan analisis statistik dan analisis pendapatan negara atas produksi minyak mentah memberikan hasil yang signifikan dan dapat diaplikasikan.
ABSTRACT
This thesis discusses about how to determine crude price formulation in Indonesia. There is no technical guidance and standard method in determining reference ICP and alpha value in Indonesia. Writer try to develop individual ICP formulation by using statistical model which refers to impurities content of crude oil and average price of Indonesian reference crude of the last 2 years. This statistical model gives a linear equation which can be used to calculate ICP of another crude. Telah dilakukan riset mengenai analisis radiasi Gelombang
Elektromagnetik (GEM) Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) terhadap
Implantable Cardiac Pacemaker (ICP). Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengukur
radiasi medan elektrik RFID tag pasif frekuensi 925 MHz. Hasil pengukuran
kemudian disimulasikan melewati tubuh manusia dimana ICP biasa ditanam
menggunakan program simulasi. Program simulasi dibuat menggunakan metode
Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD). Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh bahwa
nilai medan elektrik rerata terbesar adalah 39,81 μV.yang diperoleh ketika tag dan
reader berkomunikasi pada jarak 50 cm dan sudut 00 Setelah disimulasikan
melewati tubuh manusia, besarnya tegangan maksimum medan elektrik yang
mengenai ICP adalah 7,91 μV dimana nilai tersebut masih lebih kecil dari ambang
batas sensitivitas ICP terganggu medan elektrik yaitu sebesar 1-3 mV
ABSTRACT
A research related to analysis of Radio Frequency Identification’s
(RFID’s) radiation into Implantable Cardiac Pacemaker (ICP) has been
conducted. Research is done by measuring 925 MHz RFID electric field.
Measurement result is simulated by a developed program as if it trough human
tissue where ICP usually implanted using Finite Difference Time Domain (FDTD)
method.The higest electric field measured is 39,81 μV. After simulating through
human tissue, the highest electric field voltage coming into ICP is 7,91 μV, which
is lower than ICP’s sensitivity value threshold (1-3 mV)
