"An ulcer is an area of discontinuity of an epithelial surface. Ulceration is the commonest oral soft tissue disorders and vary greatly in term of etiology signs and symptoms, prognosis and treatment. Abnormalities of immune system can cause oral mucosal ulceration. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the management of some of the more common oral ulcer associated with immunologic disorders. Because the natural history and treatment varies with the diagnosis, the practitioner should became familiar with the clinical aspects of the various type of ulcerations so that appropriate treatment can be instituted."

"Ketidakmampuan tidur yang berkualitas dapat meningkatkan risiko kanker menjadi sernakin agresif. Kondisi ini terjadi karena sistem kekebalan tubuh menjadi terganggu sehingga kemampuan imun uutuk mengendalikan atau mengontrol sel kanker me4iadi berkurang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masase aromaterapi terhadap kualitas tidur pasien kanker. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengar desain quasi experiment dengan metode pre and post test without control group. Sampel qene$tian sebanyak 15 ofiulg dan pengarnbilan sampel menggunakan teknik consecutive sompling. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner PSQI (fte Pittsburg sleep quality index).Hasil penelitian menunjulkan adanya penurunan skor kualitas tidur sesudah masaso aromaterapi dengan nilai probabilitas sebesar 0,0001 (gt value < 0,05). Penunrnan skor kualitas tidur menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kualitas tidur sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada pengaruh masase aromaterapi terhadap kualitas tidur pasien kanker. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini maka diharapkan masase aromaterapi direkomendasikan sebagai intervensi mandiri perawat di pelayanan kesehatan unhrk meningkatkan kualitas tidur pasien kanker.

The inability to hahe a goog sleep can increase the risk of cancer to be more agressive. This condition occurs because the immune system is disturbed so that the ability of the immune to control the cancer cells is reduced. This research is aimed to determine the effect of the aromatherapy massage on sleep quality of the cancer patients. This research is a quantitative research with quasi experimental design by using pre- and post-test method without control group. The sample of the study's 15 respondence that is choosen by using consecutive sampling technique. The sleep quality measured by using a questionnaire PSQI (The Pittsburgh sleep quality index).

The resuh shows there is a decrease score of sleep quality after the aromatherapy massage with the probability value of 0.0001 (p value <0.05). The decline score of sleep quality showes the increase in the quality of sleeping so it can be concluded that there was an effect of aromatherapy massage on sleep quality of cancer patients. Based on this result it is expected that aromatherapy massage is recommended as a self iqtervention of nurses in healthcare services to improve the sleep quality of the cancer patients."
