Abstrak :
In the design process has a relationship with activity to develop project cost estimate, cause is the final design period includes that activity a whole design sistematicaly to take drawings and spesification, that be major infonnation data to develop project cost estimate. However, in reality many problems through in the design period is badly preparing in the drawings and spesitication process, it because badly knowledge and experience designer in the construction process and constmction method. So that importance of construction opinion by involving knowledge and experience construction project in the design period can be increasing of the construction project and effectivity construction cost. The purpose of this research is to Find owner estimate quality by increasing final design involving the knowledge and experience construction project in the design process. The research shows that factors can beinfluence with the owner estimate quality is to take details of drawing as an infomation project quantity and preparing bid contract that includes with project scope.

Abstrak :
Penulisan ini membahas mengenai pentingnya unsur originalitas sebagai salah satu penentu dalam pemberian perlindungan desain industri. Persyaratan perlindungan desain industri di Indonesia hanya didasarkan pada persyaratan kebaruan, sedangkan pengaturan di dalam TRIPs menyatakan persyaratan perlindungan adalah baru (new) atau orisinal. Unsur orisinalitas ini merupakan salah satu unsur yang penting dalam perlindungan desain industri karena melihat keaslian dari suatu desain. Ketiadaan unsur orisinalitas dalam perlindungan desain industri di Indonesia mengakibatkan desain yang bukan desain asli mendapatkan perlindungan desain industri di Indonesia. Dalam penelitian ini, Penulis menggunakan metode penelitian normatif dengan menganalisis bahan kepustakaan untuk menganalisa pentingnya unsur orisinalitas ini.

Abstract
The focus of this study is talk about the importance of originality element as one of the determinant to give industrial design protection. The requirement for industrial design protection in Indonesia is just based on novelty requirement, while TRIPs declare that the requirement for its protection is new or original. The originality element is one of the important element in industrial design protection, because it sees the freshness of a design. The consequence for originality element absence in industrial design protection in Indonesia is the unoriginal design can get industrial design protection. The method of this thesis is based on literature study with normative-juridical analysis in order to analyze the importance of originality element.

Abstrak :
Novelty test becomes legal principle that needs attention in protection of industrial design. Only the newest design gets the rights. In fact, although industrial design has been registered on Directorate General of Intelectual Property Rights, it often happens that a claim relates to the legal test of novelty on industrial design. There are no clear parameters of novelty on Industrial Design in the Act Number 30 Year 2000. The following article examines the legal test of novelty on industrial design. Therefor, the question what is the legal test of novelty on industrial design? Unclear parameter about novelty arising difficulties in deciding the new industrial design.

Lokasi Karawang sangat strategis, karena lokasinya diapit oleh Ibukota Negara, yaitu DKI Jakarta, dan Ibukota Provinsi Jawa Barat, Bandung. Pola pembangunannya mengikuti kedua daerah tersebut, terutama sejak diterbitkannya Keppres Nomor 53 tahun 1989 tentang Pengembangan Kawasan Industri, dimana Kabupaten Karawang ditetapkan sebagai daerah pengembangan kawasan industri. Dengan banyak dibangunnya pabrik-pabrik baru, kemajuan pembangunan di Kabupaten Karawang yang ditandai pertumbuhan ekonomi dilihat dari PDRB yang semakin meningkat dan jumlah tenaga kerja yang terus bertambah, maka permintaan akan rumah sebagai tempat tinggal menjadi salah satu prioritas kebutuhan yang semakin meningkat. Tesis ini menganalisis pengaruh faktor jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah pabrik, luas sisa lahan perumahan, harga rumah dan PDRB perkapita atas dasar harga konstan terhadap permintaan rumah di 12 Kecamatan selama tahun 2009-2013. Hasil pengolahan data panel dengan pendekatan metode Fixed Effect Model (FEM) adalah bahwa jumlah tenaga kerja, jumlah pabrik, sisa luas lahan perumahan, harga rumah dan PDRB perkapita berpengaruh signifikan terhadap permintaan rumah ......Karawang location is very strategic, flanked by the State Capital, Jakarta, and the capital city of West Java Province, Bandung. Development pattern in Karawang following both location, especially since the publication of Presidential Decree No. 53 of 1989 on Industrial Development Zone, where Karawang Regency defined as the development of industrial zone. More new factory are build up and the progress of development in Karawang Regency, where number of worker dan economic growth continues rise, the demand for housing as a residenceis one of the priorities rise too. This thesis analyzes influence the factors of total workers, the number of factories, the rest of residential land, housing prices and GDP percapita at constant price to demand for housing in 12 sub-district during the year 2009 to 2013.The result using panel data regression Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach, that total workers, the number of factory, the rest of residential land, housing price and GDP percapita significant effect on demand forhousing.

ABSTRAK Desain industri berawal dari pemisahan proses desain menjadi mental dan manual pada tahun 1700-an. Pemisahan ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan produksi barang dalam jumlah banyak dan bentuk yang seragam. Seiring perkembangan teknologi manufaktur pada industri, penyediaan produk massa menjadi semakin mudah. Dengan industri manufaktur dan keinginan konsumsi masyarakat, Barcelona Chair sebagai sebuah karya otentik dan bernilai intelektual tidak luput dari produksi massa. Masyarakat sebagai konsumen memiliki peran penting dalam produksi massa Barcelona Chair karena keinginannya yang selalu ingin dipuaskan. Sementara, industri yang bertujuan meraih keuntungan komersial bertanggungjawab pada pengarahan preferensi masyarakat melalui metode individualisasi desain dan fetishization. Pengarahan preferensi ini dilakukan untuk membuat masyarakat mendambakan Barcelona Chair dan akhirnya melakukan konsumsi. Akibat produksi massa, nilai-nilai intelektual atau aura Barcelona Chair sebagai high art terstandardisasi dan terendahkan. Proses desain Mies van der Rohe, sejarah penggunaan material, dan seluruh elemen yang melatarbelakangi lahirnya Barcelona Chair sebagai high art menjadi disepelekan akibat penyesuaian produksi massa yang dilakukan industri. Pemisahan Barcelona Chair dari konteksnya hingga perubahan material membuat Barcelona Chair tidak lagi unik dan otentik, melainkan hanya menjadi sebuah komoditas yang dapat dinikmati siapa saja dan dalam kondisi apa saja.

ABSTRACT Industrial design started from the separation of the design process into mental and manual processes in the 1700s. This separation aims to facilitate the production of goods in large quantities and a uniform form. Along with the development of manufacturing technology in the industry, the provision of mass products becomes easier. With the manufacturing industry and people 39 s consumption intentions, Barcelona Chair as an authentic and intellectually valued work did not escape the mass production. Society as a consumer has an important role in the mass production of Barcelona Chair because of their desire that always wants to be satisfied. Meanwhile, industries which aim at achieving commercial profit are responsible for the direction of community preference through the method of design individualization and fetishization. The direction of this preference is made to make people crave Barcelona Chair and finally do the consumption. Due to mass production, the intellectual values or aura of Barcelona Chair as a high art is standardized or degraded. Mies van der Rohe rsquo s design process, the history of material use, and all the elements behind the birth of Barcelona Chair as a high art become underestimated due to the adjustment of mass production by the industry. The separation of Barcelona Chair from its context to material change makes the Barcelona Chair no longer unique and authentic, but merely becomes a commodity that anyone under any circumstances can enjoy.

ABSTRACT
This paper covers the design and analysis for gluten drying section of the wheat bio-refinery plant. Details include process flowsheet development, utility requirements, environmental emissions, engineering design, capital expenditure estimates and drawings. AREA200 processes 110.4 tpd of gluten extraction product and converts it to gluten powder produced at a rate of 14.8 tpd, which utilizes 964 tpd of air for drying purposes with additional utilities requirement of 45 tpd of superheated steam and 200 kW power requirement from the combined unit operations. A key consideration in gluten drying is not to devitalize gluten by minimizing exposure to high temperatures, as devitalized gluten is valued much lower in the market.

Makalah ini membahas desain dan analisis untuk bagian pengeringan gluten dari pabrik bio-refinery gandum. Rinciannya meliputi pengembangan alur proses, persyaratan utilitas, emisi lingkungan, desain teknik, perkiraan dan gambar pengeluaran modal. AREA200 memproses 110,4 tpd produk ekstraksi gluten dan mengubahnya menjadi gluten powder yang diproduksi pada kecepatan 14,8 tpd, yang memanfaatkan 964 tpd udara untuk tujuan pengeringan dengan kebutuhan utilitas tambahan 45 tpd uap panas berlebih dan kebutuhan daya 200 kW dari unit gabungan operasi. Pertimbangan utama dalam pengeringan gluten adalah tidak melemahkan gluten dengan meminimalkan paparan suhu tinggi, karena gluten yang devitalisasi memiliki nilai jauh lebih rendah di pasar.
