"ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan anggaran yang telah dianggarkan oleh universitas kepada masing-masing fakultas. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif analisis dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan uji coba terhadap sistem.Hasil penelitian adalah bahwa sistem informasi rencana bisnis anggaran masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan yaitu belum adanya fungsi untuk memetakan mekanisme penarikan uang terkait realisasi anggaran dan fungsi satuan pengawas intern sebagai verifikator atas usulan perencanaan dan revisi.

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to understand the effectiveness and efficiency of budget usage accounted by university for each faculty. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis by doing observation, interview and testing in the system.The result of the study suggest that the budget business plan information system still has some drawbacks, such as the lack of functionality to map the mechanism of money withdrawal related to the realization of budget and internal supervisor unit function as a verifier for the proposed planning and revision."
