"ABSTRAKTesis ini membahas Perjanjian Pembiayaan Murabahah yang diberikan oleh PT. BankMuamalat Indonesia, Tbk. kepada nasabah debitur. Penelitian ini adalah penelitianyuridis normatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyarankan bahwa perludilakukan standarisasi Perjanjian Murabahah oleh PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia,Tbk. yang dapat lebih mengamankan kepentingan hukum bank untuk digunakansebagai perjanjian pembiayaan oleh semua kantor cabang PT. Bank MuamalatIndonesia, Tbk. Perlu adanya pengembangan sistem administrasi pembiayaan untukmelakukan seluruh tahapan dalam proses administrasi, termasuk tapi tidak terbataspada manajemen dokumen, monitoring progress, review berkelanjutan ataspersyaratan kontrak perjanjian pembiayaan, pemeriksaan dan pengikatan jaminan danagunan. Perlu diperhatikan penambahan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusiauntuk lebih menunjang proses Pembiayaan khususnya Murabahah yang melindungikepentingan bank dan nasabah.

Research results suggest that needs to be done theStandardization Agreement Murabaha by PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk. whichcan further secure the legal interests of the bank for use as a Financing Agreement byall branches of PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia, Tbk.; Need any administration systemsdevelopment financing to do the whole administration process phases in, includingbut not limited to the management of documents, monitoring progress, review theterms of the contract agreement on sustainable financing, examination and bindingguarantees and collateral; Note the addition of human resources development and tofurther support the process of Financing in particular to protect the interests of bankMurabaha and the customer."

"Keberlimpahan informasi menyebabkan pemustaka atau pengguna mengalami kesulitan dalam memperoleh informasi yang relevan dan cepat sesuai dengan kebutuhannya. Keterbatasan tersebut berupa tidak adanya waktu yang cukup untuk melakukan penelusuran secara serius atau karena belum atau tidak memiliki keterampilan dalam menelusur informasi secara online atau karena tidak memiliki pengetahuan yang memadai tentang informasi itu sendiri. Untuk mengatasi masalah penelusuran informasi diperlukan dasar kemampuan menelusur (basic information skill) dengan menggunakan strategi penelusuran. Ketika dalam menelusur tidak memanfaatkan fasilitas penelusuran dan strategi penelusuran online menyebabkan informasi yang didapatkan yaitu perolehan (recall) yang tinggi dan presisi (precision) yang rendah. Demikian pula dengan Dosen Inti dan Penelitian FIB UI, untuk menyelesaikan tugas dan kewajiban sebagai Dosen Inti dan Penelitian diperlukan kemampuan menelusur online secara individu. Dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan metode studi kasus, penelitian ini mencoba mengungkap kemampuan penelusuran sumber informasi online oleh Dosen Inti Penelitian FIB UI. Hasil penelitian ini berupa diperlukannya pelatihan literasi informasi atau pelatihan penelusuran sumber informasi online untuk para Dosen Inti dan Penelitian agar dapat mempunyai kemampuan penelusuran sumber informasi online, sehingga masalah penelusuran online dapat diatasai.
