"RSUI (Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia) adalah rumah sakit pendidikan kelas B yang terletak di kampus Universitas Indonesia. Dibangun pada tahun 2009 dan beroperasi sejak 2018, RS UI memiliki visi untuk menjadi rumah sakit pendidikan kelas dunia pada tahun 2030. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan penanggung jawab Depo Rawan Jalan RSUI, masih terdapat pasien rawat jalan yang belum memahami cara penggunaan obat injeksi insulin, sehingga apoteker di rawat jalan perlu melakukan konseling untuk penggunaannya. Untuk memudahkan dan mengefesienkan pelayanan farmasi dirawat jalan perlu adanya media dalam menyampaikan informasi pada konseling tersebut berupa video konseling dan leaflet. Konseling Obat adalah suatu aktivitas pemberian nasihat atau saran terkait terapi Obat dari Apoteker (konselor) kepada pasien dan/atau keluarganya. Konseling untuk pasien rawat jalan maupun rawat inap di semua fasilitas kesehatan dapat dilakukan atas inisitatif Apoteker, rujukan dokter, keinginan pasien atau keluarganya. bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan hasil terapi, meminimalkan risiko reaksi Obat yang tidak dikehendaki (ROTD), dan meningkatkan cost-effectiveness yang pada akhirnya meningkatkan keamanan penggunaan Obat bagi pasien (patient safety). Maka dari itu laporan ini berfokus terhadap pembuatan dan penyusunan leaflet serta video konseling penggunaan insulin di Rumah Sakit Universitas Indonesia.

RSUI (University of Indonesia Hospital) is a class B teaching hospital located on the campus of the University of Indonesia. Drug Counseling is an activity of providing advice or suggestions regarding drug therapy from a pharmacist (counsellor) to patients and/or their families. Counselling for outpatients and inpatients in all health facilities can be done on the initiative of the pharmacist, doctor's referral, and the wishes of the patient or their family. aims to optimize therapy results, minimize the risk of unwanted drug reactions, and increase cost-effectiveness which ultimately increases the safety of drug use for patients (patient safety). Therefore, this report focuses on the creation and preparation of leaflets and counselling videos on insulin use at the University of Indonesia Hospital."
