ABSTRAK
Sertifikasi dari JCI sebagai badan akreditasi internasional merupakan achievement yang didambakan oleh setiap rumah sakit. Fokus dari akreditasi JCI adalah patient safety yang tertuang dalam chapter utama yaitu IPSG (International Patient Safety Goals). Chapter tersebut dikembangkan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah-masalah medik yang berpotensi menimbulkan outcome yang tidak diharapkan. Sebagian besar standar IPSG diterapkan oleh perawat, khususnya perawat di instalasi rawat inap yang dituntut untuk selalu berinteraksi dengan pasien. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis variabel individu, organisasi, dan psikologis perawat terhadap penerapan IPSG. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian cross sectional. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh perawat di instalasi rawat inap. Analisis statistik yang digunakan analisis bivariat dengan uji chi square serta regresi logistik sederhana, dan analisis multivariat dengan uji regresi logistik ganda model prediksi. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, variabel individu yang memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan perilaku penerapan IPSG adalah usia, status pernikahan, lama kerja di unit, lama kerja sejak lulus pendidikan, jenjang jabatan, frekuensi pelatihan patient safety, dan sosialisasi terkait mutu rumah sakit. Variabel organisasi yang memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan IPSG adalah pengaruh organisasi sedangkan pada variabel psikologis, variabel yang memiliki hubungan dengan penerapan IPSG adalah pengetahuan. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang berhubungan bermakna dengan perilaku penerapan IPSG adalah variabel pengetahuan setelah dikontrol oleh variabel umur, status pernikahan, pelatihan, dan pengaruh organisasi.

ABSTRACT
Certification of JCI as an international accreditation corporation is an achievement which are coveted by every hospital. The focus of JCI accreditation is patient safety which contained in the main chapter that is IPSG (International Patient Safety Goals). That chapter were developed to identify medical problems that could potentially lead to an unexpected outcome. Most of the IPSG standards applied by the nurses, especially nurses in inpatient installation whom are required to always interact with patients. The purpose of this study was to analyze the variables of individual, organizational, and psychological of nurses to the implementation of IPSG. This study is a cross sectional study. The study population was all nurses in inpatient installation. Statistical analysis used bivariate analysis with chi square test and simple logistic regression, and multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression test prediction model. Based on the results of statistical analysis, the individual variables that have a significant relationship with the behavior of the implementation of IPSG is the age, marital status, length of employment in the unit, length of employment since graduation, hierarchy, the frequency of patient safety training, and socialization-related quality of hospital. Organization variable which related to the implementation of IPSG is the influence of organization, while the psychological variable, variable that have a relationship with the implementation of IPSG is knowledge. The results of multivariate analysis showed that variables significantly associated with the behavior of the implementation of IPSG is knowledge after controlled by the age, marital status, training, and organizational influence.
