Abstrak :
Tugas akhir ini membahas intervensi terhadap permasalahan kapasitas produksi di sebuah Biro Konsultasi Sumberdaya Manusia (SDM). Penelusuran terhadap masalah menunjuk pada kurangnya eiisiensi dalam proses produksi, dalam hal ini berupa kcccpatan dan kualitas penyusunan laporan hasil Asesmen Karyawan. Tujuan intervensi adalah untulc memotong proses tersebut dari segi waktu dengan meningkatkan profesionalisme para Asesor yang menjadi pemroses utama layanan tersehut. Anzilisis kondisi mcnunjukkan bahwa program yang paling scsuai untuk diterapkan adalah sebuah program terpadu yang didasari oleh konsep Knowledge Engine - diberi tajuk "Intervensi Progresif" (Program Regenerasi Integratif). Program mencakup membangun sistem pembelajaran, menyiapkan kepemimpinan fasilitatif dan penanaman budaya berbagi di antara para Asesor dan pemangku kepentingan lini layanan ini pada umumnya. ......This final assignment focuses on intervention towards production capacity in a human resources consulting firm. Investigation points to inefficiency on product delivery due to an unstandardized employee assessment reporting speed and quality. The goal of the intervention is to improve assessors ability to fulfil firm's standard of speed and quality. Accelerating process from knowledge to perfommance and from performance to knowledge as proposed by knowledge engine framework is considered as the most appropriate program. It consists of building systems that support leaming, preparing facilitative leadership and implementing sharing culture among assessors and other stakeholders of the subject to be improved.

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi praktik preservasi pengetahuan dalam aspek pengalihan pengetahuan berdasarkan Model SECI Nonaka & Takeuchi dalam bidang pendidikan dan pengajaran Fasilkom UI yang telah memanfaatkan sistem e-learning SCeLE (student centered e-learning environment). Penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus yang mendeskripsikan serta menginterpretasikan interaksi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam perkuliahan tatap muka di kelas dan komunikasi online di SCeLE (blended learning). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan praktik preservasi pengetahuan dilakukan dengan pengalihan pengetahuan eksplisit dan pengetahuan implisit dosen kepada mahasiswa dengan cara sosialisasi, eksternalisasi, kombinasi dan internalisasi. Semua pengetahuan eksplisit tersimpan di SCeLE dalam jangka panjang untuk keperluan repositori pengetahuan dan pengembangan kualitas pendidikan dan pengajaran. ......This study aims to indentify the practise of knowledge preservation based on Four Modes of Knowledge Conversion from Nonaka & Takeuchi or SECI Modes in the education and teaching field at the Faculty of Computer Science, Universitas Indonesia which has implemented the SCeLE (Student Centered e-Learning Environment) system. This research was conducted by using qualitative methods with a case study, which described and interpreted the interactions between lecture and students both in class and in online communication using SCeLE system (blended learning method). The Results show that practice of knowledge preservation was converting the tacit knowledge and explicit knowledge from lecture to students through socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. The knowledge is then preserved in SCeLE, which functions as a repository system in the long run, and it used to enhance the teaching quality at the faculty.

[Penelitian tesis ini dilakukan di kantor PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan energi terhadap karyawan talent PT XYZ, dengan responden sebanyak 105 orang. Tingginya tingkat turnover talent PT XYZ, mempengaruhi efektifitas jalannya organisasi PT XYZ, karena membuat kondisi kerja tidak stabil, menurunnya produktifitas karyawan dan suasana kerja yang tidak produktif. Sehingga memerlukan suatu intervensi untuk menurunkan intention to leave karyawan talent melalui pendekatan aktivitas knowledge sharing. Intervensi ini disusun secara bertahap dengan difokuskan kepada Technostructural Intervention, dan Human Resources Management Intervention.Aktivitas knowledge sharing ini dilakukan oleh atasan langsung setingkat manager, karyawan talent dan karyawan non talent. Perubahan proses perkuliahan yang harus dilakukan secara daring memiliki berbagai macam dampak, seperti pada learning performance milik mahasiswa karena mereka dituntut untuk dapat mempertahankan dan meningkatkan nilai yang mereka miliki sambil beradaptasi dengan cara pembelajaran yang baru. Perubahan ini memberikan pengaruh terhadap motivasi milik mahasiswa dan learning performance mereka. Pihak universitas juga terus menjaga keaktifan mahasiwa agar dapat terus melakukan knowledge sharing dengan rekan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan antara tiga variabel, yaitu motivasi, knowledge sharing, dan learning performance mahasiswa di wiliayan Jabodetabek selama masa pandemi Covid-19. Berdasarkan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini tergolong sebagai penelitian kuantitatif, berdasarkan tujuan penelitian merupakan penelitian explanatif, berdasarkan manfaat tergolong penelitian murni, dan berdasarkan waktu tergolong penelitian cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 160 responden yang berasal dari Institut Pertanian Bogor, Universitas Bina Nusantara, dan Universitas Indonesia. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan metode SEM PLS dengan bantuan SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara motivasi dengan knowledge sharing, motivasi dengan learning performance, knowledge sharing dengan learning performance, dan motivasi dengan knowledge sharing terhadap learning performance. ......Changes in the lecture process to online classes have various impacts, such as on students' learning performance because they must maintain and increase their grades while adapting to new ways of learning. This change influences students' motivation and learning performance. The university has to keep students active by sharing knowledge with their colleagues. This research aims to analyze the relationship between motivation, knowledge sharing, and learning performance of students in the Jabodetabek area during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on data collection techniques, this research is classified as quatitative research. Based on research objectives, it is explanative research. Based on benefits, it is classified as pure research. Based on the time, it is classified as cross-sectional research. The number of samples used in this study was 160 respondents from the Bogor Agricultural Institute, Bina Nusantara University, and the University of Indonesia. This research data processing uses the SEM PLS method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0. The results show a positive relationship between motivation and knowledge sharing, motivation and learning performance, knowledge sharing, and learning performance, and motivation and knowledge sharing and learning performance.

Rutinitas organisasional yang biasanya dikenal dengan konsep tradisional mereka yaitu memberikan efek negatif seperti kekakuan terhadap organisasi, dalam konsep modern, ostensive dan performative routine sebagai dimensi dari rutinitas organisasi dapat menciptakan fleksibilitas dan adaptive capability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa core rigidity dan adaptive capability dapat memediasi hubungan antara rutinitas organisasi dengan dynamic capability dalam penciptaan organizational performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan di organisasi sektor publik yaitu Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan menggunakan data survei dan menggunakan Structural Ecuation Model (SEM).
Organizational routines commonly known as their traditional concepts by giving negative effects such as rigidity to the organization, in modern concepts, ostensive and performative routines as the dimension of organizational routine, can create flexibility and adaptive capability. The results of this research suggests that the core rigidity and adaptive capability can mediate the relationship between organizational routine and dynamic capabilities in terms of creating organizational performance. This research conducted in public sector organizations, Ministry of Education and Culture, using survey data and using the Structural Ecuation Model (SEM).
