Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas tentang promosi Perpustakaan Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta kepada pemustaka anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan perpustakaan kepada pemustaka anak di Perpustkaan Umum Daerah Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara secara mendalam dan kajian dokumen. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh perpustakaan sesuai dengan yang mereka pahami dan teori cara melakukan promosi yaitu kegiatan. Peneliti menyarankan perpustakaan perlu mengetahui bagaimana ukuran kesuksesan tujuan dari promosi kepada pemustaka anak itu dikatakan berhasil. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Perpustakaan Umum Daerah provinsi DKI Jakarta dalam kegiatan promosi telah menetapkan tujuan, cara mencapai tujuan dan mengetahui kebutuhan pemustaka supaya mendapatkan hal yang ingin dicapai dari kegiatan promosi yang mereka lakukan. ......This research discusses the promotion of the Public Library of DKI Jakarta Province to children. The purpose of this research is to identify the promotional activities of the library to children at the Public Library of DKI Jakarta Province. This research used case study method. The data collecting with observation, depth interview and analysis document. The conclusion is promotional activities library accordance with they understand and theory of promotion is that activity. Researchers suggest the library needs to know how to measure the success of the purpose of promotion to children successful. The result is that the library has set goals, ways to achieve goals and has identified user needs to fulfill the goals from its promotional activities.

Skripsi ini menjelaskan tentang pencapaian target pengguna Perpustakaan Umum Freedom yang dilihat dari Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam, kajian pustaka lalu dianalisis dan diinterpretasikan. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu harus diterapkan secara intensif dan berkelanjutan untuk membangun branding awarness dalam masyarakat dan mencapai visi misi Perpustakaan. Selain itu, untuk perkembangan dalam Perpustakaan, Komunikasi Pemasaran Terpadu pun hadir dalam elemenelemennya sebagai berikut: Iklan, Pemasaran Langsung, Pemasaran Interaktif, Promosi Penjualan, Hubungan Masyarakat, dan Penjualan Personal. ......This mini-thesis describes the achievement of the target users who viewed the Public Library Freedom viewed from Integrated Marketing Communications. This study uses qualitative research methods with indepth interviews, literature review, analyzed and interpreted. The results suggest that integrated marketing communications should be applied intensively and sustainably to build branding awarness in society and achieve the vision mission of the Library. In addition, for developments in the Library, Integrated Marketing Communications was present in the elements as follows: Advertising, Direct Marketing, Interactive Marketing, Sales Promotion, Public Relations, and Personal Selling.

ABSTRACT
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai strategi pemasaran produk informasi yang dimiliki PDII-LIPI yaitu pangkalan data terpasang yang bernama Indonesian Scientific Journal Database. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa langkah apa saja yang telah dilakukan PDII-LIPI dalam strategi pemasaran produk informasi ISJD dan menganalisa strategi pemasaran produk informasi ISJD yang dilakukan oleh PDII-LIPI. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran ISJD yang dilakukan oleh PDII-LIPI sudah cukup baik dalam penerapannya. Akan tetapi, strategi pemasaran ISJD masih bisa dikembangkan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien khususnya pada produk yang prima dari segi teknologi yang digunakan dan promosi dengan memanfaatkan iklan pada media sosial agar tepat sasaran. Hal tersebut akan berdampak pada penggunaan ISJD secara optimal dalam memenuhi kebutuhan akses informasi ilmiah masyarakat Indonesia.
ABSTRACT
This study discusses the marketing strategy of product information owned by PDII LIPI is attached database named Indonesian Scientific Journal Database. This study aims to analyze what steps have been made PDII LIPI in product marketing strategies and analyze information product marketing strategy ISJD conducted by PDII LIPI. This study uses a qualitative approach with case study method. The results showed that ISJD marketing strategy undertaken by PDII LIPI is good enough in practice. However, ISJD marketing strategies could be developed to be more effective and efficient, especially on prime product in terms of technology used and promotions by leveraging advertising on social media for the right target. This will impact on the use of ISJD optimally meet the needs of Indonesian society access to scientific information.
