"ABSTRACTMeans of public health is a component in accelerating the improvement of public health degree. Hospitals as health facilities have a very strategic role in providing quality services in accordance with established standards and can reach the whole community. One installation that needs improvement is the quality of instalasai Hemodialysis. The number of patients is increasing every year must be accompanied by improvement of quality of service installation. Based on observations, there were some complaints of patients on hemodialysis installation services. This study intends to improve the quality of care in hemodialysis installations by crafting needs hemodialysis machine design using Kansei Engineering, as well as the application of Quality Function Deployment (QFD) and TRIZ. Kansei Engineering is used to ensure that a service fulfills the desired emotional response. Subsequently used QFD to improve customer satisfaction by improving the quality of services installation hemodialysis. Results of QFD point to contradictions, namely repair and maintenance service of the machine with the alert medics and repair and maintenance of the machine with the cleanliness and comfort of installation. The results showed that the installation of Hemodialysis ABSTRAKPatients in fact want a friendly atmosphere of doctors, nurses, and the reception clerk and the condition of hemodialysis machines and devices work properly."

"Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasok pada perusahaan alat kesehatan di Indonesia, Pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perlu dilakukan untuk mengetahui kondisi rantai pasok dari suatu perusahaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) sebagai kerangka pengukuran kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan. Perbaikan yang dilakukan pada penelitian ini berkaitan dengan permasalahan di lapangan produksi. Tingkat kepentingan atribut kinerja diukur berdasar pembobotan dengan kuesioner oleh beberapa expert. Terdapat 29 indikator kinerja yang diukur dan terbagi ke dalam atribut model SCOR untuk tiap level. Dari hasil pengukuran didapatkan kinerja rantai pasok perusahaan pada tahun 2019 sebesar 70,94% yang menunjukkan kinerja perusahaan berada pada kategori good dengan warna hijau. Setelah itu setiap indikator dipetakan ke dalam kuadran Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), untuk mendapatkan indikator yang memiliki Performance yang belum baik dan memilih Importance yang cukup besar untuk diperbaiki atau di tingkatkan. Dengan menggunakan kuadran IPA didapatkan 7 indikator pada rantai pasok perusahaan yang kinerjanya perlu ditingkatkan, maka dari itu diperlukan strategi untuk dapat memperbaiki kinerja tersebut. Dengan dibantu Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), didapatkan sepuluh strategi yang dapat membantu perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerja rantai pasok mereka.

This research was conducted to measure supply chain performance in medical device companies in Indonesia. Measurement of supply chain performance needs to be done to determine the condition of the supply chain of a company. The method used is the Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) as a framework for measuring the company's supply chain performance. Improvements made in this study are related to problems in the production field. The importance of performance attributes is measured by weighting with a questionnaire by several experts. There are 29 performance indicators that are measured and divided into the attributes of the SCOR model for each level. From the measurement results, the company's supply chain performance in 2019 was 70.94% which showed the company's performance was in the good category with green color. After that, each indicator is mapped into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) quadrant, to get indicators that have poor performance and choose Importance that is large enough to be repaired or increased. By using the IPA quadrant, there are 7 indicators in the company's supply chain whose performance needs to be improved, therefore a strategy is needed to be able to improve this performance. With the help of the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), ten strategies were obtained that can help companies improve their supply chain performance."
