Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis kelengkapan dan ketepatan diagnosis prosedur dan koding pada klaim pasien rawat inap JKN di RSU Mayjen H. A. Thalib Kabupaten Kerinci. Penelitian ini menggabungkan penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif dengan model triangulasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan ketidaktepatan koding dari 105 sampel klaim yang menyebabkan kerugian rumah sakit dengan selisih klaim kurang lebih 4 %. Hal ini disebabkan oleh pengetahuan dokter spesialis mengenai aturan koding yang masih rendah, pelatihan koding yang masih kurang bagi dokter spesialis, koder dan verifikator, beban kerja verifikator yang tinggi, rekam medis yang masih manual, ketiadaan SIMRS, alokasi anggaran yang masih rendah untuk meningkatkan kualitas rekam medis dan koding. Manajemen harus menyusun alur klaim, melaksanakan monitoring dan evaluasi klaim, melakukan pelatihan koding rutin, menyediakan SIMRS terintegrasi dengan billing system, rekam medis elektronik, dan menyusun indikator penilaian kinerja untuk remunerasi, menerapkan reward dan punishment bagi yang terlibat dalam klaim.

This research combines quantitative and qualitative research with triangulation models. Researchers want to know the accuracy of diagnosis coding and accurate procedures of the claim file of disease cases that successfully passed BPJS KESEHATAN verification by observing the claim file, medical records, and conducting in-depth interviews. The results found inaccurate coding of 105 claims samples that cause hospital losses with a claim difference of approximately 4 %. This is due to the low knowledge of specialist doctors regarding coding rules, lack of coding training for specialists, coders and verifiers, verifiers heavy workload, manual medical records, absence of SIMRS, low budget allocation to increase the quality of medical records and coding. Management must conceive pathway for claim, carry out monitoring and evaluation of claims, conduct routine coding training, provide SIMRS integrated with billing systems, electronic medical records, and conceive indicator of remuneration, implement rewards and punishments for those involved in claims.
