"Penelitian ini membahas mengenai keberfungsian sosial yang dimiliki ibu bekerja di Divisi Redaksi PT. X dengan sistem penghargaan berupa kompensasi finansial dan non finansial yang diberikan PT. X.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu industri media terbesar di Indonesia yang saat ini sedang mengalami disrupsi digital dan dilakukan pada tahun 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif untuk melihat gambaran secara jelas mengenai keberfungsian sosial yang dimiliki ibu bekerja di PT. X dengan adanya sistem penghargaan yang diberikan terlepas dari masalah yang dialami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. X mengalami perubahan sistem penghargaan karena disrupsi digital yang mengakibatkan menurunnya kondisi finansial perusahaan. Namun, PT. X tetap memastikan terpenuhinya beberapa kebutuhan pekerja sesuai dengan kemampuan perusahaan. Dengan begitu, ibu bekerja di Divisi Redaksi PT. X merasa mampu menjalankan kedua perannya, memenuhi kebutuhannya, serta memiliki perasaan positif terhadap perannya yang didukung oleh sistem penghargaan yang diberikan dalam bentuk kompensasi. Kemampuan menjalankan peran tersebut tidak terbatas hanya karena kompensasi finansial, tetapi juga kompensasi non finansial yang mendukung. Hal tersebut menjadi salah satu alasan mengapa ibu bekerja tetap mempertahankan pekerjaannya di PT. X.

This research discusses the social functioning of working mothers in the Editorial Division of PT. X, with a reward system comprising financial and non-financial compensation provided by PT. X. The research is conducted at one of Indonesia's largest media industries, currently undergoing digital disruption, and is carried out in 2024. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive research to clearly depict the social functioning of working mothers at PT. X, given the reward system despite the challenges faced. The results show that PT. X has changed its reward system due to digital disruption, leading to a decline in the company's financial condition. However, PT. X still ensures that some worker needs are met according to the company's capabilities. Thus, working mothers in the Editorial Division of PT. X feel capable of fulfilling both their roles, meeting their needs, and having a positive feeling towards their roles supported by the reward system in the form of compensation. The ability to fulfill these roles is not limited to financial compensation but also supported by non-financial compensation. This is one reason why working mothers continue to maintain their jobs at PT. X."

"Pada tahun 2020, pandemi covid melanda seluruh negara termasuk Indonesia. Covid-19 menyebabkan peningkatan kemiskinan secara signifikan, sehingga angka kemiskinan di Indonesia melonjak tajam. Salah satu kelompok yang terkena dampaknya adalah ibu tunggal yang kehilangan suaminya karena covid-19. Selain terkena dampak oleh Covid- 19 dari segi ekonomi, kehilangan suami akibat Covid-19 membuat mereka mengalami kedukaan mendalam. Selain itu, stigma negatif dari masyarakat terhadap keluarga korban Covid-19 sering kali memperburuk kondisi mereka, sehingga banyak ibu tunggal yang tidak berdaya. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai bantuan sosial, tahapan pemberdayaan ibu tunggal yang suaminya meninggal karena Covid-19, dan faktor pendukung serta penghambat dalam pemberdayaan melalui Program Keluarga Terdampak Covid-19 yang dilakukan oleh BSI Maslahat di Jakarta Selatan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat lima tahapan pemberdayaan yang ada pada Program Keluarga Terdampak Covid-19, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap asesmen, tahap implementasi, tahap evaluasi, dan tahap terminasi. Selain itu, terdapat faktor pendukung dan penghambat pemberdayaan yang dibagi menjadi internal dan eksternal. Faktor pendukung internal di antaranya (1) motivasi ibu tunggal; (2) pengetahuan atau pengalaman ibu tunggal; dan (3) dukungan keluarga. Sedangkan faktor pendukung eksternal yaitu (1) pendampingan dan (2) para ibu tunggal lain. Terdapat juga faktor penghambat internal yang berasal dari dalam komunitas, meliputi (1) faktor predisposisi dan (2) kebiasaan ibu tunggal. Selain itu, terdapat faktor penghambat internal yang berasal dari luar komunitas, seperti faktor penguat perubahan (reinforcing). Faktor penghambat terakhir adalah penghambat dari eksternal komunitas, yaitu penolakan terhadap ‘orang luar’.

In 2020, the covid pandemic hit all countries including Indonesia. Covid-19 caused a significant increase in poverty, so the poverty rate in Indonesia jumped sharply. One of the groups affected is single mothers who have lost their husbands to Covid-19. In addition to being affected by Covid-19 from an economic point of view, losing their husbands due to Covid-19 makes them experience deep grief. In addition, the negative stigma from the community towards families of Covid-19 victims often worsens their condition, leaving many single mothers helpless. This research discusses social assistance, the stages of empowerment of single mothers whose husbands died due to Covid-19, and the supporting and inhibiting factors in empowerment through the Covid- 19 Affected Family Program conducted by BSI Maslahat in South Jakarta. The approach used is descriptive qualitative research. The results of the study state that there are five stages of empowerment in the Covid-19 Affected Family Program. First, the preparation stage which includes the preparation stage includes companion preparation, field preparation, and searching for beneficiaries based on schemes categorized for conditional cash transfers. Second, the assessment stage is an activity to identify the empowerment of single mothers to fulfill their life needs and resources, including economic conditions through the impossibility form as a means test instrument for social assistance, potential, and motivation of single mothers. Third, the implementation stage, which includes initial training, provision of social assistance funds, and mentoring. Fourth, the evaluation stage carried out through the Covid-19 Affected Family Program is marked by the existence of business fund reports, monthly reports, and semester reports. In the monthly and semester reports, there is feedback to improve the empowerment process. Evaluation is also carried out during the mentoring process. The last stage is the termination stage, the termination stage is marked by the completion of the single mother empowerment program based on a predetermined time. In addition, there are supporting and inhibiting factors for empowerment which are divided into internal and external. Internal supporting factors include (1) single mother motivation; (2) single mother knowledge or experience; and (3) family support. While external supporting factors are (1) assistance and (2) other single mothers. There are also internal inhibiting factors originating from within the community, including (1) predisposing factors and (2) single mothers' habits. In addition, there are internal inhibiting factors that come from outside the community, such as reinforcing factors. The last inhibiting factor is external to the community, which is the rejection of 'outsiders'. "

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan state ibuism pada program kesehatan Pos Pelayanan Terpadu Penyakit Tidak Menular (Posbindu PTM). Program tersebut merupakan program Kementerian Kesehatan guna mengendalikan penyakit tidak menular dengan melakukan deteksi dini PTM, melakukan penyuluhan dan rujukan jika diperlukan. Penelitian terdahulu menunjukkan bahwa perempuan memiliki peran penting dalam perawatan kesehatan masyarakat lewat program pemerintah. Namun, penelitian sebelumnya masih belum membahas latar belakang keikutsertaan perempuan dalam upaya menyukseskan program pemerintah, khususnya Posbindu PTM. Peneliti berargumen bahwa state ibuism dapat mendasari pemaknaan serta motivasi kader Posbindu PTM untuk melakukan care work dalam lingkup komunitas. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa peran perempuan dalam program Posbindu PTM didasari atas konstruksi gender tradisional di masyarakat yang juga dilegitimasi oleh pemerintah dan dalam temuan ini juga didasari atas nilai agama. Hal ini juga mendasari pemaknaan kader atas keterlibatan mereka dalam program Posbindu PTM. Namun demikian, telah ada kesadaran atas pentingnya penghargaan terhadap kader karena telah menjalani program Posbindu PTM karena care work yang dilakukan perempuan kurang dihargai. Selain itu, dukungan pemerintah atas program Posbindu PTM juga dinilai masih belum maksimal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan pengumpulan data dengan beberapa metode pengambilan data seperti wawancara mendalam kepada stakeholder terkait, ketua Posbindu PTM, tokoh setempat, dan peserta Posbindu PTM. Selain itu, data juga dikumpulkan melalui observasi, focus group discussion, dan photo-elicitation interviews kepada kader Posbindu PTM.

This study aims to explain the population in the Integrated Non-Communicable Disease Service Post (Posbindu PTM) health program. The program is a Ministry of Health program to control non-communicable diseases by conducting early detection of PTM and providing counseling and referrals if necessary. Previous studies have shown that women are important in public health care through government programs. However, previous studies have not discussed the background of women's participation in efforts to make government programs successful, especially Posbindu PTM. Researchers argue that state leadership can underlie the development and motivation of Posbindu PTM cadres to carry out community service in the community. This study found that the role of women in the Posbindu PTM program is based on traditional gender construction in society which is also legitimized by the government and in this finding is also based on religious values. This is also the basis for the development of cadres for their involvement in the Posbindu PTM program. However, there has been an awareness of the importance of appreciation for cadres for undergoing the Posbindu PTM program because the care work carried out by women is less appreciated. In addition, government support for the Posbindu PTM program is also considered less than optimal. This study uses a qualitative approach and data collection with several data collection methods such as in-depth interviews with relevant stakeholders, the head of Posbindu PTM, local figures, and Posbindu PTM participants. In addition, data was also collected through observation, focus group discussions, and photo-elicitation interviews with Posbindu PTM cadres."
