Abstrak :
Efektivitas perubahan organisasi salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh komitmen perubahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepercayaan organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan change leadership terhadap komitmen perubahan. Penelitian lanjutan dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh kepercayaan organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan change leadership terhadap masing-masing dimensi komitmen perubahan, yaitu komitmen afektif, kontinuans, dan normatif perubahan. Pengukuran kepercayaan organisasi menggunakan Organizational Trust Inventory, change leadership diukur dengan Change Leadership Inventory, dan pengukuran komitmen perubahan menggunakan Commitment to Change Inventory. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dari 276 responden didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kepercayaan organisasi dan change leadership terhadap komitmen perubahan (R2=0,252, p<0.05), namun pengaruh yang diberikan oleh kepercayaan organisasi (R2=0,096, p<0.05) lebih besar dibandingkan change leadership (R2=0,044, p>0.05). ......Effectiveness of organizational change is influenced by commitment to change. This research was conducted to identify the impact of organizational trust and change leadership to commitment to change. Further research is also conducted to see the identify the impact of organizational trust and change leadership to each dimensions of commitment to change, namely affective, continuans, and normative commitment to change. Organizational trust measured by Organizational Trust Inventory, change leadership measured by Change Leadership Inventory, and commitment to change measured by Commitment to Change Inventory. Based on data from 276 respondents, the result of this research revealed that there is an impact of organizational trust and change leadership to commitment to change (R2= 0,252, p<0.05), which organizational trust is higher than change leadership (R2=0,096, p=<0.005).

Dalam pelaksanaan otonomi daerah, Kecamatan Cipayung, Kecamatan Bojongsari, Kecamatan Cinere, Kecamatan Tapos, dan Kecamatan Cilodong sebagai kecamatan hasil pemekaran, dihadapkan tugas sebagai perangkat daerah seperti menjalankan tugas umum pemerintahan dan pelimpahan wewenang dari walikota. Namun dalam praktiknya, kecamatan hasil pemekaran masih ditemukan keterbatasan dan permasalahan sehingga kecamatan hasil pemekaran sebagai organisasi yang baru, perlu dikembangkan agar dapat beradaptasi dan meningkatkan kemampuan. Penelitian ini tertarik untuk mempelajari bagaimana pelaksanaan pengembangan organisasi pemerintahan kecamatan hasil pemekaran dengan dikaitkan konsep pengembangan organisasi. Pendekatan penelitian positivis, deskriptif, cross sectional, dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Pengembangan organisasi kecamatan hasil pemekaran melibatkan intern organisasi kecamatan, Pemerintah Kota Depok, masyarakat, dilaksanakan dengan berbagai tahapan kegiatan pengembangan organisasi yang meliputi sistem-sistem dalam organisasi. Pelaksanaan pengembang organisasi masih ditemukan berbagai kendala, sehingga disarankan Pemerintah Kota dan Kecamatan hasil pemekaran bersinergis untuk mengatasinya.
ABSTRACT
In the implementation of regional autonomy, Cipayung Subdistrict, Bojongsari Subdistrict, Cinere Subdistrict, Tapos Subdistrict, and Cilodong Subdistrict are subdistrict of catchment area result, faced with the task of local devices such as general administrative duties and delegation of authority from the mayor. However, in pratice, they are still to be found limitations and problems, so that subdistrict of catchment area result as the new organization, need to be developed in order to adapt and improve the ability. This research interested to study implementation of organizational development of Subdistrict of catchment area result with the associated concept of organizational development. This research is positivist approach with descriptive design, cross sectional study, in-depth interviews, observation, and literature study. Organizational development in Subdistricts of catchment area result, involves internal organization subdistrict, Local Goverment of Depok, Society, carried out with various stages of organizational development activities, including systems within the organization. Implementation of development organizations are still found many obstacles, so it is recommended The Local Goverment of Depok and the Subistrict of catchment area result to cope.

Pengembangan organisasi dalam suatu organisasi sangat penting untuk dilakukan dikarenakan apabila suatu organisasi tidak melakukan gerakan perubahan maka organisasi tersebut akan tetap diam ditempat tanpa adanya kemajuan. Pengembangan organisasi merupakan salah satu panduan bagi organisasi untuk melakukan perkembangan sesuai dengan perubahan dan perkembangan zaman yang kian selalu berkembang. Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang pengembangan organisasi yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia di instansi pemerintahan daerah tepatnya di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa yang ditinjau melalui model human resource interventions. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan analisis data mixed method dengan teknik pengumpulan data survei, kuesioner dan wawancara mendalam kepada sampel yang ada di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa, Nusa Tenggara Barat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan organisasi dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia di Badan Perencanaan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan Daerah Kabupaten Sumbawa yang ditinjau melalui model human resource interventions tergolong baik yang dibuktikan dengan data yakni sebesar 67,7 persen atau sekitar 21 responden mendukung pernyataan tersebut. Sementara, sebanyak 25,8 persen atau setara dengan 8 responden merasa sangat baik. Serta 6,5 persen atau setara dengan 2 responden merasa kurang baik. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pernyataan terkait “Pengembangan Organisasi dalam upaya Meningkatkan Kinerja Sumber Daya Manusia di Instansi BAPPEDA Kabupaten Sumbawa yang ditinjau melalui model Human Resource Interventions kurang baik” itu tidak terbukti. ......Organizational development in an organization is very important to do because if an organization does not carry out a change movement, the organization will remain in place without any progress. Organizational development is one of the guidelines for organizations to carry out developments in accordance with the changes and developments of the times that are always developing. This research examines organizational development that aims to improve the performance of human resources in local government agencies, specifically in the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency of Sumbawa Regency which is reviewed through the human resource interventions model. This study uses research methods with qualitative and quantitative approaches with mixed method data analysis with survey data collection techniques, questionnaires and in-depth interviews with samples in the Regional Planning, Research and Development Agency, Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara. The results of this study indicate that organizational development in an effort to improve the performance of human resources in the Regional Planning, Research and Development Board of Sumbawa Regency which is reviewed through the human resource interventions model is classified as good as evidenced by the data, namely 67.7 percent or around 21 respondents support this statement. . Meanwhile, as many as 25.8 percent or the equivalent of 8 respondents felt very good. And 6.5 percent or the equivalent of 2 respondents is not good. Thus it can be concluded that the statement regarding "Organizational Development in Efforts to Improve the Performance of Human Resources of the Sumbawa Regency BAPPEDA Agency which is reviewed through the Human Resources Intervention model is not good enough" is not proven.

Upaya untuk meningkatkan layanan (service) sembari mengelola biaya telah menjadi obyek penelitian yang berkelanjutan dalam bidang manajemen rantai pasokan (supply chain). Adopsi teknologi dipandang sebagai salah satu solusi yang menjanjikan terhadap tantangan klasik pengorbanan antara layanan dan biaya (service vs cost trade-off). Namun demikian, perdebatan akademis mengenai peranan kapabilitas adopsi teknologi terhadap kinerja perusahaan masih inkonklusif. Penelitian yang berkesimpulan bahwa adopsi teknologi berdampak positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan diimbangi oleh penelitian yang menemukan hal yang sebaliknya. Penelitian empiris ini yang menjadikan industri distribusi sebagai fokus penelitian, di mana kinerja layanan dan biaya layanan (cost-to-serve) sangat penting, bertujuan menganalisa peranan kapabilitas adopsi teknologi terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Metode penelitian kuantitatif digunakan untuk meneliti peranan faktor pendahulu adopsi teknologi dan eksekusi strategi. Model yang diusulkan terdiri dari kapabilitas adopsi teknologi dan eksekusi strategi dengan pendekatan teknologi-organisasi-lingkungan (Technology-Organization-Environment—TOE) dan lingkungan kerja organisasi (Organizational Task Environment –OTE). Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 393 distributor independen dari sebuah perusahaan Indonesia di bidang barang konsumsi sehari-hari (fast-moving consumer goods). Hasil utama dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa adopsi teknologi sendiri tidak cukup untuk memberikan dampak positif terhadap kinerja perusahaan. Untuk mendapatkan manfaat yang optimum dari adopsi teknologi diperlukan eksekusi strategi. Penelitian ini tidak membahas konteks lokasi perusahaan sebagai faktor pembeda. ......The quest of improving service while managing cost has been an ongoing research in supply chain management. Adoption of technology has been sought as a promising solution to this classic challenge of service vs cost trade off. However, the scholarly debates on the role of technology adoption capabilities towards firm’s performance are far from conclusive. Researches indicate positive impact of technology adoption to firm performance are equally buoyed by ones that indicate otherwise. Focusing on the distribution industry where service performance and cost-to-serve are critical, this empirical study aims to analyze the role of technology adoption capabilities towards firm’s performance. Using a quantitative research method, this study explores the influence of antecedents of technology adoption and strategy execution. The proposed model comprises of technology adoption capability and strategy execution using the technology-organization-environment framework and organizational task environment approach. The sample consists of 393 independent distributors of a fast-moving consumer good company in Indonesia. This study mainly suggests that technology adoption alone does not sufficiently provide a direct positive impact on firm performance. It requires strategy execution to make the most value of a technology adoption toward positive firm performance. Limitation of this study is that it does not include location context where the firms operate as a differentiating factor.

Skripsi ini adalah sebuah etnografi tentang organisasi olahraga beladiri karate yang para pengurus organisasinya melakukan pemanfaatan kekuasaan untuk memperoleh sumber daya materi melalui kegiatan kegiatan latihan rutin, ghasuku, dan ujian kenaikan sabuk. Pemanfaatan peluang sumber daya materi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup menjadi sebuah sorotan dalam tulisan skripsi ini. Fenomena perkotaan memanfaatkan posisi serta kekuasaan untuk memperoleh sumber daya materi dalam kasus IKMP Jakarta selatan dapat menghambat kinerja dan tujuan utama organisasi, selain itu mungkin saja fenomena ini dapat terjadi pada organisasi lain di Indonesia.
ABSTRACT
This thesis is an ethnography of sport karate organization which the board of the organization do use powers to obtain material resources through regular exercise activities , ghasuku and belt promotion test . Exploiting the opportunities of material resources to meet the needs of life become a spotlight in writing this essay. Urban phenomenon utilize the position and powers to obtain material resources in southern Jakarta IKMP cases can hinder performance and the main purpose of the organization , but it may be a phenomenon which occurs in other organizations in Indonesia .
