Rutinitas organisasional yang biasanya dikenal dengan konsep tradisional mereka yaitu memberikan efek negatif seperti kekakuan terhadap organisasi, dalam konsep modern, ostensive dan performative routine sebagai dimensi dari rutinitas organisasi dapat menciptakan fleksibilitas dan adaptive capability. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa core rigidity dan adaptive capability dapat memediasi hubungan antara rutinitas organisasi dengan dynamic capability dalam penciptaan organizational performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan di organisasi sektor publik yaitu Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan dengan menggunakan data survei dan menggunakan Structural Ecuation Model (SEM).
Organizational routines commonly known as their traditional concepts by giving negative effects such as rigidity to the organization, in modern concepts, ostensive and performative routines as the dimension of organizational routine, can create flexibility and adaptive capability. The results of this research suggests that the core rigidity and adaptive capability can mediate the relationship between organizational routine and dynamic capabilities in terms of creating organizational performance. This research conducted in public sector organizations, Ministry of Education and Culture, using survey data and using the Structural Ecuation Model (SEM).

Abstrak :
Penelitian ini membahas mengenai knowledge sharing di Library and Knowledge Center Bina Nusantara University International Jakarta. Masalah yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini ialah faktor yang mempengaruhi knowledge sharing yaitu sifat pengetahuan (nature of knowledge), budaya kerja (working culture), sikap staf (staff attitude), kesempatan untuk berbagi (opportunities to share), dan motivasi untuk berbagi (motivation to share) untuk peningkatan kinerja staf di LKC BINUS International. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah kualitatif dengan pendekatan yang digunakan ialah studi kasus. Peneliti menyimpulkan dengan membandingkan dengan teori - teori yang berkaitan menunjukan bahwa knowledge sharing yang ada di LKC BINUS International beberapa hal sudah berjalan sedangkan yang lainnya belum diterapkan.
......This study discusses about knowledge sharing at Library and Knowledge Center Bina Nusantara University International Jakarta. The main purpose of this research is to describe factors that influence knowledge sharing such as knowledge sharing nature of knowledge, working culture, staff attitude, opportunities to share, and motivation to share in order to enhance the library staff performances at LKC BINUS International. In this study, researcher use the qualitative method approach that use case study method. The result of this study, by also comparing the related theories on knowledge sharing shows that some points of knowledge sharing at LKC BINUS International already worked, while others still have not been implemented.

Abstrak :
Dalam rangka meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia, institusi perguruan tinggi, khususnya universitas, didorong oleh pemerintah untuk melakukan pencapaian akreditasi. Salah satu indikator dari penilaian akreditasi ini adalah pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang tercermin lewat kualitas yang dimiliki oleh karyawan. Knowledge sharing behavior dapat menjadi salah satu sarana untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan kualitas karyawan non-akademik di universitas. Adanya workplace spirituality, trust, dan perceived risk menjadi faktor penting yang mempengaruhi terjadinya knowledge sharing.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh workplace spirituality dan trust yang dimediasi oleh perceived risk terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan non-akademik pada program studi universitas swasta di Jakarta yang memiliki nilai akreditasi A dan diolah dengan menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa workplace spirituality memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap knowledge sharing behavior. Selain itu, trust dapat memiliki pengaruh postif terhadap knowledge sharing melalui interaksi langsung dan melalui peran mediasi variabel perceived risk.
......In order to improve education quality in Indonesia, higher learning institutions, especially universities, is encouraged by the government to get accredited. One of the assessment indicators to get accredited is human resource management which reflected by the staffs rsquo quality. Knowledge sharing behavior can be one medium to increase non academic staffs rsquo performance and quality. Workplace spirituality, trust, and perceived risk are factors that can affect knowledge sharing behavior.
This study aimed to analyze the effects of workplace spirituality and trust with perceived risk as mediating factor toward knowledge sharing behavior. Data for this research were collected from non academic staff of university study program in Jakarta which has A accreditation score and then were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Science SPSS.
The result of this study shows that workplace spirituality has positive effect on knowledge sharing behavior. Also, trust has positive effect towards knowledge sharing behavior directly and indirectly using perceived risk as mediating variable.
