"Kota Pekanbaru merupakan salah satu kota di Pulau Sumatera yang mengalami pertumbuhan dan perkembangan sangat pesat. Berawal dari kota yang berukuran kecil, Kota Pekanbaru berkembang menjadi kota besar dan bersama-sama dengan tiga kabupaten tetangganya, akan dibentuk menjadi kawasan metropolitan pertama di Riau. Pembentukan “Pekansikawan” pada tahun 2019 dilakukan karena perkembangan dan pertumbuhan Kota Pekanbaru yang sudah mencapai daerah pinggir Kota Pekanbaru. Perkembangan dan pertumbuhan yang pesat ini tentu mempengaruhi bagaimana pusat pelayanan yang terdapat di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pusat pelayanan yang terdapat di Kota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2019 serta ingin mengetahui hubungannya dengan empat faktor pembentuk pusat pelayanan berdasarkan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh Kota Pekanbaru yaitu faktor lokasi strategis, faktor aglomerasi, faktor sumber daya alam, dan faktor investasi pemerintah daerah. Metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis keruangan dan analisis statistik Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pusat pelayanan di Kota Pekanbaru pada tahun 2019 terletak pada kepadatan penduduk sedang dengan jumlah penduduk yang tergolong tinggi, yang meliputi enam kelurahan yaitu Kelurahan Air Dingin, Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara, Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah, Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur, Kelurahan Tuah Karya, dan Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur. Hasil statistik menunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan signifikan yang terjadi antara pusat pelayanan dengan faktor lokasi strategis, faktor aglomerasi, faktor sumber daya alam, dan faktor investasi pemerintah daerah.

Kota Pekanbaru is one of the cities of the Sumatera Island, that is experiencing rapid growth and development. Started as a small city, Kota Pekanbaru developed into a large city and together with the three neighboring districts, will become the first metropolitan area in Riau. The formation of "Pekansikawan" in 2019 was carried out due to the development and growth of Kota Pekanbaru, which has reached the outskirts of Kota Pekanbaru. This rapid development and growth has affected the service centers of Kota Pekanbaru. This study aims to find out how service centers of Kota Pekanbaru in 2019 are and want to know their relationships between the four factors forming service centers based on the capabilities possessed by Kota Pekanbaru, strategic location factors, agglomeration factors, natural resource factors, and local government investment factors. The analytical methods used in this research are spatial analysis and Chi square statistical analysis. The results showed that service centers of Kota Pekanbaru in 2019 are located in Kelurahan Air Dingin, Kelurahan Tangkerang Utara, Kelurahan Tangkerang Tengah, Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur, Kelurahan Tuah Karya, and Kelurahan Labuh Baru Timur that have moderate populations density with high populations. Statistical results showed that there are no significant relationships between service centers with strategic location factors, agglomeration factors, natural resource factors, and local government investment factors."

"This research aims to analyze the availabity of reference collections in library of MAN I Pekanbaru. This research is quantitative analysis. It uses observation questionnaire and documentation techniques to collect the data. The result shows that the library MAN I Pekanbaru has 6 types of reference collections from I0 types of reference collection, base on National Standards of Library. The types of reference collection available are Scripture, Dictionary, Encyclopedia, Atlas, map, and government regulation. The important collections which are not yet available among thers: biography science dictionary directory dan almanac calendar."

"ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to analyze how the records management system used by the Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation studies. Sample in this study is the Dynamic Archive inactive in Section Deposit Acquisition and Processing. The results of this study is: On the whole it can be said that the records management system used by officers in the archival processing Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru is good enough. This can be seen in the use of archival storage systems, maintenance records, destruction of records. Depreciation archives have not done the appropriate depreciation prosudur guidelines applicable record keeping. It means that depreciation archives conducted Deposit Acquisition and Processing Section of Library and Archives Pekanbaru City Records Retention Schedule not use."
