"Studi kali ini bertujuan untuk meneliti penerapan prinsip Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) dalam mengurangi masalah disruptive behavior pada anak dengan Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE). Penelitian ini menggunakan single case pretest-posttest design, dengan partisipan seorang anak berusia 7 tahun dan ibunya. Adanya peningkatan keterampilan berinteraksi pada ibu diprediksi mampu mengurangi disruptive behavior pada anak. ACE diukur menggunakan Adverse Childhood Experience International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ), sementara frekuensi disruptive behavior diukur dengan Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI). Keterampilan ibu dalam berinteraksi diukur menggunakan Dyadic Parent-Child Interaction Coding System III (DPICS-III) dalam setiap sesi intervensi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah PCIT diberikan, keterampilan ibu dalam berinteraksi dengan anak meningkat seiring dengan menurunnya frekuensi disruptive behavior anak, yakni dari taraf klinis menjadi taraf normal.

This study aims to evaluate the implementation of Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) principles to diminish disruptive behavior in children with Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE). Current study employed a single case, pretest-posttest design, with a 7 year old child and her mother as the participants. PCIT is proposed as an effective intervention to decrease disruptive behavior, through increasing the parent-child interaction, which served as a moderating variable. ACE was measured with Adverse Childhood Experience International Questionnaire (ACE-IQ), while the frequency of disruptive behavior measured by Eyberg Child Behavior Inventory (ECBI). Parent-child interaction evaluated with Dyadic Parent-Child Interaction Coding System III (DPICS-III) in every session. Results suggested that after PCIT is given, parent's interaction skills were significantly enhanced, followed by the gradual decrease in child's disruptive behavior, from clinical to normal range."

"Riset tentang kontribusi kualitas pengasuhan orangtua terhadap perkembangan Executive Function (EF) anak sudah banyak dilakukan. Hanya saja, dari riset tersebut belum bisa diketahui dengan jelas jenis pengasuhan mana yang lebih efektif untuk mendukung perkembangan EF. Di samping itu, penelitian terkait peran pengasuhan ayah juga masih terbatas. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pengasuhan ayah (Autonomy Support dan Control) dan kondisi perkembangan anak (Tipikal dan Autism Spectrum Disorder) terhadap EF. Terdapat 31 orang partisipan ayah dan anak berusia 48-96 bulan (22 orang anak dengan perkembangan tipikal dan 9 orang anak dengan Autism Spectrum Disorder) yang ikut terlibat dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa hanya kondisi perkembangan anak yang memberikan kontribusi terhadap EF. Selain itu, pengasuhan control ayah dan kondisi perkembangan anak berkontribusi terhadap komponen cognitive flexibility. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat memperkaya informasi untuk orangtua terkait penerapan pengasuhan yang efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan EF anak sesuai dengan kondisi perkembangannya.

Numerous research on the contribution of parenting quality to child's Executive Function (EF) has been carried out. However, those researches did not show which type of parenting that promotes child's EF development. Furthermore, research related to the role of father's parenting has not been thoroughly investigated. This study was conducted to determine the contribution of the father's parenting (autonomy support and control) and the child's developmental condition (typically developed and Autism Spectrum Disorder) on the EF. A total of thirty-one father and child participated in this study (22 typically develop children and 9 children with Autism Spectrum Disorder). The study found that only child's developmental conditions was significantly contributing to EF. In addition, the father's parenting control and child's developmental conditions has significant contribution to cognitive flexibility. This result can enrich the information for parents related to types of parenting style that is effective in improving the child's EF in accordance with the child's developmental conditions."

"Penelitian menguji kontribusi parental beliefs dan self-regulated learning siswa secara bersama-sama terhadap pemahaman bacaan siswa SMP di Bali. Pengujian untuk melihat kontribusi antara parental beliefs suku Bali terhadap pemahaman bacaan siswa dan kontribusi self-regulated learning terhadap pemahaman bacaan juga dilakukan secara terpisah. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 71 anak yang merupakan siswa SMP dan orang tua yang berasal dari suku Bali yang berdomisili di Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali. Sampel penelitian diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode nonprobability sampling melalui teknik convenience sampling.
Dalam penelitian digunakan alat ukur yang berupa pertanyaan terbuka untuk mengukur pemahaman bacaan siswa, alat ukur The Parental Beliefs Questionnaire untuk mengukur beliefs orang tua dan Motivated Strategies for Learning untuk mengukur self-regulated learning siswa, dan pengukuran IQ menggunakan CFIT 2A. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dan analisis regresi sederhana yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan SPSS 23 serta analisis kualitatif.
Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parental beliefs dan self-regulated learning siswa secara bersama-sama memengaruhi pemahaman bacaan siswa SMP di Bali. Begitu pula dengan self-regulated learning yang berpengaruh secara signifikan positif terhadap pemahaman bacaan. Akan tetapi, parental beliefs tidak memiliki kontribusi langsung secara positif terhadap pemahaman bacaan. Pada penelitian selanjutnya perlu mengukur beliefs dan perilaku dari orang tua sekaligus terkait dengan pemahaman bacaan pada siswa SMP.

The research examined the contribution of parental beliefs and students' self-regulated learning simultaneously toward students' reading comprehension of junior high school in Bali. The separate examination has also been carried out namely the contribution of Balinese parental beliefs on students' reading comprehension and the contribution of students' self-regulated learning on reading comprehension. The sample of this research consisted of 71 junior high school students and Balinese parents living in Kabupaten Karangasem, Bali. This research sample was obtained using the nonprobability sampling method through convenience sampling technique.
The research used questionnaires taken from Reading Comprehension Measuring Tools in order to measure students' reading comprehension, The Parental Beliefs Questionnaire to measure parents' beliefs and Motivated Strategies for Learning to measure students' self-regulated learning and CFIT 2A to measure students' intelligence. The research data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis and simple regression analysis conducted using SPSS 23 and qualitative analysis.
The results showed that parental beliefs and students' self-regulated learning simultaneously influenced students' reading comprehension in Bali. Students' self-regulated learning also had a significantly positive effect on reading comprehension. However, Balinese's parental beliefs did not directly contribute to reading comprehension. Thus, for further research it is necessary to measure the effect of parents' beliefs and behaviours simultaneously on students' reading comprehension in junior high school.

"Stunting merupakan gangguan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan yang dialami seorang anak. Pengasuhan yang memadai sangat penting untuk memastikan perkembangan fisik dan mental anak yang optimal. Peran dan fungsi kedua orang tua perlu ditingkatkan dalam pencegahan terjadinya stunting. Penelitian ini pendekataan cross sectional bertujuan melihat hubungan antara efikasi diri orang tua dan faktor perawatan pelayanan kesehatan dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24-59 bulan di Kota Tangerang. Sampel berjumlah 403 ibu balita yang dipilih melalui multistage/cluster sampling di 13 kecamatan di Kota Tangerang. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner yang sudah diuji validtas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil univariat variabel dilihat menggunakan distribusi frekuensi sedangkan analisis bivariat yaitu uji T independent, Mann Whitney dan Chi Square menunjukkan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pendapatan orang tua (p=0,004), efikasi diri orang tua (p=0,025), pemeriksaan antenatal (0,001), status imunisasi balita (0,001), faktor perawatan dan pelayanan kesehatan (p=0,018) dengan kejadian stunting pada balita usia 24-59 bulan di Kota Tangerang. Hasil analisis multivariat dengan regresi logistic berganda ditemukan bahwa variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan kejadian stunting yaitu pendapatan orang tua (p=0,009 OR: 5,042; 95%CI 1,486–17,110). Berdasarkan hasil tersebut perlunya keterlibatan aktif dari perawat komunitas dalam mencegah terjadinya masalah stunting dengan meningkatkan promosi kesehatan melalui pencegahan primer, sekunder dan tersier.

Stunting is a growth and development disorder experienced by a child. Adequate parenting is essential to ensure optimal physical and mental development of children. The role and function of both parents need to be improved in preventing stunting. This cross-sectional study aims to see the relationship between parental self-efficacy and care and health service factors with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months in Tangerang City. The sample amounted to 403 mothers of toddlers who were selected through multistage/cluster sampling in 13 sub-districts in Tangerang City. The instrument used was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Univariate results of variables were seen using frequency distribution while bivariate analysis, namely independent T test, Mann Whitney and Chi Square, showed that there was a significant relationship between parental income (p=0.004), parental self-efficacy (p=0.025), antenatal examination (0.001), immunization status of toddlers (0.001), care factors and health services (p=0.018) with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 24-59 months in Tangerang City. The results of multivariate analysis with multiple logistic regression found that the variable most associated with the incidence of stunting was parental income (p=0.009 OR: 5.042; 95%CI 1.486-17.110). Based on these results, there is a need for active involvement from community nurses in preventing stunting problems by increasing health promotion through primary, secondary and tertiary prevention."
