"Fenomena pembalikan polarisasi pada material film tipis BST akan dipelajari dengan menggunakan pendekatan seperti pada material ferroelektrik Bulk. Pendekatan statis dan dinamis akan dilakukan dengan menggunakan persamaan energi bebas Landau - Devonshire (LD) dan persamaan Landau - Kalathikov (LK) untuk memperlihatkan hasil minimum dan maximum dari arus pembalikan polarisasi. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan respon medan listrik yang bersifat sinusoidal akan diperlihatkan pula loop histerisis dengan memvariasikan frekuensi dan amplitudo dari medan listrik yang diberikan.
Switching phenomenon in BST Thin film will be considered by approaching of Bulk ferroelectric material. Static and dynamic approach will be formulated by combination of Landau - Devinshire (LD) and Landau - Kalathikov (LK) equation for determined maximum and minimum of switching current. Hysterisis loop was developed using sinusoidal electrical field response by variation in frequency and amplitude of electrical field."
