"ABSTRAKManajemen pengetahuan dan pelajaran yang dipetik adalah 2 (dua) metode penting untuk meningkatkan dan meningkatkan pekerjaan untuk mencapai proyek di industri konstruksi. Kegiatan di atas akan dievaluasi sesuai dengan pelajaran yang diperoleh untuk mencapai pekerjaan yang telah dilakukan dalam pembangunan (yaitu perencanaan, implementasi dan proses penyelesaian/penyelesaian). Jadi, masalah utama adalah bagaimana mengumpulkan dan mengelola pengetahuan yang diperlukan di tingkat individu, sehingga menyebabkan tautan tunggal untuk direformasi dan diciptakan kembali dalam skala informasi organisasi untuk kepentingan asosiasi. Selanjutnya, dalam penelitian ini, ada beberapa masalah utama yang akan diangkat dan dianalisis, yaitu: hambatan potensial di studio ini, faktor pendukung dan hubungan saat ini dalam manajemen pengetahuan dan pelajaran yang diperoleh dalam industri konstruksi menggunakan elemen internasional di Indonesia. Hal-hal di atas adalah komponen untuk mencapai tujuan menganalisis peran pengetahuan dan manajemen pembelajaran dalam industri konstruksi dengan latar belakang budaya (karyawan) internasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang dikuantifikasi oleh proses statistik dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS. Berdasarkan, penelitian yang dilakukan, menemukan faktor pendukung, menemukan hubungan, ditemui, dan situasi saat ini di lingkungan internasional di industri konstruksi di Indonesia, yang pada akhirnya membahas tujuan penting untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan sesuai dengan responden.

ABSTRACTKnowledge management and lessons learned are 2 (two) important methods to improve and improve work to achieve a project in the construction industry. The above activities will be evaluated according to the lessons learned to achieve the work that has been done in development (i.e. planning, implementation and completion/completion process). So, the main problem is how to collect and manage the knowledge needed at the individual level, thus causing that single link to be reformed and recreated in the scale of organizational information for the benefit of the association. Furthermore, in this research, there are several main problems that will be raised and analyzed, namely: the potential barriers in this studio, the supporting factors and the current relationship of knowledge management and the lessons learned in the construction industry using international elements in Indonesia . The things above are components to achieve the goal of analyzing the role of knowledge and learning management in the construction industry with an international (employee) cultural background. This study uses qualitative methods that are quantified by statistical processes with the help of SPSS software. Based on, research conducted, finding supporting factors, finding relationships, being encountered, and the current situation in the international environment in the construction industry in Indonesia, which ultimately discussed the important objectives of obtaining work in accordance with the respondents."

"Penelitian ini menginvestigasi mengenai keberhasilan suatu proyek organisasi mahasiswa, kepemimpinan etis menjadi fenomena yang banyak dikaitkan dampaknya terhadap keberhasilan proyek. Perilaku kepemimpinan dan keberhasilan sebuah proyek umum didiskusikan pada organisasi yang rutin mengadakan berbagai proyek. Peneliti meneliti para anggota organisasi mahasiswa berbasis keIslaman di UI sebagai objek yang diteliti yang menjalankan suatu proyek. Telah terkumpul Sebanyak 279 responden yang merupakan mahasiswa anggota organisasi keIslaman di UI periode tahun 2023. Pengumpulan data ini dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2024. Kemudian, hasil data dianalisis melalui metode SEM menggunakan Lisrel. Temuan dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan etis berpengaruh positif terhadap keberhasilan proyek melalui mediasi pemberdayaan psikologis dan kepercayaan pemimpin sebagai mediasi serta etika kerja Islami yang berperan sebagai moderasi. Studi ini berkontribusi pada organisasi berbasis keIslaman berupa rekomendasi faktor penting dalam menentukan keberhasilan proyek organisasi mahasiswa, yaitu kepemimpinan etis. Lebih lanjut, faktor lain yang turut menentukan keberhasilan proyek adalah pemberdayaan psikologis kepada anggota dan kepercayaan terhadap pemimpin serta etika kerja Islami yang memperkuat pengaruh faktor pemnberdayaan psikologis terhadap keberhasilan proyek.

In previous research on the success of an organisational project or programme, ethical leadership has been a variable that has been associated with and proven to have an impact on project success. This topic is quite interesting for researchers because issues related to leadership behaviour and the success of a project are also commonly discussed in organisations that routinely hold various projects, be it companies, mass organizations, student organizations, and so on. The researcher tried to raise the topic in the student organisation environment to prove that the issue of ethical leadership and project success is relevant to what happens in the context of student organisations coupled with the variables of psychological empowerment and leader trust as mediation and Islamic work ethics as moderation. The researcher examined the members of Islamic-based student organisations at UI as the object of study. A total of 279 respondents have contributed in collecting data. Then, the data results were analysed through the SEM method using Lisrel. The findings of the study show that ethical leadership has a positive effect on project success through the mediation of psychological empowerment and leader trust as mediation and Islamic work ethics acting as moderation. These results are useful for various forms of organisations, especially Islamic- based organisations to apply ethical leadership values and in accordance with Islamic teachings in order to achieve the success of organisational projects."
