"Laporan Magang ini mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis kebijakan akuntansi yang diterapkan oleh PT LFA atas akun properti investasi, serta prosedur audit yang dilakukan KAP PRI atas akun properti investasi PT LFA untuk periode yang berakhir pada 31 Desember 2017. Berdasarkan hasil audit yang dilakukan KAP PRI, dapat disimpulkan bahwa akun properti investasi PT LFA telah disajikan secara wajar dan sesuai dengan PSAK 13. Dan prosedur audit yang dilakukan oleh KAP PRI atas akun properti investasi telah sesuai dengan standar audit yang berlaku.

This internship report describes and analyzes accounting treatment on Investment Property of PT LFA conducted by KAP PRI for the period ended December 31, 2017. Based on the result of audit that are performed by KAP PRI, Investment Property PT LFA has been presented fairly and in compliance with PSAK 13. And the overall audit procedures performed by KAP PRI have complied with the relevant audit standards."

"Indeks harga saham sektor properti dan real estat pada dua tahun terakhir membukukan pertumbuhan yang paling tinggi dibanding indeks sektoral lainnya yang ada di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini mempelajari tentang seberapa besar pengaruh nilai tukar Rupiah/USD, harga minyak mentah dan harga emas terhadap indeks harga saham sektor properti dan real estat. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data harian masing-masing variabel selama periode 2008 hingga 2012, dengan total data observasi masing-masing variabel sebanyak 1218 data. Data tersebut diuji berdasarkan 6 (enam) time period yang diperoleh dari tren pergerakan nilai tukar Rupiah/USD. Dengan menggunakan model log linier, diperoleh bahwa pada tingkat signifikansi α=5% terdapat pengaruh nilai tukar Rupiah/USD, harga minyak mentah dan harga emas terhadap indeks harga saham sektor properti dan real estat dengan besar pengaruh berbeda pada time period tertentu selama periode observasi.

Property and real estate indices in the last two years recorded the highest growth compared to other existing sectoral indices at Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this research, there is an analysis effect of the exchange rate of Rupiah/USD ,price of crude oil and gold price on the Property and Real Estate Indices. This study uses daily data of each variable during the period 2008 to 2012, with 1218 total observation datas of each variable. The data is tested in to 6 (six) time period obtained from the trend movement of the exchange rate of Rupiah/USD. By using log linear models, found that at a significance level α=5% there are significant effect of exchange rate of Rupiah/USD, price of crude oil and gold price on property and the real estate indices in a particular time period during the observation period."
