"Masalah psikososial ansietas muncul sebagai reaksi dari stres akibat meningkatnya beban dalam merawat anak tunagrahita. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh terapi kelompok suportif terhadap perubahan beban dan tingkat ansietas keluarga dalam merawat anak tunagrahita di SLB Kabupaten Banyumas. Desain penelitian quasi experimental, pre-post test with control group. Tempat penelitian di SLB C Yakut dan SLB Kuncup Mas Banyumas. Sampel penelitian adalah seluruh keluarga anak tunagrahita yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan beban dan tingkat ansietas keluarga sebelum dan setelah mendapatkan terapi kelompok suportif. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya dibentuk parent support group di SLB, beranggotakan keluarga yang memiliki anak tunagrahita.

Anxiety as a psychosocial problems was emerged as stimulated by burden of taking care of mentally retardated children. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of supportive group therapy toward the burden and family anxiety level in the care of children at SLB Kabupaten Banyumas. The research used quasi-experimental pre-post test with control group design. The research site took place at SLB C Yakut and SLB Kuncup Mas Banyumas. The sample research was the entire family of mentally retardated children who met the inclusion criteria. Results showed that there was a significant difference in family burden and anxiety levels before and after getting a supportive group therapy on the group. Recommendations of this study is the need to establish a parent support group in special schools, family members who have mental retardated children."

"Tahap perkembangan anak usia sekolah dikenal dengan industry vs inferiority berada pada rentang usia 6-12. Karya ilmiah ini bertujuan menggambarkan hasil pelaksanaan terapi kelompok terapeutik TKT anak usia sekolah di komunitas dengan melibatkan 30 orang anak usia sekolah berusia 8-9 tahun, dibagi dalam dua kelompok besar. Metode yang digunakan adalah case study. Kelompok I dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan tindakan keperawatan ners spesialis psikoedukasi keluarga dan terapi kelompok terapeutik. Kelompok II hanya dilakukan tindakan keperawatan ners dan terapi kelompok terapeutik. Hasil tindakan keperawatan menunjukkan semua anak usia sekolah mengalami peningkatan dalam aspek perkembangan dan kemampuan industry serta kemampuan keluarga. TKT mempengaruhi perkembangan anak usia sekolah secara signifikan. Pelaksanaan TKT anak usia sekolah dengan melibatkan orang tua pada saat terapi sangat direkomendasikan pada tatanan pelayanan kesehatan jiwa di masyarakat dengan memberdayakan KKJ sebagai mitra perawat dalam mencapai perkembangan fase industry. ......Stage of school age development are known by the industry versus inferiority that are range in the 6 12 years. This paper aims to describe the results of the implementation of group therapy, therapeutic TKT school age in the community by involving 30 school age, children are range 8 9 years, were divided into two large groups. The method used is a case study. Group I action nursing nurses and specialist nurses nursing actions family psychoeducation group therapy and therapeutic to empower the role KKJ of the volunteer in the home visit. Group II only do nurses and nursing actions therapeutic group therapy. The results of nursing actions show all school age has increased in the aspects of development and the ability of industry and the ability of the family. "Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui terapi kelompok suportif terhadap kemampuan mengatasi perilaku kkerasan pada klien skizoprenia. Desai penelitian quasi exsperimental, pre-post test without control group. Sampel penelitian adalah 42 klien perilaku kekerasan yang sesuai dengan criteria inklusi, klien yang mengalami tingkat kemarahan sedang berdasarkan hasil screening emosi marah dank lien yang sudah mendapatkan TAK stimulasi persepsi perilaku kekerasan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan kemampuan klien mengatasi perilaku kekerasan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan terapi kelompok suportif. Rekomendasi penelitian ini adalah perlunya dilakukan terapi kelompok suportif yang dilakukan di Rumah Sakit Jiwa dengan spesialis keperawatan jiwa.

The purpose of this study to determine the supportive group therapy on the ability to cope with violent behavior on the client skizoprenia. Desain quasi exsperimental research, pre-post test control group without. Study sample was 42 clients that violent behavior in accordance with inclusion criteria, clients who experienced the level of anger was based on results of screening emotion of anger and clients who have gotten no stimulation of the perception of violent behavior.

The results showed no significant difference between the client's ability to cope with violent behavior before and after are given supportive therapy group. Recommendations of this study is the need for supportive group therapy conducted at the Mental hospital with specialist nursing soul."
