"Salah satu PBF resmi di Indonesia yang menyalurkan psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi adalah PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. Dalam rangka mengantisipasi terjadinya penyimpangan dan/atau kehilangan psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi, penyaluran jenis obat tersebut wajib mengikuti ketentuan yang tertera dalam Pedoman Teknis CDOB tahun 2020 sehingga dilakukan pembuatan tugas khusus ini untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian pelaksanaan penyaluran obat psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi di PT APL JDC. Sebanyak 20 aspek berdasarkan CDOB tahun 2020 yang mencakup penerimaan pesanan, pengemasan, dan pengiriman ditelaah kemudian dilakukan evaluasi melalui observasi serta wawancara di lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara, 20 aspek atau sebesar 100% aspek penyaluran psikotropika dan prekursor farmasi telah sesuai (kategori sangat baik) dengan Peraturan Badan Pengawas Obat dan Makanan Nomor 6 Tahun 2020 tentang pedoman teknis cara distribusi obat yang baik sehingga diharapkan bahwa PT APL JDC dapat mempertahankannya dengan melakukan kegiatan inspeksi diri secara berkala agar kegiatan penyaluran tetap sesuai dengan standar yang berlaku.

One of the official Pharmaceutical Wholesalers (PBF) in Indonesia that distributes psychotropic drugs and pharmaceutical precursors is PT Anugerah Pharmindo Lestari. In order to anticipate deviations and/or losses of psychotropic drugs and pharmaceutical precursors, the distribution of such types of drugs is required to adhere to the provisions stated in the 2020 Technical Guidance for Good Distribution Practices (CDOB). Hence, this specialized task was undertaken to evaluate the compliance of the distribution of psychotropic drugs and pharmaceutical precursors at PT APL JDC. A total of 20 aspects based on the 2020 CDOB, which encompass order receipt, packaging, and delivery, were examined and evaluated through field observations and interviews. Based on the observation and interviews, all 20 aspects, equivalent to 100%, of the psychotropic drug and pharmaceutical precursor distribution were deemed compliant (classified as excellent) with the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency Regulation Number 6 of 2020 concerning the technical guidelines for proper drug distribution. It is expected that PT APL JDC will maintain this standard by conducting regular self-inspections to ensure that distribution activities continue to align with the applicable standards."
