Hal yang menjadi perhatian saat ini bahwa konsumsi energi terbesar yaitu berasal dari bangunan hingga mencapai 48%, dan pencahayaan/lampu bertanggungjawab langsung terhadap 20% emisi gas rumah kaca dan diperkirakan bahwa pencahayaan/lampu menanggung 30% - 40% penggunaan dan biaya listrik untuk bangunan pada umumnya. Disisi lain, stasiun kereta api sebagai salah satu bangunan publik di Indonesia memerlukan perhatian lebih dalam hal energi efisiensi, mengingat bahwa konsep bangunan pintar belum pernah diaplikasikan pada stasiun-stasiun kereta api di Indonesia. Lebih lanjut, kebanyakan stasiun didesain dan dibangun tanpa adanya perhatian khusus terhadap efisiensi energi dan integrasi antara operasional dan subsistem bangunan stasiun kereta api. Sejalan dengan perkembangan tekhnologi saat ini, energi listrik memainkan peranan penting dan kebutuhan terhadap energi listrik terus meningkat dalam mendukung pembangunan di Indonesia. Namun, dikarenakan ketersediaan energi listrik terbatas, maka diperlukan penghematan listrik terhadap semua sistem yang menggunakan energi listrik, oleh karena itu dalam laporan tesis ini akan diperkenalkan sebuah konsep yang disebut Smart Railway Station yang fokus terhadap penghematan energi dan efisiensi pada operasional lampu dengan mengintegrasikan tiga factor yaitu penghematan energi, keselamatan dan keamanan. ...... Concerns at this time that the biggest energy consumption comes from buildings up to 48%, and the lighting is directly responsible for around 20% of greenhouse gas emissions and estimated that lighting accounts for 30 to 40% of electricity usage and costs in a typical building. In other side, railway station as one of the public buildings in Indonesia that need attention in terms of energy efficiency, considering the smart buildings concept has never been applied in the railway station in Indonesia. Furthermore, most stations were designed and constructed without adequate attention to energy efficiency and the integration of both operating and railway station building subsystems. In line with current technological developments, electrical energy plays an important role and the needs increased in supporting development in Indonesia. Instead, because of the availability of energy is limited, thus it is necessary to saving energy in all systems that require electrical energy, therefore this report will introduce an Smart Railway Station concept which is focus in energy saving and operating efficiency of lights by integrating energy efficiency, safety and security factors.

Pekerjaan kontruksi jalur rel kereta api merupakan hal yang umum terdapat di negara berkembang ataupun negara maju di seluruh dunia. Jalur Kereta Api dibangun sebagai sarana tranportasi masal untuk menunjang konektivitas antar tempat. Pekerjaan konstruksi Jalur Kereta Api merupakan proyek yang cukup kompleks. Didalamnya terdapat banyak aktivitas pekerjaan yang dapat terganggu akibat terjadinya kecelakaan konstruksi. kecelakaan konstruksi yang terjadi dapat merugikan proyek. Dalam pelaksanaan konstruksi Jalur Kereta Api tidak jarang terjadinya kecelakaan konstruksi yang berdampak terhadap orang, harta benda, keselamatan umum, dan lingkungan. Sehingga diperlukan identifikasi dan analisis potensi bahaya secara dini untuk mencegah terjadinya kecelakaan konstruksi tersebut. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan safety plan untuk konstruksi Jalur Kereta Api dengan mengidentifikasi potensi bahaya yang mungkin terjadi pada tiap paket pekerjaan dengan meninjau metode kerja, aktivitas pekerjaan, dan sumber daya berbasis WBS konstruksi Jalur Kereta Api yang sudah terstandarisasi dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan menghasilkan sumber-sumber risiko K3 yang memiliki potensi bahaya tertinggi pada pekerjaan konstruksi Jalur Kereta Api dan safety plan yang sudah dikembangkan ini dengan mempertimbangkan sumber risiko K3 yang didapatkan berdasarkan WBS Jalur Kereta Api. ......Railway construction works are common in developing or developed countries throughout the world. The railway was built as a means of mass transportation to support connectivity between places. Railway construction work is a fairly complex project. There are work activities that can be disrupted due to construction accidents. In its construction, it is not uncommon for construction accidents to occur that affect people, property, public safety and the environment. So that, it is necessary to identify and analyze potential hazards early to prevent these construction accidents. This study aims to develop a safety plan for railway construction by identifying potential hazards that may occur in each work package by reviewing work methods, work activities, and WBS-based resources for railway construction that have been standardized using a qualitative approach. This research is expected to produce safety risk sources that have the highest potential hazards in the railway construction works and safety plan had been developed based on the safety risk sources obtained from the WBS for railway project.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mengenai konsep, tujuan, pengaturan, dan permasalahan dalam penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian di Indonesia serta mengetahui dampak dari pengaturan perkeretaapian terhadap monopoli Negara dan kondisi perkeretaapian saat ini. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum yang bersifat yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan data, diantaranya peraturan perundangan-undangan, buku, skripsi, desertasi, dan wawancara dengan ahli. Dari hasil penelitian, diperoleh kesimpulan yang menjawab permasalahan, yaitu bahwa kondisi perkeretaapian saat ini telah sesuai dengan pengaturan penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian (baru) di Indonesia, namun identik dengan pengaturan penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian (lama). Hal ini dikarenakan undang-undang perkeretaapian baru yang mencabut monopoli Negara pada sektor perkeretaapian belum kunjung membuka masuknya pelaku usaha lain dalam menyelenggarakan perkeretaapian, serta Negara yang belum kunjung melepas kepemilikan sepenuhnya didalam PT. KAI (Persero) yang menyebabkan penyelenggaraan perkeretaapian hingga kini masih dikuasai oleh Negara. Dalam kaitannya dengan persaingan usaha, pencabutan monopoli Negara yang membuka peluang bagi pelaku usaha lain untuk turut menyelenggarakan perkeretaapian juga turut menjadikan sektor perkeretaapian saat ini mengarah kepada terselenggaranya persaingan usaha. ......This research aims to determine the concept, purposes, regulations, and implementation of the railway operations in Indonesia and determine the impact of railways policy in state monopoly and the railway current conditions. This research is anormative legal research using data, such as legislation, books, thesis, desertation, and interviews with the expert. From this research, it is concluded that The condition of the railway is currently in line with new railway policy, but it seems identical to the old railway policy in Indonesia. This is because the new railway policy which repealed the state monopoly in the railway sector has not yet opened the entry of other business operators in running the railways, and the state that has not yet fully take ownership in PT. KAI (Persero) which led to railway operations are still controlled by the state. In relation to the fair competition, the repealed of state monopoly which opened up opportunities for other businesses to join the railways, make railway sector is currently leading the implementation of fair competition.

Soekarno-Hatta International Airport is the main airport serving the greater Jakarta area on the island of Java, Indonesia, ranked the world’s 10th busiest airport in terms of passenger numbers (over the year 2013) and was the 4th busiest airport in the Asia Pacific. In 2013, Soekarno-Hatta International Airport serves 60.1 million passengers, which are 80% of them domiciled in West Java or outside Jakarta. The increasing traffic density in Jakarta and along Prof. Ir. Sedyatmo highway (airport toll) cause access to the airport by using car, taxi or bus becomes less effective and efficient in terms of time and fuel consumption. Therefore, the role of the airport railway becomes very crucial to provide a convenient, fast, and efficient public transport. The infrastructure development of airport railway considered as a high risk project due to many uncertainties that could delay the project. This paper identified and analyzed risks that could occur in quantitative and qualitative way by using project risk management. The results of this research were in form of risk register and value at risk (VaR) toward financial parameter that used (NPV, IRR, Payback Period) to estimate how great the risk(s) would affect project financially. In the end section, there were some recomendations about strategy to response a risk whether it was supposed to be accepted, avoided, mitigated, or transfered, This research expected could become a consideration for Soekarno Hatta ariport railway project operator so loss due to occurence of risks could be minimized, or it could become a reference for future airport railway infrastructure development projects.

Skripsi ini membahas tentang dinamika sosial-ekonomi di jalur kereta api Yogyakarta-Secang, Magelang tahun 1950-1976. Kereta api di masa kolonial merupakan moda transportasi yang memberikan dampak besar. Jalur kereta api Yogyakarta-Secang di Jawa Tengah, merupakan salah satu jalur penting dalam menunjang aktivitas perdagangan masa kolonial. Sejak jalur ini dibuka tahun 1895, masyarakat sekitar merasakan manfaat dalam hal transportasi, pengangkutan barang, dan manfaat ekonomi seperti terbentuknya pasar di sekitar stasiun. Di sisi lain, pemerintah kolonial diuntungkan dalam hal pengangkutan menuju pelabuhan Semarang. Sejak tahun 1950 saat berdirinya Djawatan Kereta Api Repoeblik Indonesia DKARI sampai ditutupnya jalur ini pada 1976 karena letusan gunung Merapi, jalur ini memberikan dinamika tersendiri bagi masyarakatnya. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif dengan memanfaatkan data primer berupa arsip, foto, buku, surat kabar sezaman dan dokumen bersadarkan metode ilmu Sejarah. ...... This Thesis discusess about Dynamics of Social Economy in Yogyakarta Secang, Magelang Railway 1950 1976. Train in Indonesia colonial era had a big impact. Yogyakarta Secang line, one of the line in Central Java, is one of the most important line in trade activity. Since open in 1895, the society has experienced in transport convenient, logistics and economic benefits like market formation in the station from this line. In other case, colonial rule has esperienced benevit in transporting goods to Semarang harbour. Since Djawatan Kereta Api Repoeblik Indonesia DKARI has formed in 1950 to Merapi eruption that closes this line, a dynamics had shared by this line to the society. This paper is a result of the qualitative research that use primary source like archieves, photos, books, contemporary news papers and documents based on history science method.
