"Risiko perilaku kekerasan adalah salah satu tanda negatif dari skizofrenia. Dampak perilaku kekerasan seperti mencelakakan diri sendiri ataupun orang lain akibat emosi yang tidak terkontrol. Orang dengan gangguan jiwa kronis mengalami kekambuhan terhadap masalah kesehatan jiwanya terutama perilaku kekerasan. Dibutuhkan intervensi sebagai bentuk terapi nonfarmakologi dari pemberi asuhan keperawatan untuk menekan kekambuhan terkait masalah-masalah pada klien gangguan jiwa seperti risiko perilaku kekerasan. Salah satu intervensi untuk membantu mengontrol perilaku kekerasan adalah terapi relaksasi benson. Terapi relaksasi Benson merupakan pengembangan metode respons relaksasi tarik napas dalam dengan melibatkan faktor keyakinan pasien, sehingga dapat membantu pasien mencapai kondisi kesehatan dan kesejahteraan yang lebih tinggi. Tujuan laporan penulisan ilmiah ini adalah untuk menganalisis penerapan intervensi terapi relaksasi Benson pada pasien risiko perilaku kekerasan. Proses asuhan keperawatan berfokus pada Bapak H dengan usia 35 tahun dan berjenis kelamin laki-laki. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa dengan pemberian intervensi keperawatan berupa terapi relaksasi Benson dapat digunakan untuk membantu pasien dalam mengontrol emosi (perilaku kekerasan). Rencana tindak lanjut pelayanan keperawatan diharapkan dapat dimaksimalkan baik secara individu, keluarga, kelompok, dan komunitas.

The risk of violent behavior is one of the negative signs of schizophrenia. The impact of violent behavior such as harming yourself or others due to uncontrolled emotions. People with chronic mental disorders experience recurrence of mental health problems, especially violent behavior. Intervention is needed as a form of non-pharmacological therapy from nursing care providers to suppress recurrences related to problems in clients with mental disorders such as the risk of violent behavior. One of the interventions to help control violent behavior is Benson's relaxation therapy. Benson relaxation therapy is the development of a deep breath relaxation response method by involving the patient's belief factor, so that it can help patients achieve a higher state of health and well-being. The purpose of this scientific writing report is to analyze the application of Benson's relaxation therapy intervention in patients at risk of violent behavior. The nursing care process focuses on Mr. H who is 35 years old and male. The results of the analysis show that the provision of nursing interventions in the form of Benson relaxation therapy can be used to assist patients in controlling emotions (violent behavior). The follow-up plan for nursing services is expected to be maximized both individually, in families, in groups, and in the community. "

"Kram otot kaki adalah kondisi yang menyakitkan dan mengganggu proses hemodialisis. Diperlukan asuhan keperawatan non farmakologis untuk mengurangi kram otot kaki pada pasien hemodialisis rutin. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kombinasi latihan peregangan otot kaki dan terapi relaksasi Benson intradialisis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimental dengan desain quasi eksperimen dengan rancangan pretest-posttest terhadap 28 responden pada kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Responden kelompok kontrol diberikan latihan peregangan otot intradialisis selama 30 menit, sedangkan kelompok intervensi diberikan kombinasi latihan peregangan otot dan terapi relaksasi Benson masing-masing 30 menit. Pengambilan data dilakukan pada bulan Juni 2024, menggunakan kuesioner (Moris 2024). Analisis univariat dan bivariat menggunakan bantuan program Statistical Product and Service Solution. Tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kedua kelompok, hal ini dikarenakan kondisi ruangan yang kurang kondusif untuk dilakukan terapi relaksasi Benson. Kedepannya peneliti perlu merancang ruangan yang lebih kondusif untuk mendukung terapi relaksasi Benson.

Leg muscle cramps are a painful condition and interfere with the hemodialysis process. Non-pharmacological nursing care is needed to reduce leg muscle cramps in routine hemodialysis patients. This study aims to determine the effect of a combination of leg muscle stretching exercises and Benson intradialysis relaxation therapy. This research is an experimental study with a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest plan for 28 respondents in the control group and treatment group. Respondents in the control group were given intradialysis muscle stretching exercises for 30 minutes, while the intervention group were given a combination of muscle stretching exercises and Benson relaxation therapy for 30 minutes each. Data collection was carried out in June 2024, using a questionnaire (Moris 2024). Univariate and bivariate analysis using the help of the Statistical Product and Service Solution program. There was no significant effect between the two groups, this was because the room conditions were not conducive to carrying out Benson relaxation therapy. In the future, researchers need to design a room that is more conducive to supporting Benson's relaxation therapy."
