"ELCB mulai digunakan di Indonesia pada tahun 1980-an, yaitu dipasang pada instalasi perumahan dengan tegangan sistem 220 volt. tanpa megetahui terlebih dahulu tingkat sensi ti vi tas dan efektifitas kerjanya dalam melidungi dari bahaya terkena sengatan listrik. Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk mengetahui apakah ELCB yang beredar di pasaran dapat bekerja secara efektif untuk melindungi dari bahaya kematian akibat listrik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan mengambil 3 sampel ELCB yang beredar di pasaran kemudian dicoba diteliti dengan Cara memasangkannya pada rangkaian simulasi listrik dan perumahan dengan tegangan sistem 220 .V satu fasa. Didapat beberapa besaran arus bocor dan tegangan sentuh yang terdeteksi oleh ELCB untuk memutuskan sumber daya listrik jika terjadi kontak satu kutub ke tanah. Hasil dari hasil penel i ti an ter nyata salah satu ELCB dapat bekerja dengan efektif memutuskan daya listrik jika arus bocor yang terdeteksi 21.5 mA dengan tahanan tubuh manusia 3000 Ohm."

"A comprehensive study has been made on the dynamical process-taking place in the laser-plasma generation induced by a TEA CO2 laser bombardment on metal target and non-metal target from low to high pressures surrounding gas. In the case of metal target, pure zinc plate was used as a target and bombarded with 400-mJ-laser pulse energy. Dynamical characterization of plasma expansion and excitation were examined in detail both for target atomic emission (Zn I 481.0 nm) and gas atomic emission (He 1 587.6 nm) by using a unique time-resolved spatial distribution measurement and conventional emission spectroscopic detection method. The results showed that the plasma expands and develops with time. The mechanism of plasma generation can be classified into three cases depending on .the surrounding gas pressures; target shock wave plasma in the pressure range between 2 Ton and 20 Ton, coupling shock wave plasma in the pressure range between 50 Torr and 200 Torr and gas break down shock wave plasma in the pressure range between 200 Ton and I atm. In all cases in the laser-plasma generation under TEA CO2 laser bombardment on metal target, shock wave process always plays important role for exciting the target atoms and gas molecules.
In the case of non-metal target, a museum glass was used as a target and bombarded with a 400 nd laser pulse energy. By using the conventional emission spectroscopic detection method, namely temporally and spatially integrated and time-resolved spatially integrated of plasma emission, it was shown that the plasma mainly consists of target atomic emission. Only weak gas atomic emission intensity could be observed even at I atm of surrounding gas pressure. These results indicate that the gas breakdown is not a major process responsible to the plasma formation even at high pressure surrounding gas. Shock wave process was considered as an important role in this plasma formation. By the use of shadowgraph technique to detect the density jump signal due to the shock wave front involving a He-Ne laser as a probe light, simultaneous detection of the shock wave front and the emission front was successfully implemented. The result showed that at the initial stages of plasma expansion shock wave front and emission front coincide and move together with time. At the later stages of plasma expansion the two fronts became separate with the emission front left behind the shock wave front. These results are completely coinciding with the shock wave plasma model. Unfortunately, in this experiment we succeed to detect the density jump signal only for high pressure surrounding gas, above 100 Torr. At the pressures lower than 100 Torr the density jump signal was very weak and it is difficult to distinguish with the noise including in the signal.
The other important experimental results that support the shock wave plasma model were also obtained in this experiment, namely the coincidence of emission front regardless of their atomic weight and sub-target effect. By using lead glass as a sample, which contain Pb, Si, and Ca, it was confirmed that the emission front of the Pb I 450.8 nm, Si 1288.2 nm and Ca I 422.6 nm almost coincide regardless of their atomic weight. This result also supports the shock wave plasma model because, by the stagnation of the propelling atoms, the front position of the all atoms coincides regardless of its mass. In the case of sub-target effect, confirm that plasma could be produced even for soft target if sub-target is set behind the sample. In this case we use a quartz sample as a sub-target and a vinyl tape was attached to the quartz sample as a target. The TEA CO2 laser bombardment was used at 150 ml and at 1 atm of air. The main role of the subtarget is to produce a repulsion force for atom gushing with high speed. For shock wave, high speed is necessary condition to compress the gas.
Coincidence of the movement of the shock wave front and the emission front in the initial stages of plasma expansion is a direct proof of the shock wave plasma model. By improving the detection technique of the density jump associated with the shock wave, the correlation between the shock wave front and the emission front was examined in detail. For this purpose rainbow interferometer system, which has higher sensitivity compared with the shadowgraph technique, was used to detect the density jump signal. We succeed to realize simultaneous detection of shock wave front and emission front from 3 Ton until 1 atm of air when a quartz sample is bombarded with a 600 nil TEA C02 laser. In all pressure that were examined, the shock wave front and the emission front always coincide and move together with time in the initial stages and separate at the later stages with emission front left behind the shock wave front. The coincidence of the shock wave front and emission front and move together with time at the initial stages of plasma expansion was also obtained by using ruby as a sample at 10 Torr and 100 Ton of air as well as with museum glass at the same laser pulse energy.
Another important experimental result obtained in this experiment is that confirmation of the coincidence of the target atomic emission front and gas atomic emission front and density jump. This confirmation was obtained by examined a Quartz sample in 50 Ton of helium and a zinc sample in 100 Ton of helium. This result strongly supports the shock wave plasma model because, in ordinary shock tube experiment, gas emission takes place just behind the shock wave.
From a practical point of view of direct microanalysis for spectrochemicaI application of alloy metal samples such as brass, selective vaporization effect was also studied. The results showed that even for Nd-YAG laser with short pulse duration (8 ns) and high power density (30 GWcm 2), selective vaporization take place to a certain extend. It was demonstrated in this experiment that selective vaporization is enhanced if the laser irradiation was repeated on the same spot of sample surface. Meanwhile it was also shown in this experiment that the effect of selective vaporization could be significantly suppressed by increasing the surrounding gas pressure from 2 Toff to around 50 Torr of air."

"Renjatan merupakan sindrom klinis yang ditandai oleh "Prostration" dan gangguan perfusi jaringan. Gangguan ini akan mengakihatkan tidak terpenuhinya kebutuhan metabolisme tubuh. Penyebab renjatan pada anak adalah penadarahan, kehilangan cairan, plasma serta trauma ganda yang menyebabkan gangguan sirkulasi dan respirasi. Dampak lanjut dari renjatan ini dapat menimbulkan kematian atau gejala sisa. Mengingat dampak tersebut maka diperlukan asuhan keperawatan vang intensif, khususnya untuk anak penderita renjatan.

Shock ix a clinical syndrome characterized by a prostration and an alteration in tissue perfusion. This problem will laid to inadequacy of body metabolism requirements. The main causes of shock in children are bleeding, loss of fluid or plasm and multiple trauma that yield to alteration in circulation and respiration. Further negative impact of shock is squalae or death. Considering the facts above, it is really necessary to provide an intensive nursing care to children who are experiencing shock."

"Tesis ini menganalisis dampak goncangan perekonomian dunia (external shock) terhadap indikator makroekonomi Indonesia (output, inflasi dan nilai tukar riil efektif) serta analisis atas efektivitas kebijakan moneter Bank Indonesia melalui penerapan suku bunga (BI Rate) menggunakan model Structural VAR yang dikembangkan oleh Eric Parrado (2001). Penulisan tesis ini terutama dilatarbelakangi oleh dampak kenaikan harga minyak dunia dan krisis finansial global 2008. Menggunakan data time series bulanan yang terdiri dari variabel domestik (output, tingkat harga, suku bunga domestik, jumlah uang beredar dan nilai tukar riil efektif) serta variabel dunia (harga minyak dunia dan suku bunga dunia) dengan rentang periode observasi 2004:12 sampai 2009:12.
Hasil IRF dan FEVD menunjukkan bahwa external shock harga minyak dunia memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan langsung terhadap variabel nilai tukar riil efektif yang ditransmisikan melalui jalur transmisi nilai tukar (exchange rate channel) serta shock suku bunga dunia mempengaruhi peningkatan suku bunga domestik. Kebijakan moneter yang ditempuh Bank Indonesia masih cukup efektif untuk mempengaruhi tingkat harga, memperkuat nilai tukar dan juga memperhatikan pencapaian pertumbuhan ekonomi. Analisis monetary condition index (MCI) mengindikasikan bahwa stance kebijakan moneter Bank Indonesia selama periode 2005:7-2009:12 dapat dikatakan secara umum adalah tepat.

This thesis analyze worldwide economy convulsion impact (external shock) to Indonesian macroeconomic indicators (output, inflation and real effective exchange rate) as well as analyze of the effectiveness of monetary policy through the implementation of Indonesian Cental Bank interest rate (BI Rate) using the Structural VAR model developed by Eric Parrado (2001 ). Mainly motivated by the impact of increasing world oil prices and global financial crisis in 2008. Using monthly time series data consisting of domestic variables (output, prices, domestic interest rates, money supply and real effective exchange rate) and world variables (oil prices and world interest rates) with the range of the observation period 2004:12 to 2009: 12.
The IRF and FEVD results indicates that external shock of world oil price has significant and direct influence to real effective exchange rate variables which transmitted through exchange rates transmission channel (exchange rate channel) furthermore the world interest rate shock affects the domestic interest rate increases. Monetary policy gone pursued by Indonesia Central Bank still effective enough to influence level of price, strengthens exchange rates as well as paying attention to the achievement of economic growth. The analysis of monetary condition index (MCI) indicates that the monetary policy stance of Bank Indonesia during the period 2005:7-2009:12 in general can be said is correct.

"Penelitian fundamental gelombang kejut menggunakan shock tube untuk mempelajari gelombang kejut dan efek gelombang kejut untuk aplikasi tertentu telah banyak dilakukan. Shock tube mampu menghasilkan permukaan gelombang kejut yang dapat dikendalikan sehingga dimungkinkan untuk menganalisa energi gelombang kejut yang timbul dengan bermacam metode. Dalam penelitian ini gelombang kejut dihasilkan dari shock tube dengan memanfaatkan udara terkompresi kemudian karakter kekuatan gelombang kejut yang dihasilkan akan diukur menggunakan sensor tekanan dan strain gage yang dipasang pada spesimen pelat yang diletakkan di ujung tabung.

Shock-tube-generated shock wave has been widely used in many fundamental researches to study shock wave and/or shock wave effect to specific application. A shock tube can generate a controllable shock wave with a planar shock wave thus it is possible to evaluate various energies by shock tube experiment. Within this experimental study shock wave to be generated using compressed-air and its character to be measured by using pressure gages within tube wall and strain gages installed on thin-plate which is assembled at outlet of shock tube."

"yok kardiogenik yang terjadi pada seseorang dapat disebabkan oleh penurunan kinerja miokard yang parah dan mengakibatkan penurunan curah jantung hingga hipoperfusi organ akhir. Pemberian resusitasi cairan pada manajemen awal syok kardiogenik menjadi tantangan klinis karena seringkali sulit dinilai dan dapat bervariasi dari waktu ke waktu. Sehingga, salah satu cara untuk mengetahui efektivitas resusitasi cairan dengan syok kardiogenik adalah dengan pemantauan hemodinamik pasien menggunakan tekanan arteri rata-rata/mean arterial pressure (MAP). Metode dalam karya ilmiah ini dengan case study pada praktik klinik keperawatan kegawatdaruratan di RSUI. Pasien kelolaan adalah Tn. A berusia 74 tahun dengan diagnosis syok kombinasi kardiogenik dan intervensi utama yaitu pemantauan status sirkulasi menggunakan tekanan darah arteri rata-rata (MAP) untuk mengukur efektivitas resusitasi cairan. Hasil implementasi pemantauan MAP menunjukkan MAP dapat menjadi pengukuran efektivitas resusitasi cairan pada status sirkulasi pasien dengan syok kardiogenik. Perawat dapat menggunakan pemantauan status sirkulasi menggunakan tekanan darah arteri rata-rata (MAP) sebagai salah satu pengukuran efektivitas resusitasi cairan.

Cardiogenic shock that occurs in a person can be caused by a severe decrease in myocardial performance and result in a decrease in cardiac output to end organ hypoperfusion. Providing fluid resuscitation in the initial management of cardiogenic shock is a clinical challenge because it is often difficult to assess and can vary over time. Thus, one way to determine the effectiveness of fluid resuscitation in cardiogenic shock is to monitor the patient's hemodynamics using the mean arterial pressure (MAP). The method in this scientific work is a case study in clinical of emergency nursing at RSUI. The patient being managed is Mr. A is 74 years old with a diagnosis of combined cardiogenic shock and the main intervention is monitoring of circulation status using mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) to measure the effectiveness of fluid resuscitation. The results of implementing MAP monitoring show that MAP can be a measure of the effectiveness of fluid resuscitation on the circulation status of patients with cardiogenic shock. Nurses can use monitoring of circulation status using mean arterial blood pressure (MAP) as one measure of the effectiveness of fluid resuscitation."

"Dilakukan studi Kohort retrospektif untuk menilai pengaruh kelebihan cairan pasca operasi terhadap hasil akhir penatalaksanaan trauma dengan syok hemoragik di RSUPN Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo. Data diperoleh dari rekam medik 42 penderita yang terbagi menjadi kelompok I (24 penderita) menerima cairan ~ 10.000 cc dan kelompok II (18 penderita) yang menerima cairan < 10.000 cc selama 24 jam I. Dari seluruh penderita, 18 penderita diantaranya meninggal dunia dan kelompok I mempunyai risiko kematian 6 kali lebih tinggi dibanding kelompok II dan perbedaan diantara keduanya bermakna secara statistik (p < 0,05). Timbulnya 2 atau 3 dari kematian (koagulopati, asidosis metabolik dan hipotermi) meningkatkan risiko kematian 28 kali lebih tinggi dan hubungannya bermakna (p < 0,001). Mereka yang hidup dan menerima cairan ~ 10.000 cc mempunyai lama rawat lebih panjang dibandingkan mereka yang menerima cairan <10.000 cc (P<0,05). Resusitasi cairan masih meningkatkan risiko kematian dan lama perawatan lebih panjang dan risiko kematian terutama dihubungkan dengan ditemukannya 2 atau 3 dari trias kematian. Diperlukan pemahaman kompleksitas respon tubuh yang terjadi pasca trauma dan syok hemoragik sehingga dapat melakukan resusitasi yang benar diikuti monitoring yang ketat untuk menurunkan morbiditas dan mortalitas penatalaksanaan trauma dengan syok hemoragik.

A retrospective cohort study was conducted! to assess the effect of postoperative excess fluid on the final outcome of trauma management with hemorrhagic shock at RSUPN- Dr.Cipto Mangunkusumo. Data was obtained from the medical records of 42 patients who were divided into group I (24 patients) receiving ~ 10,000 cc of fluid and group II (18 patients) who received 10,000 cc < liquid for 24 hours I. Of all the patients, 18 of them died and group I was at risk mortality was 6 times higher than group II and the difference between the two was statistically significant (p < 0.05). The occurrence of 2 or 3 of mortality (coagulopathy, metabolic acidosis and hypothermy) increased the risk of death 28 times higher and the association was significant (p < 0.001). Those who lived and received ~10,000 cc of fluid had a longer treatment time than those who received < 10,000 cc (P <0.05). Fluid resuscitation still increases the risk of death and length of treatment longer and the risk of death is mainly associated with the discovery of 2 or 3 of the triad of death. Understanding is required the complexity of the body's response that occurs after trauma and hemorrhagic shock so that it can perform correct resuscitation followed by strict monitoring to reduce morbidity and mortality in the management of trauma with hemorrhagic shock."

"Paduan Alumunium merupakan bahan yang banyak digunakan untuk aplikasi teknik karena memiliki beberapa keunggulan sifat yaitu : ringan, tahan karat, ulet, mampu permesinan yang baik dan lain sebagainya. Alumunium seri 6063 adalah paduan alumunium dengan unsur paduan utama Mg dan Si. Paduan ini memiliki sifat mampu tempa yang paling baik di antara jenis paduan alumunium heat treatable lainnya.
Dengan sifat mampu tempa yang tinggi disertai kekuatan mekanis dan ketahanan korosi yang memuaskan menyebabkan paduan tersebut banyak dipakai pada aplikasi komponen kendaraan bermotor dan pesawat terbang.
Tulisan ini membahas sifat mampu tempa paduan 6063 pada pembuatan shock absorber cover cup kendaraan bermotor dengan cara tempa panas. Pembahasan menitik beratkan pada pengaruh temperatur tempa pada 360°C, 410°C dan 460°C, ratio Do/ho sebesar 0,4 ; 0,5 dan 0,6 serta volume bahan awal yaitu 115% dan 125% terhadap tingkat deformasi, nilai kekerasan dan keberhasilan produk tan pa cacat.
Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan.bahwa dengan semakin tinggi rasio Do/ho, volume bahan dan temperatur proses tempa maka tingkat deformasi yang dihasilkan juga semakin besar. Sedangkan nilai kekerasan paduan bahan menurun dengan meningkatnya temperatur proses karena dimungkinkannya terjadi proses rekristalisasi."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana proses dan dinamika komunikasi mahasiswa perantauan di UNPAD Bandung dalam beradaptasi, ketika menghadapi culture shock. Culture shock merupakan gejala sosial yang dialami oleh perantau ketika pindah dan mendiami daerah dengan kultur budaya yang berbeda. Penelitan ini menggunakan beberapa konsep dan teori besar di antaranya CAT, KAB, dan Adaptasi Budaya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode snowball dan purposive sampling dalam pemilihan informannya, kemudian di analisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis tematik. Dalam penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa terdapat sejumlah kecenderungan seseorang dalam beradaptasi dengan budaya asing di sekitarnya, yang kemudian menentukan pemilihan tipe adaptasinya agar bisa bertahan di perantauan.

The purpose of this research is to see how the process and commucation?s dynamic of the sojourners college student at UNPAD, Bandung during the period of adaptation while they were dealing with culture shock. Culture shock is a social phenomenon experineced by the sojourners college student student when they are moving into a region which is having a different culture. This research uses some of concepts and common theories which are CAT, KAB, and cultural adaptation. This research uses snowball method and purposive sampling in chosing the informants, then the researsh will be analyzed with the method of thematic analysys. Furthermore, this research reveals that there are some tendencies of someone while they are in the process of adaptation with the foreign culture around them, that later on will determine the selection of the type of adaptation in order to survive in the sojourners college student."
