Dengan dibukanya tol Cipularang, frekuensi mobilitas Jakarta-Bandung semakin bertambah dan semakin terbuka peluang bisnis bagi moda-moda transportasi yang melalui tol tersebut seperti moda shuttle service yang semakin menjamur sejak waktu tempuh Jakarta-Bandung memampat. Tidak dipungkiri bahwa dengan pengaktifan tol Cipularang keberadaan moda kereta api terancam, dan bahkan merupakan salah satu penyebab ditutupnya rute penerbangan komersil Jakarta- Bandung. Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk mendefinisikan karakteristik pengguna moda shuttle service, kereta api serta pesawat udara. Tujuan lainnya adalah memodelkan pemilihan moda antar ketiganya.

Dalam studi ini, digunakan metode survey wawancara responden pengguna shuttle service dan kereta api. Untuk moda pesawat udara digunakan survey stated preference, dimana model pemilihan moda dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor sosioekonomi seperti factor pengaruh, waktu menuju ke pool, waktu perjalanan moda, waktu menuju tujuan, biaya menuju pool, biaya menuju tujuan, dan tarif. Analisis pemilihan moda ini dapat dihitung dengan memodelkan jumlah pengguna yang dipengaruhi faktor-faktor sosioekonomi lainnya dengan metode regresilinear berganda, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan probabilitas pemilihan moda dengan metode Multinomial Logit. Hasil akhir yang telah teruji secara normal, linieritas, signifikansi, dan hipotesa didapat bahwa jumlah pengguna shuttle service dipengaruhi oleh waktu perjalanan, jumlah pengguna kereta api dipengaruhi oleh waktu menuju stasiun dan waktu perjalanan, serta jumlah pengguna pesawat udara dipengaruhi oleh tarif. Untuk probabilitas didapatkan shuttle service sebagai moda terpopuler, diikuti oleh pesawat udara dan terakhir adalah kereta api. Model pemilihan moda yang telah didapat tidak terlalu bagus karena memiliki nilai R square yang kurang dari 50 % untuk moda shuttle service dan kereta api.

After the opening of Cipularang tollroad, the frequency of transportation from Jakarta-Bandung and reverse are increasing rapidly, meanwhile the opportunities of new transportation mode business also openwide. One of a kind is shuttle service wich growing fast since the new tollroad reduce the travel time between Jakarta-Bandung. There are no doubt that the operation of the new tollroad threatened another mode such as train and yet is one reason that flight route from Jakarta-Bandung are closed. This research are intending to define the characteristics of mode user for shuttle service, train, and airplane. Its also try to modelling the mode choice of Jakarta-Bandung transportation among the three mode.

In this research, interview method are being used to collect information from the passangers of shuttle service and train. For airplane, stated preference method are choosen to gather the information from shuttle service and train passangers, wich the mode choice are affect by socioeconomics factors such influence factors, time headed for pool, travel time of mode, time headed to destination, cost headed for pool, cost headed for destination, and mode charge. Regression method is being used to analysed the mode choice models. Multinomial logit method is to seek the probability between the three mode. The final result which has been tested according to normal, linear, significant, and hypothesis is computation of passangers of mode with variable x travel time for shuttle service, variable x time headed to pool and travel time for train, and last is variable x mode charge for airplane. Shuttle service being the most choosen by Jakarta-Bandung traveler, and followed by airplane, the last is train. The mode choice models in research doesn?t really on top form because of R square value is lower than 50 % for shuttle service and train.

"Transportasi merupakan salah satu penunjang kehidupan sehari-hari. Pergerakan atau perpindahan manusia maupun barang tidak lepas dengan adanya transportasi. Transportasi adalah penghubung antar ruang untuk permintaan turunan. Bintaro Jaya merupakan salah satu kota mandiri di Indonesia yang secara administrasi terletak di Kota Tangerang Selatan dan Provinsi Banten. Shuttle bus Intrans Bintaro merupakan salah satu fasilitas transportasi yang disediakan oleh pihak pengelola Bintaro Jaya secara gratis untuk penghuni serta pengunjung wilayah Bintaro. Saat ini Intrans Bintaro merupakan salah satu transportasi publk yang beroperasi di Bintaro Jaya. Salah satu permasalahan yang didapatkan yaitu ada beberapa halte yang penempatannya tidak sesuai dengan potensi bangkitan dan tarikan penumpang. Penelitian ini menggunakanan 4 variabel yaitu jaringan jalan, penggunaan tanah, populasi, dan POI. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan network analysis dan analisis spasial deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa beberapa POI yang berada di area Bintaro Jaya tercakup oleh aksessibilitas halte. Selain itu hasil yang ditemukan yaitu Halte STAN memiliki aksessibilitas terbesar, sedangkan Halte BXchange memiliki tingkat aksessibilitas terkecil.

Transportation is one of the supports of everyday life. The movement or movement of people and goods cannot be separated from transportation. Transport is a link between spaces for derived requests. Bintaro Jaya is one of the independent cities in Indonesia which is administratively located in South Tangerang City and Banten Province. Shuttle bus Intrans Bintaro is one of the transportation facilities provided by the management of Bintaro Jaya free of charge for residents and visitors to the Bintaro area. Currently Intrans Bintaro is one of the public transportation in Bintaro. One of the problems found is that there are several bus stops whose placement is not in accordance with the potential for passenger generation and attraction. This research uses 4 variables, namely road network, land use, population, and POI. The method used in this study uses network analysis and descriptive spatial analysis. The results of this study indicate that several POIs in the Bintaro Jaya area are covered by bus stop accessibility. In addition, the results found are that the STAN bus stop has the greatest accessibility, while the BXchange bus stop has the smallest level of accessibility."
