Abstrak :
Hampir seluruh pasien dengan luka bakar mengalami nyeri. Hal ini kerap menimbulkan rasa tidak nyaman dalam melakukan pergerakan maupun saat sedang istirahat. Komplikasi yang dapat muncul pada pasien luka bakar dengan nyeri yang hebat yakni ketidakpercayaan diri, penurunan imunitas, post traumatic syndrome disorder, mimpi buruk. Terapi musi dilakukan pada pelaksanaan asuhan keperawatan pasien luka bakar. Masalah keperawatan yang muncul antara lain hipovolemia, nyeri akut, gangguan integritas kulit. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk memaparkan dan menganalisis terapi musik untuk menurunkan tingkatan nyeri dalam asuhan keperawatan pada pasien luka bakar. Evaluasi harian dilakukan menggunakan intrumen Numeric Rating Scale. Hasilnya terjadi penurunan tiingkatan nyeri selama 3 hari penerapan intervensi pada pasien luka bakar. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi musik bermanfaat dalam menurunkan tingkat nyeri pada pasien luka bakar. ...... Nearly all patients with burns experience pain. This often causes discomfort during movement and rest. Complications that may arise in burn patients with severe pain include lack of confidence, decreased immunity, post-traumatic stress disorder, and nightmares. Music therapy is performed in the implementation of nursing care for burn patients. Nursing problems that arise include hypovolemia, acute pain, and skin integrity disorders. The purpose of this paper is to describe and analyze music therapy to reduce pain levels in nursing care for burn patients. Daily evaluation is carried out using the Numeric Rating Scale instrument. The results showed a decrease in pain levels during the 3-day intervention in burn patients. It can be concluded that music therapy is beneficial in reducing pain levels in burn patients.
