"ABSTRAKLaporan Magang ini bertujuan untuk membahas tren laporan keuangan melalui proses due diligence yang dilakukan oleh PT Amanah pada PT Firmansyah dan alasan dilakukannya akuisisi. Proses due diligence yang dibahas pada laporan ini menjelaskan tipe due diligence yang perlu dilakukan dalam rangka akuisisi suatu perusahaan khususnya dari sisi financial due diligence. Penulis menjelaskan financial due diligence yang dilakukan pada PT Firmansyah. Hasil laporan menunjukkan motif klien mengakuisisi PT Firmansyah untuk memperoleh kekuatan. Proses yang dilakukan PT Amanah telah sesuai dengan konsep dan standar yang dipakai oleh perusahaan penyedia jasa advisory dalam menelaah laporan keuangan PT Firmansyah pada lima tahun buku.

ABSTRACTThis internship report aims to describe the financial statemnet trend through due diligence process on PT Firmansyah by PT Amanah and the motive of this acquisition. This report analyze what types of due diligence that are needed before acquiring a company, and in particular financial due diligence. Furthermore this report describe financial due diligence process on PT Firmansyah. The result of the analysis showsthat the motive of acquisition is to gaining power. The financial due diligence that was performed are consistent with the principals and the standards used by companies that provide consulting services in reviewing PT Firmansyah`s financial statement for the past five financial years."
