"ABSTRAKEmisi gas rumah kaca (GRK) merupakan isu lingkungan yang belum bisa diselesaikan dan terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Fenomena tersebut juga terjadi di Indonesia, sebagai negara berkembang yang berfokus pada pembangunan berkelanjutan. Setiap tahunnya, penyumbang terbesar untuk emisi GRK adalah emisi gas karbon dioksida. Pada tahun 2020, emisi gas karbon dioksida di Indonesia diprediksi mencapai angka 960 juta ton apabila tidak ada tindakan pencegahan (mitigasi). Salah satu mitigasi yang dapat dilakukan adalah penggunaan teknologi carbon capture and storage seperti di negara maju. Namun, penelitian dan informasi akan penerapan teknologi CCS di Indonesia masih minim. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis berusaha mengembangkan metode technology assessment (penilaian teknologi) dengan hasil keluaran berupa kriteria apa saja yang diperlukan apabila teknologi CCS diterapkan. Subkriteria tingkat penangkapan emisi gas karbon dioksida dan biaya investasi alat carbon capture memiliki bobot tertinggi untuk kriteria lingkungan dan ekonomi. Hasil keluaran yang diperoleh dan metode yang disusun diharapkan dapat menjadi acuan kerangka kerja bagi penerapan teknologi CCS, khususnya di Indonesia.

ABSTRACTGreen house gases (GHG) emission is one of the environmental issues that hasn?t been resolved and continued to increase annually. Carbon dioxide gas is known as the largest contributor for GHG emissions. This environmental issue also happens in Indonesia as a developing country which has focused on sustainable development. In 2020, the total emission of carbon dioxide gas in Indonesia is predicted around 960 million ton if there is no mitigation action. In developed countries, they have a bold step to mitigate their emission of CO2 gas by using Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) technology. This technology is effective to reduce the CO2 emission in large-scale. The study and informations about CCS, as a new technology to reduce emission, haven?t well developed in Indonesia. Based on the situation, the author tries to do a research of CCS technology implementation in Indonesia using technology assessment method. The output of this research are giving understanding how CCS could be used by seeing what the criterias needed are, particularly in Indonesia. The rate of carbon capture of CO2 emission and the cost of investment for carbon capture technology are the main subcriterias for each criteria of environment and economic if the carbon capture technology implemented in Indonesia."

"ABSTRAKBadan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Bappeda Provinsi Sumatera Selatanadalah instansi pemerintah yang bertugas untuk membantu Gubernurmerencanakan pembangunan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Karena tugas Bappedatersebut, banyak pihak dari instansi negara dan juga swasta sering berhubungandengan Bappeda. Karena itu Bappeda diharapkan dapat memiliki kualitas layananyang baik. Salah satu cara yang telah diambil Bappeda untuk meningkatkanpelayanannya adalah dengan mengimplementasikan Knowledge ManagementSystem KMS yaitu website Disposisi Online. Akan tetapi, setelah berjalan lebihdari dua tahun, target penyebaran knowledge berbentuk dokumen seperti laporandinas, nota dinas, dan berbagai macam bentuk dokumen lainnya masih belummencapai target Kepala Bappeda. Padahal agar KMS dan penyebaran knowledgeberjalan efektif, seluruh staf Bappeda harus aktif dalam website tersebut. Salah satupenyebabnya adalah kurangnya kesadaran staf dalam menggunakan KMS tersebut.Perilaku apatis ini adalah salah satu bentuk dari resistensi pengguna secara pasif.Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut harus terlebih dahulu dianalisispenyebabnya agar tindak lanjut dapat tepat sasaran. Penelitian ini menggunakanmodel Status Quo Biased Theory SQBT dengan variabel sunk cost, transitioncost, perceived value, perceived risk, dan perceived inertia untuk menganalisis apapenyebab terjadinya resistensi tersebut. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dandata hasil kuesioner akan diolah menggunakan Regresi Linear. Hasil olah datamenemukan bahwa variabel yang mempengaruhi user resistance adalah sunk cost,perceived value, perceived risk, dan perceived inertia, sedangkan transition costtidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan.

ABSTRACTBadan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Bappeda Provinsi Sumatera Selatan isa government agency that helps the Governor to make a development plan of SouthSumatera Province. Because of the nature of the agency rsquo;s task, there are a lot ofother government and private institution that works with Bappeda. Many expectgreat service from one of the most important government organisation. One of theinitiative that Bappeda took to increase its service quality is implementing a KMSnamed website Disposisi Online. However, after being impelemented for two years,the target of documented knowledge sharing in official report, memo, dan otherformal document did not met Head of Bappeda rsquo;s expectation. Whereas to make theKMS implementation effective, every Bappeda staff are expected to participate init. One of the reason of this is the lack of awareness among staffs to use the KMS.This apathetic behaviour is one form of passive resistance against KMSimplementation. Firtsly, analyzing the cause of this resistance is needed to form theright solution. This research use Status Quo Biased Theory SQBT model withsunk cost, transition cost, perceived value, perceived risk, and perceived inertia asthe variable analyze why the resistance exist in the first place. The research is asurvey research and used questionnaire as the instrument that processed with linearregression. The data processing result found that user resistance is significantlyaffected by sunk cost, perceived value, perceived risk, and perceived inertia. Buttransition cost did not have any significant effect."

Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan perencanaan sistem dan teknologi informasi perusahaan yang strategis dan selaras dengan strategi bisnis. Dengan memanfaatkan metodologi Peppard & Ward beserta analisis bisnis dan sistem informasi, penelitian ini memberikan hasil berupa strategi sistem informasi, strategi teknologi informasi, dan strategi manajemen sistem informasi. Sejumlah sistem informasi baru, termasuk integrasi sistem akan menjadi kebutuhan di masa depan. Meningkatkan ketersediaan layanan sistem, termasuk sarana pendukung Data Center turut menjadi bagian dari strategi infrastruktur teknologi informasi. Serta strategi manajemen sistem informasi di masa depan yang meliputi penerapan prinsip Holistic Approach dan Separating Governance from Management.

Information systems and technology continue to evolve from time to time and existence is becoming increasingly crucial for companies in meeting business goals. Evaluation of information systems and technology as business support needs to be done. By empowering businesses with technology and service solutions and providing value to all stakeholders, which is the company's mission, XYZ needs to continue to develop and innovate to become a leader in the Indonesian ICT industry. By digging up information from several employees and leaders, there are still information systems that have not been integrated, problem handling is only reactive, existing information systems have not met business needs, and an uncertain priority arrangement. This condition reflects that there is no alignment with business needs and company information system requirements. In order to support the company's mission and improve these conditions, XYZ requires strategic planning on information systems and technology. This study aims to produce strategic company information technology and systems planning and in line with business strategy. By utilizing the Peppard & Ward methodology along with business analysis and information systems, this study provides results in the form of information systems strategy, information technology strategy, and information systems management strategy. A number of new information systems, including system integration will become a necessity in the future. Increasing the availability of system services, including Data Center support facilities, is part of the information technology infrastructure strategy. As well as a future information system management strategy that includes the application of the principles of Holistic Approach and Separating Governance from Management.

"Perkembangan teknologi informasi yang sangat cepat membawa perkembangan jaman menjadi serba digital. Pesatnya teknologi informasi, membawa suatu institusi atau organisasi memanfaatkan suatu teknologi informasi yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari layanan proses bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam menjalankan aktivitas dan mencapai tujuan bisnisnya. Dalam menggunakan layanan teknologi informasi ini tidak terlepas dari kelemahan dan permasalahan seperti terjadinya insiden yang yang dapat mengakibatkan buruknya layanan teknologi informasi dan dapat mengancam keberlangsungan bisnis suatu organisasi. Untuk meminimalisir ancaman availability layanan bisnis yang didukung oleh teknologi informasi, pengelolaan layanan teknologi informasi yang baik menjadi hal yang penting untuk dipertimbangkan agar menghasilkan kualitas layanan yang baik. Satuan Kerja XYZ merupakan satuan kerja yang bertugas untuk mengelola TI di Institusi X yang bergerak di bidang keuangan dan perbankan yang memiliki tim pengelolaan insiden dalam menjaga kualitas layanan TI nya. Dalam operasionalnya Satuan Kerja XYZ memiliki berbagai insiden yang berdampak besar pada ketersediaan layanan sistem pembayaran yang disediakannya untuk pihak internal dan eksternal. Sejauh ini belum diketahui apakah tim pengelolaan insiden di Satuan Kerja XYZ sudah berjalan dengan baik serta apakah hal yang perlu dilakukan seharusnya sudah diimplementasikan oleh Satuan Kerja XYZ. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, diperlukannya assessment terhadap Incident Management yang berjalan di Satuan Kerja XYZ. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan penelitian ini yaitu melakukan assessment Incident Management menggunakan OGC Self-Assessment Tools serta memberikan usulan perbaikan atas kekurangan yang didapatkan dari hasil assessment.

The development of information technology is very fast bringing the development of the era to become completely digital. The rapid development of information technology brings an institution or organization to use information technology that cannot be separated from business process services to increase efficiency and effectiveness in carrying out activities and achieving its business goals. In using information technology services, it is inseparable from weaknesses and problems such as incidents that can result in poor information technology services and can threaten the business continuity of an organization. To minimize the threat to the availability of business services that are supported by information technology, good management of information technology services is an important thing to consider in order to produce good service quality. The XYZ Work Unit is a work unit in charge of managing IT at Institution X which is engaged in finance and banking which has an incident management team to maintain the quality of its IT services. In its operations, the XYZ Work Unit had various incidents that had a major impact on the availability of the payment system services it provided to internal and external parties. So far, it is not known whether the incident management team at XYZ Work Unit is running well and whether the things that need to be done should have been implemented by XYZ Work Unit. Based on these problems, an assessment of Incident Management running in XYZ Work Unit is required. Therefore, this research activity is to conduct an Incident Management assessment using the OGC Self-Assessment Tools and provide suggestions for correcting the deficiencies that are obtained from the assessment results."

"Teknokultur yang mengandung konsep saling-hubungan (feedback atau interdependent) antara teknologi dan kebudayaan mengindikasikan bahwa seorang lulusan Magister Teknokultur memahami benar makna saling-hubungan tersebut. Dengan demikian, materi kuliah pada program ini harus mewujudkan pemahaman tersebut. Fenomena teknokultur menyangkut dua aspek: struktur dan perilaku. Perilaku suatu fenomena ditentukan oleh strukturnya, yaitu struktur fisik dan struktur pembuatan keputusan. Keputusan yang dibuat manusia merupakan salah satu tahap penting dalam siklus tertutup proses belajar manusia akan fenomena yang menjadi fokus perhatiannya. Dalam proses belajar primitif, keputusan dihasilkan oleh suatu model mental yang didalamnya terdapat peran budaya. Kekurangannya adalah ketidakmampuan model mental membangun pemahaman yang lengkap akan keberadaan perilaku kompleksitas dinamis suatu fenomena teknokultur. Agar proses belajar efektif, model ini perlu dilengkapi dengan model eksplisit. Model eksplisit yang diperlukan adalah model yang dapat mengakomodasi konsep saling-hubungan dalam suatu fenomena teknokultur serta implikasinya terhadap pola kehidupan sosial. Paradigma System Thinking dan metodologi system dynamics dapat dipertimbangkan sebagai mata kuliah pada Prodi Magister Teknokultur ITB."
