"This study tries to reveal the process of socio - economic transformation and its impact on rural communicaties in Pendoworejo village. This research is aimed at describing the effects of the socio-economic transformation on the quality of human resources, particularly the efforts of residents in the village of Pendoworejo to improve the quality of life, in depth. The techniques of collecting data are observation, interviews, documentation and FGD to all Pendoworejo stakeholders. Then, the data obtained were analyzed qualitatively by taking an interpretative approach and then summed up. From the analysis, it is concluded that the socio-economic transformation has led to the improvement of the quality of human resources through learning process in the interaction among the citizens, especially through the process of urbanization. The society has changed a lot in terms of quality of life, but less followed by the institutionalization of these changes, thus weakening local instutions in the village. In the case of Pendoworejo village, the changes are influeced by two main factors, namely : (1) intrnal - rural conditions with the change in the local community's orientation or in their rational domain of awareness that has drastically changed , (2) the influence of supra - village (external conditions), which can come from the government (the state) and the expension of capital that tends to dominate."

"ABSTRAKUntuk menyederhanakan solusi dari suatu masalah komputasi selalu digunakan apa yang disebut dengan teknik analisa transformasi. Salah satu contoh dari teknik analisa ini adalah transformasi Fourier. Transformasi Fourier dari sebuah gelombang diperlukan untuk memisah gelombang tersebut menjadi sejumlah gelombang sinusoidal dengan frekwensi yang berbeda. Dengan dikembangkannya suatu transformasi Fourier cepat ( Fast Fourier Transform- FFT ) yaitu sebuah algoritma yang efisien untuk menghitung DFT ( Discrete Fourier Transform), maka telah terjadi perubahan yang besar dalam menganalisa berbagai cabang Ilmu Pengetahuan (science). Prosesor FFT yang terkecil mempunyai dua titik transformasi ( N = 2 ). Pada tulisan ini dibahas tentang aspek-aspek komputasi dan aspek-aspek perancangan pada sistem VLSI yang berkaitan dengan perancangan prosesor FFT-DIT untuk titik transformasi sebanyak delapan buah ( N = 8 ). Perancangan simulasi Prosesor FFT ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknologi CMOS. Perancangan ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak CIRCAD II pada workstation HP9000 dan SUN SPARCstation 1+. Perancangan ini menggunakan modul FFT-DIT dengan N= 2 yang dirancang oleh sdr. Ir.Totok Mujiono di laboratorium CAD UI pada tahun 1990 yang lalu. Perancangan FT-DIT untuk N = 8 ini dilakukan dengan menggabungkan modul FFT--DIT dengan N = 2 sebanyak 12 buah. Penggabungan dilakukan sesuai dengan grafik aliran sinyal dari FFT-DIT untuk N = 8 . Pada perancangan ini faktor wp ( twiddle factor ) dianggap sudah tersedia, jadi merupakan masukan dari chip prosesor FFT-DIT dengan N = 8 ini. "

"Jurnal ini membahas tentang Tradisi Malam Henna atau Ghumra di Arab Saudi sebagai salah satu kebudayaan yang mendarah daging dalam pernikahan Arab. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam jurnal ini adalah metode kualitatif, dimana penulis menggunakan studi pustaka, wawancara, juga mencari sumber-sumber terbaru yang berkaitan dengan judul. Hasil analisis yang penulis dapatkan, Henna merupakan nama dari bahasa latin untuk tanaman Lawsonia yang kemudian diucapkan oleh orang Arab sebagai Hinna. Henna ini dihaluskan, dikeringkan, kemudian diracik sehingga menjadi sebuah pasta yang dapat digunakan sebagai cat untuk menggambar di tangan dan kaki juga tubuh. Malam henna merupakan rangkaian pernikahan Arab Saudi yang dilakukan setelah proses Milka. Adapun konsep atau proses pernikahan Arab Saudi adalah ta rsquo;aruf, khitbah, milka, malam henna atau ghumra, dan puncak perayaan pernikahan. Dalam pelaksanaan malam henna atau ghumra biasanya dilakukan di tempat wanita dan hanya dihadiri oleh para wanita saja. Tujuan utama diadakannya malam henna atau ghumra adalah untuk mendoakan para mendiang dan juga berdoa untuk kelancaran pernikahan hingga hari pernikahan. Gambar henna bukanlah sembarang gambar, terdapat beberapa simbol yang terkandung dalam setiap gambar yang digambar. Dalam perkembangannya, malam henna atau ghumra sudah tidak sesakral dahulu. Di zaman modern ini, para pemudi lebih memilih pernikahan yang sederhana dan menginvestasikan uangnya untuk invetasi masa depan.

This journal explain about Tradition of Henna Night or Ghumra in Saudi Arabians as one of culture which cultivation in Arab wedding. The methods which using in this journal is qualitative method, whereas author using the textual analysis, interview, also searching new sources which related with the title. The result of analysis, Henna is a name from Latin language for lawsonia plant which called Arab people as hinna. Henna mashed, drained, then blend until being like pasta which used as paint for drawing on hand or foot. The henna night is a part of Arab wedding which did after mila process. The concept or process of arab wedding is taaruf, khitbah, milka, the henna night or ghumra, and the peak of marriage. In the implementation of henna nightor ghumra usually attend in woman place and just celebrated by ladies only. The common of henna night or ghumra is to pray for ancestors and also for the smoothness of the wedding till the day. In the developments, henna night or ghumra it hasn 39 t sacred like past. Modern era, the young people prefer choose simple wedding and invested their money for future. "
