"Merebaknya virus corona (COVID-19) telah menyebabkan gangguan pada pola perjalanan dan aktivitas mobilitas.  Namun demikian, hal tersebut berubah pada saat epidemi virus ini mulai menurun. Pada periode Omicron, orang dianggap sudah memahami upaya pengurangan penyebaran virus dan mayoritas penduduk juga telah divaksin. Dengan penerapan protocol kesehatan, pekerja yang sebelumnya melakukan WFH sudah diharuskan WFO kembali. Wilayah pelayanan transportasi yang baik adalah apabila memiliki moda transportasi umum lengkap dengan kualitas yang baik. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pola pemilihan transportasi umum berdasarkan kualitas pelayanan transportasi umum, studi ini menggunakan data sekunder dari instansi yang mengelola transportasi umum, dan kuesioner guna mengetahui karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dengan tujuan perjalanannya. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tabulasi silang, sedangkan analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan spasial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada perjalanan jarak pendek, responden tidak memperhatikan kualitas pelayanan moda transportasi, namun menggunakan moda transportasi yang paling mudah didapat. Pada perjalanan jarak sedang, responden memilih moda transportasi umum yang paling mudah dijangkau jaraknya, namun tetap memperhatikan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Untuk perjalanan jarak jauh, responden memilih moda dengan tarif yang murah, pelayanan yang baik dan dengan penerapan protocol kesehatan yang ketat. Kesimpulan menunjukkan bahwa wilayah dengan kualitas pelayanan moda transportasi terbaik tidak berarti memberikan lebih banyak pilihan.  Hal ini disebabkan karena pemilihan moda transportasi umum dipengaruhi oleh tujuan, penggunaan waktu dan jarak perjalanan, serta profil ekonomi responden.......The outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19) has caused major disruptions to travel patterns and mobility activities. However, that situation changed when the epidemic of this virus began to decline. During the Omicron period, people considered to have understood more about this disease, and the majority of residents had been vaccinated. Therefore, by implementing the health protocol, workers who previously carried out Work From Home necessary to return to Work From Office. A good transportation service area is when it has complete public transportation modes of good quality. This study uses secondary data from agencies that manage public transportation, and questionnaires to determine the characteristics of travelers with their travel destinations. Data processing was carried out using cross-tabulations, while analysis was carried out using a spatial approach. The results showed that on short-distance trips, respondents not paying attention to the service quality of the transportation modes but used the most accessible. On medium-distance trips, respondents chose the public transportation mode that was the easiest to reach but still paid attention to the implementation of the health protocol. For long-distance trips, respondents choose a mode with low fares, good service, and the application of strict health protocols. The conclusion shows that the region with the best service quality of transportation modes does not necessarily provide more choices. The choice of public transportation mode is influenced by the destination, use of travel time and distance, as well as the economic profile of the respondent."

"PT MRT Jakarta adalah perusahaan yang bertanggung jawab atas pelayanan transportasi jenis Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) yang mulai beroperasi di DKI Jakarta sejak awal tahun 2019. MRT merupakan moda transportasi baru di Indonesia, sehingga menjamin layanan operasional sebaik mungkin bagi para penumpang menjadi fokus utama PT MRT Jakarta. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan layanan operasional yang diberikan ialah melalui peningkatan resiliensi stasiun ketika mengalami gangguan. Resiliensi merupakan salah satu bentuk upaya bagi perusahaan ketika mengalami gangguan atau risiko untuk bangkit kembali ke dalam kondisi semula atau tertentu. Dalam penelitian ini, resiliensi memiliki empat faktor, yaitu robustness, resourcefulness, redundancy, dan rapidity. Setiap faktor memiliki kumpulan indikator yang diperoleh melalui studi literatur dan Forum Group Discussion (FGD) secara berkala. Selanjutnya, metode AHP digunakan untuk mengetahui besar bobot dari setiap faktor dan indikator resiliensi dengan menggunakan fitur pairwise comparison. Selanjutnya, dilakukan pengumpulan data untuk setiap indikator pada masing-masing stasiun yang akan diolah dengan metode TOPSIS untuk memperoleh peringkat stasiun berdasarkan performa resiliensinya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor dan indikator resiliensi yang paling berpengaruh ialah rapidity dan assembly point capacity (untuk setiap stasiun), secara berurutan. Pada hasil peringkat stasiun diketahui bahwa Stasiun Bundaran HI memiliki performa resiliensi yang paling tinggi sedangkan Stasiun Haji Nawi merupakan stasiun dengan performa resiliensi yang paling rendah diantara stasiun lainnya.......PT MRT Jakarta takes full responsibility for the transportation service in Mass Rapid Transit which began operating since early 2019 in DKI Jakarta. MRT is the latest transportation mode in Indonesia, so it is their main focus on providing the best operational services to the passengers. One of the efforts in increasing the operational services is by improving the station resilience during disruptions. Resiliency is one of the ways of a company when a disruption or risk occurs to bounce back to a normal or desired condition. In this research, resilience has four factors, such as robustness, resourcefulness, redundancy, and rapidity. Each factor has a set of indicators from literature studies and forum group discussion (FGD) regularly. After that, the AHP method is used to know the level of importance of each factor and indicator by using a pairwise comparison feature. Next, the data from each indicator for every station is required to gather in which will be calculated by using the TOPSIS method to achieve the station rank based on their resiliency performance. The result of this research shows that the most influencing factor and indicator is rapidity and assembly point capacity (of each station) respectively. Meanwhile, based on the station rank, it can be concluded that Bundaran HI Station has the highest resiliency performance, where at the same time, Haji Nawi Station has the lowest among others."

"Transit Orientasi Development (TOD) adalah jenis pengembangan perkotaan yang memaksimalkan jumlah tempat tinggal,bisnis dan rekreasi dalam jarak berjalan kaki dari transportasi umum. Semakin padatnya kota Jakarta mendorong pemerintah atau pengembang untuk membuat kawasan TOD. TOD yang dibuat harus mencakup semua aspek tempat tinggal, bisnis dan rekreasi tidak seperti sekarang yang didominasi oleh apartemen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memaksimalkan fungsi TOD tersebut. Memaksimalkan fungsi TOD dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatnya ridership. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk membuat pengguna beralih menggunakan transportasi umum kereta untuk menuju ke pertokoan dan hotel. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa survey dan wawancana akan digunakan dalam menyelesaikan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa jenis properti hotel lebih banyak menggunakan MRT/KRL dibandingkan dengan jenis properti pertokoan. Selain itu saran strategi perpindahan moda transportasi diberikan berdasarkan hasil benchmarking yang disesuaikan dengan masukan dari pada pengguna, saran strategi berfokus pada 3 faktor utama yaitu waktu, kenyamanan, dan biaya. ......Transit Orientation Development (TOD) is a city development concept that maximize the number of residentials, businessess, and recreations within walking distance from the public transportation. As jakarta becomes more crowded, governments or developers are pushed to create TOD area. The TOD concept that is going to be made must consist every aspect such homes, businesses, and recreations different with the existing which dominated by the apartments. This research is hoped to be able to maximize the function of the TOD. Maximizing the functions of TOD can be done by increasing the ridership. This research also aims to make the private transportation users shift to the public train to go to shop matters and hotels. Data collection techniques for this research are in form of surveys and interviews. The results showed that the type of hotel property uses more MRT / KRL compared to the type of shopping property. In addition, the advice on transportation mode transfer strategy is given based on the results of benchmarking which are adjusted to the input from the user, the strategy recommendation focuses on 3 main factors namely time, comfort, and cost."
