"Jurnal ini membahas tentang perubahan pandangan perempuan Rusia pada era Uni Soviet terhadap produk kecantikan dan mode, sebagai dampak keterbukaan Uni Soviet terhadap budaya Barat yang menggunakan metode deskriptif-analitis yang dianalisis melalui teori globalisasi. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan bahwa ada perubahan pandangan perempuan Rusia era Uni Soviet terhadap produk kecantikan dan mode Barat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan globalisasi mempengaruhi perubahan pandangan perempuan Rusia terhadap produk kecantikan dan mode, yang kemudian menjadi salah satu cara membangun kembali citra Uni Soviet melalui kontes kecantikan 'Miss Moscow'.

This journal discusses the changing views of Russian women in the era of the Soviet Union towards the beauty products and fashion, as the impact of Soviet openness to Western culture which uses descriptive-analytical method to analyze through the theory of globalization. This journal aims to prove that there?s change in the views of Russian women in the Soviet-era towards western beauty products and fashion. The results showed globalization affect Russian women change in view towards beauty products and fashion, which later became one of the ways to rebuild the image of the Soviet Union through a beauty pageant 'Miss Moscow'."
