The goal of research is to know the relation between compensation, work performance with workers product at Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur. Population is all workers at the company. which have 62 respondents. The technique of collecting data use primary data within questioner distributed to the each of respondent, an the instrument of analyzing that is used in this research is correlation test. The test has been used to see the whether or not there is a relation between variable compensation, work performance and workers products. Mean while, the method for this research is "Rank Spearman Correlation Coefficient".Generally, the result of this research explains that compensation system at PT Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur has a positive relation with the workers product in compare to the relation of workers performance with worker product of PT Asuransi Bringin Sejahtera Arta Makmur. And in the fact, either the compensation has a positive relation with the worker performance even a little."
