"Praktik kerja profesi di Apotek Kimia Farma No 147 Periode Bulan April Tahun 2018 bertujuan untuk memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab apoteker dalam pengelolaan apotek, serta melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian sesuai dengan ketentuan perundang-undangan dan etika yang berlaku, memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di apotek, memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian. Praktik kerja profesi ini dilaksanakan selama empat minggu dengan tugas khusus yaitu “Analisis Resep Otitis Media Di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 147 Periode Maret – April Tahun 2018”. Tujuan dari tugas khusus ini adalah agar calon apoteker dapat menjelaskan tujuan terapi pengobatan, menjelaskan masalah terkait penggunaan obat, dan merumuskan informasi obat yang perlu diinformasikan kepada pasien otitis media.

Internship at Kimia Farma 147 Community Pharmacy in April 2018 aims to understand the duties and responsibilities of pharmacists in pharmacy management, as well as to practice pharmaceutical services in accordance with applicable laws and ethics, have the insight, knowledge, skills and practical experience to undertake pharmaceutical practices in pharmacies, can also have the insight of pharmaceutical practice issues and learn strategies and activities that can be undertaken in the course of pharmaceutical practice development. This internship at was conducted for four weeks with special assignment “Analysis of Otitis Media Prescriptions at Kimia Farma 147 Community Pharmacy Period March - April of 2018 ". The purpose of this particular task is to enable the pharmacist: to explain the purpose of the treatment, to explain the drug-related problem, and to formulate information on the drug that needs to be informed to the otitis media patient."

"Pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah sakit merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari sistem pelayanan kesehatan rumah sakit. Dalam pelayanan kefarmasian, apoteker memiliki peran penting sebagai penanggung jawab atas kegiatan kefarmasian yang dilakukan di rumah sakit. Agar tanggung jawab tersebut dapat dicapai, diperlukan apoteker yang terampil dengan memahami segala aspek yang berhubungan dengan kegiatan kefarmasian di rumah sakit, mulai dari kegiatan pengelolaan perbekalan farmasi hingga pelayanan farmasi klinik. Praktik kerja profesi apoteker di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina bertujuan untuk memahami peranan, tugas, dan tanggung jawab apoteker di rumah sakit; memiliki wawasan, pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan pengalaman praktis untuk melakukan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit; serta memiliki gambaran nyata tentang permasalahan praktik kefarmasian serta mempelajari strategi dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang dapat dilakukan dalam rangka pengembangan praktik kefarmasian di rumah sakit. Praktik kerja profesi dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yang secara garis besar terdiri atas kegiatan manajemen perbekalan farmasi dan pelayanan kefarmasian. Pada pelaksanaan praktik kerja terdapat tugas khusus berupa studi literatur mengenai skin test pada terapi antibiotika Di Rumah Sakit Pusat Pertamina diikuti dengan Kegiatan Pelayanan Informasi Obat (PIO) Aktif yang diikuti oleh seluruh karyawan di Instalasi Farmasi Rawat Inap.

Pharmaceutical care is inseparable part of a complete healthcare service in hospital. In pharmaceutical care, pharmacist has important role as person in charge of pharmaceutical practice held in hospital. Therefore, competent pharmacist who understands all aspects related to pharmaceutical practice, from pharmacy’s managerial to clinical pharmaceutical care, is needed. The aims of internship at Pusat Pertamina Hospital were to know about the functions and responsibilities of pharmacist in hospital; to have knowledge and experience about pharmaceutical practice in hospital; to understand the challenges and their solutions in pharmaceutical practice and to learn about strategies and development of pharmaceutical practice . The internship was held for one month which was divided into two sub majors: pharmacy’s managerial and clinical pharmaceutical care. The spesific assignment was in the form of literature study about skin test application on antibiotic therapy at Pusat Pertamina Hospital followed by Active Drug Information Service which was participated by all employees of Pharmacy Installation."

"Praktik Kerja Profesi (PKP) di Apotek Kimia Farma No. 494 (KF 494) bertujuan agar mahasiswa profesi Apoteker dapat memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di apotek, memiliki pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek, dan mengetahui gambaran nyata terkait permasalahan-permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan praktik kefarmasian di apotek. PKP di KF 494 dilaksanakan selama 1 bulan. Tugas khusus yang diberikan pada saat PKP di KF 494 adalah berupa kegiatan pelayanan kefarmasian di rumah (home pharmacy care) pada pasien yang menderita penyakit Diabetes mellitus (DM). Penulisan laporan PKP ini didasarkan atas penelusuran pustaka dan juga pengamatan serta praktik langsung di KF 494. Kegiatan PKP yang telah dilaksanakan menjadikan mahasiswa memahami tugas dan tanggung jawab Apoteker di apotek serta memiliki pengalaman praktis dalam melakukan praktik pelayanan kefarmasian di apotek khususnya pelaksanaan home pharmacy care pada pasien DM.

Internship at Kimia Farma No. 494 Pharmacy (KF 494) aims to make Pharmacist students can understand the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists in the management of pharmacies, have practical experience in practicing pharmacy at pharmacies, and know the real picture related to problems in the implementation of pharmaceutical practices at pharmacies. Internship at KF 494 is held for a month. Home pharmacy care for patients with Diabetes mellitus (DM) is the special assignment that given by Pharmacist at KF 494. The writing of this report is based on literature review and also observations and direct practices at KF 494. Internship at KF 494 make Pharmacist students understand the duties and responsibilities of Pharmacists in pharmacies and have practical experience in practicing pharmacy in pharmacies especially the implementation of home pharmacy care for patients with DM."

"Kematangan karir adalah kemampuan serta kesiapan individu untuk membuat keputusan karir. Pengalaman bekerja merupakan salah satu dimensi dari pembentukan kematangan karir remaja dan status keputusan karir merupakan salah satu aspek spesifik dari kematangan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara pengalaman praktek kerja lapangan dan status keputusan karir terhadap kematangan karir, dengan nilai R sebesar 0,424 pada variabel pengalaman prakek kerja lapangan terhadap kematangan karir dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < α (0,005). Kemudian nilai R sebesar 0,231 pada variabel status keputusan karir terhadap kematangan karir dengan nilai signifikansi 0,002 < α (0,005). Variabel pengalaman praktek kerja lapangan memiliki nilai beta (0,447) lebih besar dibandingkan nilai beta variabel status keputusan karir (0,424), maka dapat diantara dua variabel independen disimpulkan bahwa variabel pengalaman prakek kerja lapangan memiliki pengaruh lebih besar terhadap variabel dependen (kematangan karir) jika dibandingkan dengan variabel status keputusan karir. Untuk melihat perbedaan skor kematangan karir antara siswa SMA dengan siswa SMK, penelitian ini memberikan gambaran bahwa mayoritas siswa SMA dan SMK telah mencapai kematangan karir tinggi dengan perbandingan persentase 31,68 : 46,58. Secara signifikan, siswa SMK yang telah mencapai kematangan karir tinggi lebih banyak dibandingkan siswa SMA.

Tindakan keperawatan yang dapat dilakukan untukmengatasi masalah ansietas yaitu teknik napas dalam, teknik distraksi, dan hypnosis 5jari. Intervensi tersebut terbukti berhasil dapat digunakan oleh perawat untukmemabantu menurunkan dan mengontrol tingkat ansietas yang dialami klien di ruangperawatan umum.
