"Skripsi ini membahas mengenai pemanfaatan pangkalan data dalam jaringan Perpustakaan UI, khususnya pangkalan data dalam jaringan jurnal elektronik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus yang menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrument penelitiannya. Indikator dalam penelitian ini adalah kesadaran pengguna, pemanfaatan koleksi, kemampuan penggunaan komputer, kualitas informasi, kemudahan akses, kemudahan penggunaan, dan kesadaran penggunaan. Analisis data yang digunakan dibantu oleh software SPSS for Windows release 16 untuk menghitung persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pemanfaatan oleh 110 responden sudah cukup baik, namun masih disayangkan adanya responden yang tidak mengetahui keberadaan koleksi tersebut. Hasil penelitian juga menyebutkan kurangnya sosialisasi baik keberadaan koleksi tersebut maupun cara penggunaannya.

This thesis describes about the usage of online database Universitas Indonesia Library by the undergraduate program student, especially about online database electronic journal. The research uses quantitative approach with case study method which questionnaire as the research instrument. The questionnaire indicators are user awareness, collection usage, computer self-efficacy, quality information, ease of access, ease of usage, usage awareness. Data analysis that is used in this research is helped by SPSS for Windows release 16 software to tabulate the percentage.

The result of this research showed that 110 respondents rate the usage of online database is good enough. But, unfortunately there are respondents that did not know the existence of online database. This research also show the lack of socialization of the online database’s existence and the searching strategy."

"Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model interoperabilitas teknis yang diterapkan dan dikembangkan pada Aplikasi Perpustakaan Digital LARAS versi 1.0 oleh Pusat Dokumentasi dan Informasi Ilmiah-Lembaga Ilmu Pengetahuan Indonesia (PDII-LIPI). Tujuan lain dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan mengapa PDII-LIPI mencoba untuk mengembangkan LARAS versi 1.0. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode studi kasus dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan analisis dokumen dan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa LARAS versi 1.0 yang dibangun oleh developer di PDII-LIPI atas dasar kondisi PDII-LIPI yang ingin mengejar ketertinggalan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) yang kian pesat, dalam hal ini adalah aplikasi perpustakaan digital. Dalam kenyataannya masih terdapat perbedaan persepsi (konflik) antara pengembang dan pustakawan dalam mengembangkan LARAS versi 1.0. Model interoperabilitas teknis yang diterapkan untuk LARAS versi 1.0 merupakan gabungan dari level Model Interoperabilitas Teknis LISI (Level of Information System Interoperability). Namun demikian, dalam praktiknya, model interoperabilitas teknis yang dikembangkan pada LARAS versi 1.0 masih belum sempurna, terutama terkait pengembangan sistem metadata, encoding, protokol komunikasi, pangkalan data, dan pengindeksan.

This study aims to find out models of the technical interoperability which applied and developed on the Digital Library Applications of LARAS version 1.0 by the Center for Scientific Documentation and Information-Indonesian Institute of Sciences (PDII-LIPI). Other goal of this research is to determine why PDII-LIPI tries to develop the LARAS Version 1.0. This study was done by using method of case study with qualitative approach. Data was collected by documents analyzing and in-depth interviews.

This study shows that LARAS version 1.0 created by developers at the PDII-LIPI to avoid the obsolescence of information and technology communication (ITC), in this case is digital library application. In the fact, the conflicts between the developers and the librarians in developing LARAS version 1.0 still exist. Models of technical interoperability which applied to LARAS are combination among level of models of LISI (Level of Information System Interoperability). Nevertheless, in the practice, LARAS version 1.0 still not perfect yet, especially from system development of metadata, encoding, communication protocol, databases, and indexing."

"PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) mempunyai Sistem Multifinance lama yaitu eMF seiring berjalannya waktu sistem ini digantikan oleh sistem baru yaitu Sistem Confins. Kenyataan sistem yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan merupakan kendala yang dihadapi SAF saat ini. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tidak pernah melakukan evaluasi terhadap sistem yang berjalan. Penelitian ini akan melakukan evaluasi penerimaan terhadap sebuah sistem dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan Sistem Confins. Model penerimaan yang digunakan adalah UTAUT2 dan dianalisa menggunakan konsep Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis varian dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan Sistem Confins dipengaruhi oleh Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, dan Habit.

PT. Sasana Artha Finance (SAF) has old multifinance system named eMF, over time this system was replaced by a new system named Confins System. The fact that the system is not in accordance with the expectations of the constraints faced by the SAF today. One of the reasons is that SAF has never performed an evaluation of this system. This study will evaluate the acceptability of a system in order to determine the factors that influence the acceptance of Confins System. The model is using UTAUT2. The Analyzed method is using the concept of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based variants using software SmartPLS. The results of this study indicate that the admission system Confins influenced by Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Condition, and Habit."

"ABSTRAKSkripsi ini membahas tentang pemberitaan perpustakaan dalam media massaonline Detik dan Kompas dari tanggal 1 Januari 2014 sampai dengan 30 April2014. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis isi dengan pendekatankuantitatif. Kategori dalam penelitian ini dikelompokkan variabel asal berita,lokasi, dan aspek. Secara keseluruhan, hampir setengah pemberitaan perpustakaanmembahas koleksi dan sarana prasarana. Hampir setengah pemberitaanperpustakaan dalam negeri membahas aspek koleksi. Hampir setengahpemberitaan perpustakaan luar negeri membahas aspek sarana dan prasarana sertakoleksi. Sebagian besar pemberitaan membahas perpustakaan luar negeri,sedangkan perpustakaan dalam negeri hanya sebagian kecil.

ABSTRACTThis thesis discusses about the library news on online mass media, Detik andKompas from the First of January until the Thirtieth of April, 2014. Researcheruses content analysis with quantitative approach as a research method. Categoriesin this research are grouped in the source of news, location and aspect variables.In conclusion, nearly half of the library news discuss about collection andinfrastructure aspects. Nearly half of local library news discuss about collectionaspects. Nearly half of foreign library news discuss about library infrastructureand collection aspects. Most of the library news discuss about foreign libraries, onthe other hand local libraries only reported on small portion."

"Aplikasi Arsip Elektronik Masyarakat (Emas) merupakan aplikasi penyimpanan arsip keluarga yang dikembangkan oleh Dinas Kearsipan dan Perpustakaan Provinsi Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Aplikasi ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan penyimpanan arsip keluarga seperti KTP, Kartu Keluarga, Akta Kelahiran, Ijazah, Surat penting dan lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi terarah (directed content analysis) dari hasil wawancara 12 informan yang terdiri dari 6 masyarakat umum dan 6 arsiparis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi pengalaman dan mekanisme penerapaan pengetahuan pengarsipan pribadi (personal archiving) dan menganalisis adaptasi aplikasi Arsip Emas dalam proses penyimpanan arsip pada masyarakat Jawa Tengah. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adaptasi dan pengalaman menggunakan Arsip Emas secara aplikasi dapat digunakan dengan mudah dan sederhana, namun perlunya pengembangan serta sosialisasi yang lebih luas. Selain itu, penerapan pengetahuan kearsipan cukup baik dan perlunya pendampingan atau kegiatan yang diperuntukan untuk masyarakat umum secara periodik.

The Community Electronic Archive Application (Emas) is a family archive storage application developed by the Archives and Library Office of Central Java Province, Indonesia. This application aims to facilitate the storage of family archives such as ID cards, family cards, birth certificates, diplomas, important papers, and others. This study uses a qualitative approach with directed content analysis from interviews with 12 informants, six general public, and six archivists. This study aimed to identify the experience and mechanism of applying personal archiving knowledge and analyze the adaptation of the Arsip Emas application in the archive storage process in the people of Central Java. This study indicates that the adaptation and experience of using the Arsip Emas in an application can be used easily and simply, but development and more comprehensive socialization are needed. In addition, the application of archival knowledge is quite good, and the need for periodic assistance or activities intended for the general public."

"Seiring dengan maraknya Industri 4.0, Pemerintah menggalakkan program Making Indonesia 4.0 untuk mengarahkan Indonesia kepada Industri 4.0 dan lebih siap bersaing di tingkat global, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital di Indonesia, hal ini juga disambut oleh PT.Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company dengan meningkatkan infrastruktur digital, yang salah satunya adalah eprocurement. Namun pada perusahaan terkait, ditemukan bahwa pra pengguna memiliki tingkat kesiapan brainware yang rendah sehingga dibutuhkan penelitian terkait hal tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi tingkat kesiapan dan intensi pengguna e-procurement menggunakan technology readiness index yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi teknologi berada pada level medium readiness level dan model technology readiness and acceptance model menunjukkan bahwa faktor yang signifikan dalam pengadopsian teknologi eprocurement adalah Insecurity dan Perceived Usefulness. Analisis dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuisioner kepada seluruh pengguna e-procurement di pengadaan PT.PIHC. Kemudian dilakukan perancangan strategi dilakukan menggunakan bantuan tools diagram Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) oleh para praktisi yang berpengalaman pada penggunaan e-procurement pada perusahaan dengan rekomendasi strategi prioritas utama adalah mengubah kegiatan manual input menjadi otomatis dengan terintegrasi pada sistem e-procurement dalam beberapa bentuk seperti penyimpanan kontrak dengan informasi kontak vendor dan ketentuan pembayaran yang terintegrasi pada e-procurement dan integrasi fitur membandingkan harga langsung dari berbagai seller sehingga tidak perlu mencari informasi secara terpisah.

Along with the rise of Industry 4.0, the Government is promoting the Making Indonesia 4.0 program to connect Indonesia to Industry 4.0 and is more ready to compete at the global level, one of which is by improving digital infrastructure in Indonesia, this is also supported by PT. Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company by improving digital infrastructure , one of which is e procurement. However, in related companies, it was found that users had a level of brainware readiness that needed research in this regard. This study aims to formulate a strategy for the level of readiness and intentions of e procurement users using a technology readiness index that refers to the level of technology adoption depending on the level of intermediate level of readiness and the technology readiness model and acceptance model showing significant factors in the adoption of e-procurement technology are Insecurity and Behavior Intention. The analysis was carried out by distributing questionnaires to all e-procurement users in PT. PIHC. Then the strategy design is carried out using the Impact-Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram by experts trained on the use of e-procurement in companies with the contribution of priority strategies is to change manual input activities to be automated with integrated eprocurement systems in some forms such as contract storage with vendor contact information and payment terms integrated into e-procurement and the integration of features comparing prices directly from various sellers so there is no need to search information separately."
