"Dalam pelaksanaan suatu proyek konstuksi agar dapat mencapai sasaran yang sesuai dengan perencanaan, diperlukan adanya ketersediaan faktor aksesibilitas yang baik dan memadai. Ada beberapa faktor aksesibilitas yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek, dan menimbulkan dampak negatif terhadap kinerja, waktu dan biaya. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukan penelitian untuk mengindentifikasi peringkat faktor aksesibilitas, yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek dan mengetahui berapa besar dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan terhadap kinerja, waktu dan biaya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan, antara lain pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner, terutama responden yang bekerja di perusahaan kontraktor yang terlibat di dalam pekerjaan awal mempersiapkan lahan dan pekerjaan fasilitas camp pada proyek LNG Tangguh, sebagai fokus penelitian atau pernah mengerjakan proyek konstruksi di daerah terpencil. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengindentifikasi peringkat faktor aksesibilitas yang mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek, kemudian di lakukan analisa dengan pendekatan model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), untuk mengetahui dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan terhadap kinerja, waktu dan biaya, berdasarkan penilain kepentingan perbandingan berpasangan oleh responden. Dari hasil analisa dengan pendekatan model Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), diperoleh peringkat pengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan proyek, yaitu letak lokasi, kondisi kontrak, faktor alam, metode pelaksanaan proyek dan keselamatan kerja. Sedangkan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan faktor aksesibilitas paling besar adalah terhadap waktu dengan nilai bobot 51,3 %, kemudian biaya dengan nilai bobot 48,7 %.
In the implementation of a construction project in order to reach targets in compliance with the planning, requiring availability of good and adequate accessibility factors. There are some accessibility factors which may effect a project implementation, and result in negative impacts toward performance, schedule, and costs. Therefore, it requires researches to identify ranking of accessibility factors, having effect on a project implementation and knowing how much the negative impacts occurred toward performance, schedule, and costs. Research methodology used, among them data collection through questionnaires, particularly on respondents working at contractor companies involving in preparation work in clearing land and camp facility works at LNG Tangguh project, as the focus of research or they have ever worked on a construction projects at remote areas. This is conducted to identify ranking of accessibility factors effecting the project implementation, after that to conduct an analysis by approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model, in order to know the negative impacts which may occur toward the performance, schedule, and costs, based on assessment of pairwise comparison interest by respondents. From the results of analysis with approach of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) model, obtained the ranking of effect toward the project implementation, namely, site location, contract condition, natural factors, project implementation method and work safety. Whereas the negative impact caused by accessibility factors mostly toward schedule with weight value 51,3%, followed by costs with weight value 48,7%."
