"In the context of improving the quality of echelon IV, Research and Development Agency and Education and Training on the Ministry of Religious Affairs of The Republic of Indonesia through Education and Training Center for Religious Matters as a Technical Implementing Unit (UPT) at regional level organizes among other a Training and Education program for echelon IV Officials (Diklatpim IV). This evaluation study is a strategic measure taken to improve the effectiveness of the future Diklatpim IV program. It is aimed to identify the performance of alumni of Diklatpim IV and the determining factors in the performance of alumni of Diklatpim IV. The finding indicate among other that the level pf performance alumni of Diklatpim IV based on work discipline, leadership, cooperation and initiative had been good, although they have not reached very satisfactory or ideal level. The factors obstructing the achievement of level of performance of the alumni of Diklatpim IV include among other the lack of proper space arrangement and the absence of follow-up program to Diklatpim IV through monitoring activities, and the fact that the communication forum among alumni of Education and Training which is able to provide assistance in addressing technical issues at work place has not been established."

"Bimbingan belajar yang tersebar di DKI Jakarta dan sekitarnya menjadi pilihan bagi siswa SMU untuk dapat belajar tambahan di luar sekolah. Bimbingan Tes Alumni 8 merupakan salah satu bimbingan belajar yang ada di Jakarta Selatan dan telah berhasil meluluskan siswanya ke PTN. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui jangkauan pelayanan Bimbingan Tes Alumni 8 tahun 2009 di Jakarta Selatan berdasarkan faktor karakteristik, kualitas pelayanan dan aksesibilitasnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis spasial dan deskripsi.Hasil penelitian ini adalah semakin jauh jarak tempat tinggal siswa terhadap BTA 8 maka jumlah siswa semakin menurun, Begitu juga dengan jarak dari asal sekolah siswa. Semakin jauh jarak asal sekolah terhadap BTA 8 maka jumlah asal sekolah yang terlayani juga sedikit. Jauhnya jangkauan pelayanan Bimbingan Tes Alumni 8 di Jakata Selatan berasosiasi dengan jumlah fasilitas, banyaknya lulusan PTN, dan kualitas pelayanan."

Universitas Indonesia adalah salah satu Universitas terbaik negeri yang terus meningkatkan segala macam bentuk pelayanannya dalam berbagai bidang, terutama bidang layanan pendidikan. Salah satu layanan yang dikelola oleh Universitas Indonesia adalah Layanan Legalisasi Dokumen Akademik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bersifat eksplanatif untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan Alumni tentang Kualitas Layanan Legalisasi Dokumen Akademik Universitas Indonesia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode survei melalui kuesioner. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh Alumni Universitas Indonesia yang telah merasakan layanan legalisasi dokumen akademik pada Direktorat Pendidikan Universitas Indonesia. Hasil dari analisis penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Alumni Universitas Indonesia tidak puas dengan Kualitas Layanan Legalisasi Dokumen Akademik yang telah dikelola oleh Universitas Indonesia.

Quality services in the field of education is a major need for all actors in the field of education. Universitas Indonesia is one of the best public university that continues to improve all forms of service in all areas and especially educational services. One service that is managed by the University of Indonesia is the Academic Document Legalization Services. This research was conducted using a quantitative approach that is explanatory to know about how satisfaction Alumni Academic Quality Document Legalization Services University of Indonesia. The data was collected through a questionnaire survey method.

The study population was all Alumni of the University of Indonesia, which has the feel of an academic document legalization services at the Directorate of Education, University of Indonesia. The results of this study demonstrate that the analysis Alumni Universitas Indonesia not satisfied with the Academic Quality Document Legalization Services that have been managed by the University of Indonesia."

"Study program S1 Existension and communication Agriculture (S1 PKP) in Universitas Terbuka (UT) has been opened since 2004 and until December 2006 has already graduated 514 alumni. The alumni resides all over Indonesia hence calling for a tracer study. In addition, it is also perceived important to obtain the alumni 's perception about curriculum of the study program . This article discusses characteristics of the alumni current accoupation , community acceptance, benefits the alumni gain after graduating from S1 PKP and roles of S1 PKP on alumni's professional development. Concerning relatively small number of alumni, all of the 514 alumni were included in the research while data were collected by questionnares. Return rate of the questionnaire was 48,2 % which regarded high in UT which commanly see around 30% return rate. The data show that curriculum of S1 PKP is generally suit the needs of extension workers although there is a need to update the curricullum regularly in order to catch up with the advancement in technology development as well as to fulfill higher community needs. In addition, the education in S1 PKP is stated to be able to increase communication and negotation skills of the alumni. "
